Service was great. From the time I checked in, to eye exam, to contacts consultation, to Glasses/frame consultation, to checking out was EXCELLENT customer service !!! They took their time and recommended based on me and was able to get a discount on my glasses. SCORE!!Didn’t get everyone names but Dr. Lui Ms. Jacqueline and Ms. Erma and WHOLE staff were really great!

I came in on 5/27/21 with my son and I and everything was GREAT the staff was great the service was perfect so I came back 5/28/21 with my 2 younger children and the service was GREAT Adriana and Douglas and both eye doctors and the other receptionist Jacqueline (they’re really sweet) we’re amazing I absolutely love this particular location and absolutely love the staff

The prescription i received has an error! I had both contacts and spectacle exam done. my OS and OD ( right and left eye) were switched so obviously the doctor (Jill lieu) wasnt paying attention when writing the prescription! The right eye says -2.75 on the contacts prescription but -2.50 on the spectacle side when 2.50 is my left eye prescription.your contacts prescription are supposed to be less stronger than your spectacle prescription since they sit directly on your eye, however my prescription is the same for both contacts and spectacles.I wouldnt have caught the errors if i had not been wearing glasses and contacts for 15 plus. years! Make sure to read your prescription and ask questions or simply dont go here.

They over charged me for a contact prescription

The staff are great! I am always in quickly to see a doctor and they always help me pick out the right frames. My eight year old daughter is also a customer and she loves em.

This location has very poor customer service and will rip you off. On my first visit, I was told that I could only get 2 boxes of contacts but I called my insurance company and they confirmed I was supposed to get 4. So, check your benefits BEFORE you go to make sure you are getting what youre supposed to and not being cheated.Fast forward a year, I was told that my insurance didnt cover the contacts I wanted so I would have to pay $56. I refused and asked for a different brand. At that point, the girl went and when she came back the story changed. Niw they were covered and I only had to pay my Co pay.Two weeks later I called to check the status of my order and the girl gave me 3 different stories...the last story was they were ordered from my insurance but were on backorder.I hung up and called my insurance company and found out that my contacts havent even been ordered.This is NOT how you do business! Do yourself a favor and just dont go there. Save yourself a headache. Choose a more reputable establishment. Learn from my mistakes.

Had an issue the first time around which Jacqueline resolved without an issue. I would highly recommend Dr. Roach thanks to her I had that issue resolved Id make sure to get her specifically in future appointments.

Doctor and staff was awesome. Quick and professional. No waiting many choices of Eye Glasses selection and styles.

The service was horrible ..Jennifer was rude and disrespectful to me and my children. She did not offer to assist us she just handed my son his glasses and talked crazy to me because I asked if he could get some assistance with the fitting of his glasses. She advised me they were fine and they did not need fitting...Someone came and adjusted his glasses. I will not go back to this place EVER....they need customer service reps who are willing to assist patients and reps who are happy just to be working and have a job.

I have been attending this location since 2010. I love it ! How ever the eye exams are a bit higher than other locations. This location does have a fair variety of glasses, including name brands.

We love the staff. Every time we are in Houston and need to come in, they are so friendly and helpful!

The exam was great, however, the cost is fairly higher than other places. Also, the store manager didnt seem to know what she was doing

Great people but last time I went to louetta location they had buy 1 get 1 free . Greens Rd didnt have that offer this time only 40% still had me over 1000$ .

The Staff is very kind and professional especially the doctor but way too over priced, almost 200 for a emergency visit! I dont know if they ripped me off or if its normal but you could go somewhere else for a way cheaper price.

They are rude and try to get more money out you and you wait for along time before someone actually notice you so I will NEVER bring my kids there
