Didn’t think I would like it but because we had been patients of Dr. Mary J Cuevas she made us feel at ease. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The distant was long since we lived in NW Houston. Overall the facility May not look modern, but the service is excellent they really take good care of there patients Dr Cuevas is an excellent physician she spend good quality time with all her patients. A real people caring Doctor that you hardly see anymore I recommend this facility because of the excellent care it’s provides to all.

My mother-in-law is the patient she was treated excellently. She is very happy with the thorough exam and attention given to her concerns. Superb service.

My dad was the patient, he is very satisfied with his first visit there. He was needing an emergency walk in visit due to swelling in his eye, and the staff was very helpful to get him worked in and seen quick. He will be returning for future appointments here.

The doctor was amazing. The person teaching how to put contacts in was a little short with me when I asked questions. Everyone else and the rest of the experience was excellent!!

The lady that was at the reception desk was not to friendly to me, but that was okay. However when a person showed up a little bit late for his appointment she acted as is she was doing him a favor by still letting him in. She has to remember she gets a paycheck by those that come in to Berkeley. She is a older Grey hair lady. If it wasnt for her attitude I would have given a 5 star.

Great eye place, staff was friendly and the doctor as well. Went to get my eye check for a check-up and to check something stuck in my eye. They explained to me the stuff well and treated me with respect. Nice staff and experience overall, would recommend going there, would go there again.

If I could give 0 stars I would give them. I dont think this place is very professional. Today November 14 2020 I had an appointment at 9am, I arrived 8:45 a.m. I left this place at 9:20 a.m. and no one came to open it, and no one spoke to me to cancel my appointment, I missed my work day to come to this appointment. 👇This is the answer they sent me today, but they never called me to cancel.

The Dr. Is a good Dr. I think he made a mistake on my glasses.i tried to get it fixed but the staff gave me a hard time. All they had to do is give me another appointment to see the Dr. To fix the problem. I wont recommend this place to anyone. I feel sorry for the Dr. For hiring very unprofessional people.

Absolutely the worst eye clinic Ive ever been to. Make an appointment and they still make you wait forever. And will be seeing walk-ins before you. Dont waste your time and find another place.

Well me and my little brother had an appointment to see the eye specialist and there was a lady up front in the counter came out to be really rude and didnt want to help or attend us even if I got out of work 1 hour early to get an eye check upAnd was denied any help 0 stars from that one staff member you know who you are while reading this

I called and was quoted $60 for an eye exam. When I called back a bit later to book the appointment I asked again if it was $60 and was told again that it was. Once the exam was finished I was charged $110. I asked about it and was told its only $60 for students. Pretty nasty to pull that out once its all said and done and really soured what was otherwise a quick, friendly experience.

Dr. Jenkins and his staff are great people. They are all very professional and straight forward, They always look forward to helping you . Ive been a happy customer since 2008 and they have always manage to make me feel comfortable and secure, Theres a small waiting areas as they take care of their patients right away. I feel comfortable to know that a doctor as professional as Dr. Jenkins has been taking care of my vision. I recommend his establishment as it has a great staff and location.

Called to set up an appointment the receptionist was very rude, didnt want to set up an appointment or just plain didnt feel like working.

I had a minor surgery on my left eye lid. Very satisfied with the procedure done by Dr. Jenkins. I highly recommend him.

Had 2 minor surgeries in less than a month and eye stye keeps coming out in les than 3 days after surgery and they keep on charging and leaving it the same way or worse

Great care when seen by Dr Jenkins, but was refused care when he saw that I owed another MD $. Compassion has its price, I guess.

I was a walk in and luckily they were able to squeeze me in! My first time coming here since they changed to Berkeley and it will definitely not be my last. The front office staff is nice and very helpful and the doctor (I unfortunately didnt get her name) was great. She was informative and very thorough. I cant wait to go back for my eye exam in a few months!

I went today they treated me very well ... if you have any doubts about what they charge for fear that it will be very expensive so I thought and I was wrong, it cost me $ 80 for the eye revision
