We had an amazing experience at Vision Source. The way the doctor explained things to my children was beyond my expectations. My kids enjoyed their visit and so did I! The whole team was phenomenal! Highly recommended!

Great location. Ive been going there for multiple years and just took my son for his first eye appointment today. They were extremely patient and helpful with my children and this is the only location i will continue to go to.

Omg, I wish I would have found them sooner. The staff here are so patient friendly. My 4yr old and I felt so welcomed as we were already aquatinted before. All our needs were met and questions answered.

I really admire the level of professionalism at vision source greenspoint, my 14 year old has been with this establishment for approximately 4 to 5 years now ,I can honestly say we love this place , and thats the reason my 7 and 11 year old has just become the newest addition , the Clay family has been pleased from the very first day ,staff is extremely welcoming, not to mention all the comedic things that occurs once you are in the back seat ,with the most hilarious eye doctor Ive ever met, if I could rate more I would so 5 stars and beyond , keep up the awesomeness guys ..Thank you .

The staff was very pleasant and patient with my 7 year old daughter the doctor was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend this eye clinic. They made sure I was well informed on what was going on and everyone had smiles on their faces.

I arrived a little early to the appointment. The front desk Receptionist was so nice. They explained everything that was going on and what was going to happen. The doctor was great he explained everything thing about the eye exam and the outcome. I would definitely be visiting there again .

Ive been getting eye exams for over 20 years. Dr. Chengs office is the best.Got eye exams for the whole family from 18 months to 71 years. I really recommend getting the photo of the eye. Dr. Cheng reviews the photo with you so you really understand the health of your eye without having to get dilated. There were some vision tests he did that Id never seen (pun intended) before that helped fine tune my prescription without adding to the length of the exam. Really awesome experience.

They are really attentive and listen to your needs and try to help with what they can.

Very spacious and clean. Everyone was professional yet very friendly, you can tell they have repeat customers based on the conversations I heard. They were all very accommodating to the fact that I had my 1 year old with me and it felt genuine which I appreciated very much. The Optometrist I saw was very friendly and listed to a concern I had and found something that has been missed by two others in the last couple of years. This place offers exceptional care in my opinion.

Purchased my glasses here and had to come back to replace a broken side of them so I was offered $35 for a new pair of frames and they would put my lenses in for me. I really appreciate it. The customer service could’ve been better. Hardly even spoke to me or said hello how are you. Yes I had my toddler trying to keep him quiet also couldn’t see when the tech had them in his hand he couldn’t come hand them to me he sat down asked me questions than stuck his hand out. Be more considerate that some of us can’t see without our glasses

Oooh my gosh... I LOVE THIS PLACE! Dr. Cheng was amazing and patient and the staff was sooo phenomenal! I called and rescheduled thinking my daughter wasnt gonna make her original appointment today. When I saw that she was able to make the appointment that I originally canceled, I called and they were able to get her back in this evening. I could not be more happy. And the doctor is sooo friendly! Hes just a godsend.Dr. Cheng will be my daughters eye doctor from now on and will now be mine in the near future. My original eye doctor recently passed away in a tragic car accident and I had been hesitant to entrust anyone but Dr. Cheng is definitely one of the best and has gained my trust!!! Thanks to you all for such an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I am beyond satisfied with our visit today. ☺

I called 1/7/21 and got an appointment for 1/8/21 and was very pleased! The Dr explained thoroughly why my child has to have glasses. Loved how comfortable everyone made us as first time visitors. Ill be making an appointment for myself soon.

Great customer service. The doctor was very personable and the staff was very detailed in the information given. My only critique would be the prices, there arent any adult frames less than $150. Ive NEVER paid more than $50 at Walmart which is not covered by my current insurance unfortunately. So if youre on a budget, I would recommend saving up about $250 in addition to whatever your insurance covers just in case.

My Daughter Was Seen Today Saturday 09/05/2020 For Her Yearly Exam w/ Dr. Eric Cheng. This Was Our 2nd Time Seeing Him We Last Saw Him Back In 2018, Our Visit Went Great. Our Appointment Was At 11:00AM & We Were Out By 11:35AM🙂 He Explained Everything Very Well And In Detail In Reference To My Daughters Eye Exam. My Daughter Is Always Very Anxious & Shy, During The Process He Explained Everything He Was Going To Do Next Just Not To Me But To My Daughter Also. I Love That Dr. Cheng Is Always Very Patient & Makes My Daughter Feel Comfortable. Everyone Was Very Nice, Overall Good Experience🙂

Dr. Marchas wife and the rest of the staff are quite friendly. Dr. Cheng on the other hand comes across as quite condescending. Unfortunately I wont be back.

All three of my kids started going here. All the front staff was awesome. They helped all of them pick out glasses and very patient with my littlest ones tantrums. The doctor was fantastic. He was so great with my 4yo. I was worried since she doesnt recognize her abcs that we wouldnt get a good screening, but I was very wrong. I would recommend him to anyone.

My Eye Doctor, Eric Cheng was absolutely fantastic. Easy, quick, friendly visit, I haven’t been to this place in two years, but very glad I came back, everything went smooth, it was great. Dr. Cheng was so easy to talk to, striked up a conversation and everything flew by in minutes
