Dr Nguyen and her staff has been a part of our eye care for many years. Very kind and understanding about peoples lifes. My wife is out of net work with new insurance and not stopping us from coming to see Dr Nguyen. I was out of town do to work and had to see a Eyecare Dr. He was rude and i missed the way I was treated here at West Oaks Eyecare. Its the staff and how Dr Nguyen treats everyone with kindness and Respect. Dr Nguyen will go above and beyond to make sure you get the care you need. I have witness it myself. I think she might be a Angel watching over us.

West Oaks Eyecare is exceptional. The thoroughness of diagnostic imaging provides impressive detail that both Drs. Nguyen and Du explain in very understandable words, with reference to anatomical and medical terms. They help me understand how my overall health is indicated in the status of my whole eyes, each eye’s retina, small capillaries, and optic nerve—with detailed imagery reviews over time (comparing to prior checkups). I went here to get my eye exam. I adored the staff because they were welcoming and efficient! The doctor had a lovely attitude and was informative! I will definitely be back and recommend to others :)

I went here today to get my contacts done for the first time. The doctor who I saw me and all the female opticians were very professional & polite. However, one of the male opticians (Didnt get his name) was rude to me when it was taking a while for me to try my contacts on for the first time. He kept pressurizing me and telling me that I needed to do “a better job” on touching my eyes or else “We’d be spending all day with you.” There were even instances where he even said - “What are you doing?” In a rude way!I was in a lot of pain putting on my contacts for the first time. While all the other technicians were very respectful and supportive, this gentleman was just adding to my misery as I was myself struggling with my sensitive eyes. Did I pay a 100 bucks to get harassed by your staff? My advise to the management is to train your staff to be polite to customers!!!

I have been getting my eyes examined at this place for 3 years now. Staff is very professional and always smiling. They have recently upgraded equipments and have most advanced technology for different kinds of examinations. I feel confident about their exam results. Audrey is one of the most professional optometrist I have ever seen within 3 different countries. She remembers everything about your previous exams, prescriptions and even details from regular conversation. (Yes they keep records but not about conversations with your doctor). I think this is just how they care about you. Every time I get all my questions answered. Recommended.

Excellent skills and a very friendly staff makes going to the eye doctor almost like a visit with friends. The doctor, Audrey Nguyen, explained everything in a fashion I could understand. The dental office and Doctor Nguyen I’m particular is unexcelled, in my opinion.

Our family went this summer and had our eyes checked out. It is a newly remodeled facility and feels pleasant when entering. When you arrive you call them, wait in your vehicle so that they can clear the office of previous patient and sanitize the area. All of the staff is properly geared up using PPE. It was myself and my daughters, we each took a turn on the state of the art equipment ( which was wiped down with alcohol swabs each time). Dr. Tuan was very friendly and took his time with the exam.We would definitely go back again.Bonus : Vision works is right next door, so you dont have to go far to get glasses or contacts!

Dr. Nguyen probably saved the sight in my right eye. I noticed a shadow in my right eye, a rather large floater had appeared one day, and I took notice. I walked in without an appointment to see Dr. Nguyen and she took me right away. After her exam she got me an appointment that day with the Retina Clinic and I went in and was seen right away by a doctor. They set me up to have a laser seal up a tear that I had in my retina, most likely preventing a much larger tear that could have obstructed my eyesight, even cause blindness. I owe a lot to Dr. Nguyen for recognizing the seriousness of my condition and taking care of it immediately.

I had a minor experience with the office. All Im going to say is, If you are on the VSP, this office is not a provider on their list. They are considered out-of-network and they are suppose to tell you that before starting treatment. That didnt happen in my case I was told by staff they were in network and I ended paying what I shouldnt have out of pocket. When I spoke with the husband doctor I explained to him that I paid to much and they are not in network, WELL, I was not expecting the rudeness. I agree when you speak good about the office, thats why I was shocked at how he reacted. I was told, Im going to give you back your money and you and your family is no longer welcome here in a very rude manner, but thats ok. I will do just that. I will continue to go to where I been going where the staff is honest and nice.
