I absolutely love this place! I highly recommend! I came last weekend and I was discouraged because other places quoted me almost $700 for 1 paid of eyeglasses! I came here and the staff not only educated me on eye glasses but taught me how other shops inflate the prices. I purchased 2 eyeglasses for less than half the previous quote from another company! The glasses are stylish, staff is always nice and professional, and they were patient with me! This had blessed me so much. Am so grateful that I called and came by! Oh, and they send a text when the glasses are ready for pick up (exactly 1 week later). I’m very satisfied and will be returning for my prescribed sunglasses!

Great overall experience!! Great frame selection, I was walked through my options with great knowledge and patience. I got bifocals, by far the best lenses I have ever gotten.

They had a special going, I paid $219.00 for two pairs of high quality prescription lenses which took less than a week to be ready. The staff is also really helpful and sincere

So glad I discovered EZ Optical yesterday. I already had my eye exam from my doctor at a different place but they didn’t have any frames I liked. So I was in search for the perfect frames that were stylish but practical and fit my face well. There are so many options in Houston and the reviews for EZ Optical caught my eye so I stopped by.As soon as I entered, I was welcomed and provided with 5-star care and assistance as the owner and his daughter provided their undivided attention to help me find the best options for me. First off, I was shocked that they were presenting me with so many options that indeed fit the description of what I was looking for. I was impressed with their selection as there was a wide-range variety of both affordable and high-end brands. There were truly SO many options and they were all updated/in-style! One thing I really appreciated was how patient and friendly the owner was. He answered all my questions and took the time out to explain my cost options and discounts with my insurance.It was heart-warming to see that the different families and customers that entered during my visit were also welcomed and treated with the same respect, friendliness, and wonderful customer service. Very satisfied with my purchase. As a first time eyewear user, they helped me understand what vision is all about. Got my test done and were very upfront with insurance and pricing. No haggling which I liked. Once the glasses were ready, I got a call promptly. Two weeks later the glasses broke! I went in and they immediately gave me a temporary pair, and ordered new ones. Heres the kicker, when I went to get the replacement, they told me to keep the loaner, gave me the old ones back (which I fixed work superglue, and gave me the new replacement pair for $0. Very good customer service. Didnt expect this from a non-major retailer. Very strict with covid protocols so wouldnt recommend to anti-maskers, Ha!

Lovely and fast experience here at EZ Optical! They took extra steps to ensure that my prescription needs were met by doing some in house tests (ie monitor distance, etc). This place is one of the best eyeglass shops I have ever been to! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and the gentleman (who I believe is the owner) asked me about my needs and which glasses he thought were right for me. Their frames are very stylish and VERY AFFORDABLE! I was able to get two complete pairs of glasses (lenses and frames) for just under 200 bucks. They did not try to upsell me and there were no hidden fees. These guys know their profession and have excellent customer service. I recommend all of my friends to this place. This is definitely my go to shop for all of my eye needs in Houston. They also have contact lenses!

Went to this place last week, great service and one of the guys there hooked me to the limit where it shocked me.. Got a new pair of Tom Ford and have gotten so many compliments. Go and get your designer frames from there with a hookup! Definelty recommend and best believe I will be there next week to get my other pair as well since they accept VSP... EZ Optical is our family stop for all eye care. They carry all the brand names sun glasses. Wife is very happy with her Tiffanys and I love my Ray-Bans. Staff is very professional, courteous and the best deals in town. Highly recommended! Way to Go EZ!!!

If Jimmy Buffet can say its 5:00 somewhere than EZOptical can say your frames are in stock.If you request 2 day shipping you may get your frames in just 7days, but I havent .... if they are in stock somewhere and can be shipped to EZO. Then you may get them 2 days after that. Not sure how long that is... taking guesses anyone feel lucky.I dont.

First time using progressive lenses and the confidence that Moufasa gave me was incredible. I was so nervous that I wouldnt be able to get used to them. He said I promise you ... you will be thrilled.Even though the store felt very average ( dont judge a book by the cover) they had a fantastic selection of high end brand names.I havent worn glasses full time for many years ( lasek) so I wanted something funky and edgy. I got a gorgeous pair of Tom Ford cat eyes.I got them when they said they would arrive. Put them on and vwola! Love them !!! Nothing to get used to just like he said. The only thing I find a bit tricky is going down the stairs. ( Ill take the elevator lol) love them!! ❤️️❤️️will be recommending this place to anyone.
