Another great experience at Enhance Eye Care! I see Dr. Ton annually for my vision checkups and she is always friendly, professional, and very thorough in her examination. She takes a lot of time explaining what she’s doing and what her findings are. I moved to Conroe a couple of years ago, but I continue to drive to Houston to see her each year, as finding another Optomitrist that I am this pleased with could be difficult. I will continue to see Dr. Ton for all of my vision needs and I highly recommend her!

Dr Ton made the experience positive with her demeanor and professionalism with a caring attitude. Questions easy to understand and follow along with the procedures even before you ask. Her ability discuss money matters were clear and upfront causing no embarrassment or uncomfortableness for me as a customer of her services. I do not often feel this quality of ease when handling personal private medical matters. And her staff at Pearland office exhibits her standard of care. She also handle customer issues that go awry with much satisfaction and helpfulness and that is great to know!!

The staff are nice and professional and the environment is clean and comfortable, however, I purchased a pair of glasses and frames that are unusable for the purpose I’d purchased them for. Unfortunately glasses are expensive and though they did change the lenses out and fiddle with the frames, it didn’t really help. In retrospect I would have liked them to have professionally advised me that progressives were not perhaps the best option with my vision prescription before I spent my money....then I would have been able to give them more stars.

The team at Enhance Eyecare is extremely professional with such a pleasant atmosphere. The doctor is so informative and welcomes questions. This was my first time going, my daughter and myself will definitely be clients for a very long time. Great experience!!!

I went to Enhance Eye Care to have three pairs of glasses made as well as an eye examination. From the warm and friendly reception and to the professionalism of Johnny and Dr. Ton, I have to say, it was an excellent experience. There was a two week wait time for the glasses, but the quality of the lenses from the lab was excellent on all pairs.

Everything was top notch. Dr explained everything thoroughly and staff was very warm and pleasant

This was my first time visiting an eye doctor since 2016. Its a clean facility. I didnt have to wait because I have an appointment, they took care of me immediately when I entered the practice. Great Service! I have been getting my prescription glasses at Enhance Eye Care for 3 years now. The staff is very helpful and professional. I love their selection of frames and enjoy choosing new ones. Regarding the use of old frames, I did this last year and it was not a problem. The team was very helpful in recommending the type of lens replacements that would be best for my old frames. Based on the consistent service level for the past 3 years, I plan to continue purchasing my eye glasses at Enhance Eye Care.

My Doctor was on vacation and Dr. Ton was able to see me on such short notice. I was worried about my right eye, she checked it, calmly assured me that it was nothing serious and sent me on my way. She also answered my questions. The level of professionalism was fantastic and the staff was great.

Enhance Eye Care on Eldridge is a smaller, more personal, eye care experience. The staff are professional and take time to explain everything. In my experience they are a little more expensive than the mall eye care production lines but the end result is a more pleasing experience and a better pair of glasses. I have now purchased two sets of glasses and plan to use them again in the future.

My family love this place. They are awesome.

The doctor is average-but the staff are just pathetic. They cant get anything right and charge your full price for contacts before your trial has even taken place so if the prescription needs to change then you are fooling with refunds---just horrible experience. do not go. At first they will show you the fake niceness, but they will become real jackasses if there is any dispute.There are plenty of other good places to go. Not worth it to try your luck here.

Always feel great about visiting Enhance Eye Care. Dr Ton and all of the staff make you feel completely comfortable with the testing and selecting the perfect lenses, frames and contacts. The testing for eye health and vision is very thorough and the results explained well.

Every visit is professionally executed from the moment you step in the door, thorough & informative (should you opt for a more detailed exam Dr Ton breaks down every test and result into easily consumed chunks of knowledge), all weaved in with a whole bunch of smiles and a lot of laughter.

Actually got chewed out by the doctor just before I paid her $125! Asked for her professional opinion regarding a lens treatment based on a poster affixed to her door. She took it personally. She accused me of insulting her. Can you imagine? Boy this country is wrapped pretty tight these days.
