Excellent care Dr. Dixit and nursing staff was wonderful. I had to stay over night the room and facility was clean. I will never go to the Hospital ER ever. If I ever need an ER visit or friends, family I will recommend Elite Care. Best medical experience I have ever had.

Elite Care is where you want to go! I was helped by Dr. Dixit, Sunny (Nurse) and Nicole (tech) for food poisoning and dehydration. Because of covid, my fiancé was asked to wait in the car, however Sunny’s beside manner was remarkable! I was seen immediately, diagnosed and treated accurately and left feeling 100x better. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Care for all emergencies!!!**I do want to say that my copay was $300 which I thought was high. It was that high because they are out of network. If I was again in a situation where I needed emergency care, I would go back to Elite without hesitation!

Went in yesterday due to having COVID like symptoms. I would like to mention that all the staff there are very helpful and attentive to all your questions and needs. HIGH praises to the following staff, Dr. Grieves, Michael the ER Tech, Kim the nurse and of course the front desk lady that assisted me far beyond her job duties. I really appreciate all of your help in getting me to my road to recovery much faster! I love Elite Care 24Hr Emergency room and HIGHLY recommend coming to this establishment for all your hospital needs!

Highly upset by the way no one disclosed to me that this urgent care was out of my network. Now Im having to suffer and do extra homework by having to go through the appeal process with my insurance. Staff was friendly and facility is nice but unfortunately Im never going here again.

I visited Elite Care twice this week for a bad case of RSV and was blown away both times by the level of care and genuine kindness from the staff. Oscar at the front desk listened to my sob story on the phone and was so kind and patient with me. My nurse, Ethan, was also fantastic and made sure I was comfortable. And Dr. Short was nothing “short” of amazing both times by ordering tests quickly and getting results quickly too. Not to mention, the facility is top level and very clean. I am an RN myself and worked in a similar setting for 7 years and can say without a doubt that the Elite Care staff truly care about their patients. Thank you again for all of your help!

Last night I had to go in for an emergency treatment due to a foot injury and the entire staff was amazing giving me a phenomenal and very warm welcoming experience from entering the door up to leaving. The receptionist was outstanding and very comforting in helping me with the process as it was my first time at urgent care. The radiology guy was really personable and greatly helped in alleviating the stress of the situation. The Doctor did a great job and I am so thankful for the registered nurse who helped administer my tetanus shot and for wrapping my foot injury with orange tape. She was just as amazing as the receptionist. Thank you so much everyone, you are all very professional and wonderful health care staff.

Elite Care Center at Rice Village had to be the easiest experience Ive ever had when entering an emergency clinic. I dont think Ive ever been greeted with such kindness before when walking in to such an establishment before. Darlene, Brenda, Oscar and Dr. Mac prioritize their patients and have you in an out, as quick as they can. We told jokes and laughed. Actually had a great hang out while there! I will never, EVER enter another medical care center other than this one if I can help it. I was a nurse as well for 17 years and these people are 100%. All the love to you guys and your great team.

UNNECESSARY CT SCAN ON 9 YEAR OLD.I brought in my son because of stomach pains and dehydration. The staff was wonderful, attentive, and caring - including Dr.Temple. My son was given an IV and quickly felt better. About an hour later, despite marked improvement, Dr. Temple STRONGLY recommended a CT scan to make sure it wasn’t his appendix. I questioned his suggestion knowing that children should not have scans unless absolutely necessary and should instead be observed. Dr. Temple then proceeded to convince me by saying that he would do it on his own grandchild. I reluctantly agreed, BUT should have also asked how much Elite Care makes from the insurance company for a scan?Of course, nothing was wrong with my son, which I’m sure Dr. Temple presumed. I have spoken with other parents who despite agreeing that the service and staff are wonderful, also agree that Elite Care is about the bottom line. Apologies to all the staff who actually care more about patients than profit. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about Dr.Temple.I would still go there, but also not hesitate to ask how much they make on a procedure - even if it’s covered by insurance - before agreeing to it. Who knows what the long term effects will be of an unnecessary CT scan on my child.

Dr Ajati , Oscar and Sunny were all so freaking amazing!!!!! We are from out of town visiting the weekend and they were able to take care of us in such a timely manner!!!! God bless the staff. They are the best!

Got a covid test and geeze louise was it a breeze! Definitely recommend anyone to get their test here. The PCR results come back within 1-2 hours! Doctors and nurses were also super nice and pleasant.

I took my parents in for COVID screwing. The staff was very Professional and very compassionate. Gavin has excellent bedside manner.Michael, Érica, and Allis we’re very helpful too. Great team! Thank you taking such good care of my parents.

Today I returned to this freestanding ER fir my daughter to be pleasantly greeting and well taken care of. Mostly, it all seem to be a huge misunderstanding. This was not the clinic I previously attended as patient. My daughter and I walked right into a very clean and friendly environment. I am happy to say once arriving, staff members were amazing! Joe perked my daughter up with a few jokes to take the ease off, the manager came to greet us with great sympathy and understanding. I couldn’t be more happy that I changed my mind and decided to go. The office staff, nurses and doctor were all very very nice people. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this ER.

There are no words honestly that could express how well these folks came through for our family and my little one who got extremely ill from a severe stomach bug recently. In a time when the fear of not having a hospital bed available if it is needed is very real, this group of people saved the day for us and we never needed to step into a hospital emergency room with horrific exposure levels to covid for all of us avoided.Here are some of the rockstars: SUNNY THE NURSE and DR.AHADI were amazing. I am a healthcare professional myself so every healthcare visit for myself and my family is viewed through a fairly critical lens by me. These guys passed with flying colors and I was very impressed! I have told anyone in my circle that will listen that, especially now, in this time when walking into a hospital emergency room can lead to dangerous exposure we are lucky to have places like Elite Care that can be a great starting point for diagnostics and sometimes may be all that is needed. Thanks to you all for your genuine caring that we were so grateful for that night(and the next night again)and thanks to SUNNY for being so gentle and distracting my 5 year old so well and to DR.AHADI for demonstrating a multidisciplinary approach (he consulted with a pediatrician on the best approach to make absolutely sure he had covered everything) that is needed more often in Medicine. You guys all rock and you are doing good for people and you should pat yourself on the back for that!

Ii was treated at Elite Care for chest pain .The care and attention I received was beyond expectations. The cardiologist, was DR Asif Ali and my words can not begin to describe the exceptional care and compassion Dr. Asif Ali has provided me. I, myself, am a physician and as many know we are not the easiest type of patients to treat, which is an understatement in my case. Dr Ali is by far the most skilled, educated and dedicated cardiologist one could ever hope to encounter.He not only saved my heart but touched it in such a way that will forever change my life.He is my Angel …..Thank you to all those involved in with my care

EliteCareHouston is the best, most professional, urgent care I have ever encountered. From Oscar at the front desk, Nurse Gavin and Dr. Good, their care and concern for my health was very apparent. I would recommend anyone who requires immediate medical attention to seek out Elite Care Houston first and foremost.

I went to get a covid test done and the staff made the process so easy Allison and Erica in the front were so welcoming and helpful and Michael was the one who swabbed me and he was so kind and made me feel like family.

Went in thinking I just had the flue. They were slammed as most ERs currently are right now but after getting in a room I was still treated with care and like VP. No different then when I was treated the first time I went there 8 years earlier. The nurse Lashanda ( I hope she can forgive me if I got her name wrong, I was out of it) was top notch and my physician Doctor Kite was amazing. The honesty and informative conversations made me feel at ease after I got the news of a covid diagnosis. The treatment I received despite how tired and over worked everyone appeared to be was definitely Elite! Thank you guys for getting me and my wife taken care of!

I Was more than pleased with the care I received from here, both Oscar and Allison were very patient and caring with me. They are truly amazing receptionist.

Hate that I have to do this, because there are some great nurses and some good doctors working there. However, the last experience I had with Dr. Ahmed Shaikh was traumatizing. I have a chronic illness that causes occasional, very painful flare ups. I made the mistake of asking Dr. Ahmed Shaikh to treat my pain, and he flew off the handle, screaming at me in front of other patients and staff and calling me an addict. From talking (calmly and politely) it was clear that he clearly had not reviewed my records properly (I had just been released from a long, difficult hospital stay caused by a bad auto-immune flare up)and he knew very almost nothing of my case and my condition, yet he decided that the best course of action for treating me was to continuously return to the doorway of my room and scream at me. Even after I told him I was more than happy to leave the center, he just could not help but to keep returning to the doorway of my room and screaming at me. Unfortunately, the absolutely worst thing for my condition is psychological and emotional stress, so obviously, his choice to make a public spectacle of me contributed to the worsening of my condition. So, if you find yourself sick or injured and need to treat your pain, avoid Elite Care. In my opinion, Dr. Ahmed clearly struggles with regulating his emotions, has some cruel, sadistic tendencies and jumps to conclusions about patients without fully reviewing their records. There are lots of other urgent care options in the neighborhood, my advice would be to go anywhere but else but to Dr. Ahmed.

Took my 94 year old mom last night for complications with Covid to give her IVY REGENERON. Not only were their staff of Dr Dixit, Lashonda, & Maria kind, competent and moved swiftly to help my ailing mom, but they pulled off a miracle for us! I cannot thank them enough. My mother is doing amazing and is making great strides. These treatments are nothing short of a miracle and this clinic is the place to get it. God Bless you all !!

I went here when I was new to the city and broke my toe. First, they lied on the phone and said yes when I called and asked if they were an urgent care center. Then, they lied and told me they were in-network for my insurance, which they were not. After 3 X-rays and maybe 5 minutes with a doctor who taped my toes together, I now owe ~$1600, the most expensive hospital bill I’ve ever gotten (even more than getting in a car accident). Additionally, this happened over 9 months ago and I’ve been calling them since to get them to send me the bill and they usually don’t return my calls. Infuriating and a waste of time. Go to a real hospital, this emergency center is a scam.

Quick in and out for my PCR Covid test. It was expensive, $450, but I needed it quickly for a flight. I had my results within 3 hours! The front desk lady could have been a little friendlier.

Got a COVID-19 test here but they barely stuck the swap in my nose before saying I was done. They did not go anywhere near deep enough to take an accurate test and not even 15 minutes later they message me telling me my results (negative of course). I cant imagine 15 minutes is enough time to fully run a test in a busy lab (there were numerous other people there getting tested as well). They definitely did their job poorly to make money and they still charged me $3000! Absolute scam artists.

Great experience. Walked in to get a COVID test and was administered one within 10 minutes of registering. Doctors and personnel were all very friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Erica who made sure I could get a test done swiftly and without hassle!

Came in for a broken pinky toe and overall it was a great experience! I was seen within minutes of arriving. My nurse, Gavin, was incredibly friendly and took great care of me. The whole process took about an hour, not much more than that. And my copay was waived because I’m a student still. Would highly recommend to anybody needing urgent care services!

Great place! I went in with what I thought was a dislocated elbow. From the time I arrived each staff member that assisted me went above and beyond and were so friendly it put me at ease.My entire visit, from the time I walked through the front doors until the time I left (which included check in, the doctor evaluation, xrays,.the radiologist reading the xrays, the doctor advising me that my elbow was factored, getting wrapped up in a splint, and then leaving) took less than 1.5 hours.That is an amazing turn around time and if given the choice this will be the only place I seek emergency care in the future!

My experience here was awesome. Darlene R warmly greeted me immediately, and made me feel welcomed. Gavin my nurse and Selena the techs service were outstanding! Gavin is the sweetest, caring, and most knowledgeable nurse I’ve come in contact with. His bedside manner is 5 stars! Dr Chen was awesome as well. He was fast, and throughly took care of me. I appreciate that he did his due diligence in diagnosing my issue! I recommend Elite Care to anyone wanting to be taking care of the right way! Their staff, and service live up to their name VERY ELITE! Thank you !

Excellent care with great doctors but the lady at the front desk told me Id only pay the copay from my insurance. I knew some stories of people who were promised that but ended up with $2000 bills and there is really no way to fight these people.Knowing this, I asked the front desk lady to confirm I would only pay the copay and not receive a huge bill 100 times and she affirmed.I received excellent care and was very happy till we got the bill for $600... for a little forehead scratch. I didnt even need stitches. This means the desk lady either lied or was completely incompetent.I called the billing department and explained my problem for hours but they said theres nothing they could do and the front desk lady was wrong.Do not trust these people. I was worried this would happen. I would have just gone somewhere else if I knew theyd promise a certain price then overcharge me. I cant let the bill go a debt collector because that would destroy my credit score. I cant really do anything because I cant prove the front desk lady lied to me in court. This is terrible.DO NOT GO HERE!Response to owner:Thats nice you promise to never surprise bill your patients, but it happened to me. You want me to delete this review? Im not calling your number for the thousandth time to get told theres nothing that can be done. Send me a check and its all good.

I was referred by my supervisor to go visit them for a COVID test since I was already in the area. It was very convenient that I could communicate with them via text message. I was told to wait in the car to receive the test, but I did not get a response back when I arrived. If I was told that I could wait inside the clinic to get tested, I would have done that before I waited for almost 30 minutes of getting a response. That would be my only complaint, but they were pretty timely and helpful. Thank you Michael for making sure my symptoms could potentially be COVID-related before taking a test and thankfully I am COVID-free.

Staff that treated me was great. Friendly and attentive. Sadly this was clouded by the communication and actions of the front desk. I filled out the forms online, received my text to park at the front and inform them of my eta. I did just that especially since I live so close, I immediately responded to that text and arrived 2 mins before the time I gave them. I then called and asked if there was a different number to respond to and they said no it’s the same and someone will contact you through that text. I waited 45 mins in my car before calling back and they claimed to have already contacted everyone. Then through the background heard them say oh yeah (calling out the time I text them) and said they are ready you can come back. Then I simply asked what happened and they claimed to have responded to me and that I must’ve not gotten their message? So guess it’s my fault somehow. Wont be using this location again. But thanks to the staff who did treat and take care of me.

The staff is amazing! Very prompt and easy registration for a covid pcr test and results came back within 1hr 30 mins. Micheal has the best bed side manner. I have always been very anxious with my previous testing for covid but he helped me calm down and reassure me over everything that goes down when you test. 100/10 would have Micheal again!:)

Dr. David Chen was excellent. Needed quick COVID testing and my results came back in 1.5 hrs. Dr. Chen was professional and informative. Facility was very clean. Registration was easy. Communication by text regarding instructions to come also very easy. Would easily come back here again for any medical needs, not just COVID testing.

This is a great location!The space is clean and inviting. The staff is even better than the space!Darleen checked me in and got me to the back quickly. Nurse Dale and Dr. Dixit were great. They both were extremely knowledgeable about my concerns and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly, which helped to calm my anxiety.My time from start to finish was a little more than 30 minutes.Hopefully you will not need Urgent Care at all, but if you do--go to Elite Care in Rice Village. Centrally located, they get you in--take good care of you and get you out!

Called to ask questions about COVID Testing. Whoever picked up was rude. You shouldn’t make people feel bad asking questions in an effort to be informed patients. This kind of response to questions that are honestly very easy to answer and don’t need to be answered with an attitude is completely unnecessary.

Came here to get a COVID test and had a quick and easy experience. The entire process was automated. I filled out a form for the test on my phone, and then sent a text to a number they provided when I arrived for my appointment. I was then given instruction over text on where to go for my test and was later texted a link to view the results.I did wonder if moving from my car to inside the clinic for the test was completely sanitary since others had sat in the same chairs and used the same medical equipment before and after me for covid tests. It felt clean, but it was just a thought that crossed my mind. I’m sure they had sanitized everything down before and after each appointment.The doctor who I met with briefly was very kind and knowledgeable and able to answer my questions about how to proceed once I received my results, which were sent to me just two hours after my visit.Overall a great experience and much better than what I anticipated.

My visit this past weekend wasnt that great. I came for a Covid test as I have symptoms. I recieved a text message 2 hours later saying my results were positive. I called everyone that was in close contact with me and my employer. 25 minutes later I get another text that says you do not have Covid but you have coronavirus, with no further explanation. It was very embarrassing to have to call everyone again and let them know the mistake. The facility should be more professional about how results are communicated. My lab results were sent unsecure to a email address which is a HIPPA violation.

Couldn’t recommend this place more! Easy to take an appointment. You fill everything online and you arrive there and provide your last name. The place is super clean and the service is amazing and best part that you get your results the same day. The staff people are amazing and caring people.

Just leaving elite care. All I can say is AMAZING! The doctors are very throughout and have amazing bedside manner. They truly care about the well-being of their patients! The nurses had a hard time finding a vein for my Iv, but they went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure I received the proper care. Using an ultrasound machine, having the doc take a look, etc. they truly gave me the best care I’ve had from any other facility. Highly recommended!However, the front staff wasn’t as welcoming. Upon arrival, the receptionist came off very cold. She asked if I had insurance, which I then proceeded to give her my insurance and DL. She took a look at my insurance card and said “well your copay is $500.” I explained to her that it was an emergency that I was there, so unfortunately I didn’t have the payment. My symptoms were due to my Chron’s disease so I was leaning on the counter bc of the amount of pain I was in. She then said “you have to move.” I said okay.Fast forward to checkout, that receptionist had left due to shift change. The new receptionist said “you have to pay $500.” I explained to her that I had already spoke with the receptionist upon arrival that I couldn’t make the $500, but I could pay $80 at 12am once my paycheck hits. I asked her If I should call at midnight or leave my debit card information to run it. She said “well we’re just going to have to bill you.” She said it extremely rude and caught me off guard. I politely then said “goodnight” and very rudely she responded “night.”Other than the front desk staff, my experience was great. I believe that as the first faces patients encounter you should always have a positive attitude and welcoming demeanor.

Best place for a rapid covid tests. Many of my acquaintances and myself all used this location- you just text them, fill out some forms, and they text you when you can come in. The results come back in about an hour. Thank you for being so organized and giving clear instructions!

The waiting area was clean. They didnt accept my insurance and I guess I look like Im broke, because the lady said we have self pay, but you can go to Methodist up the road. I wont make it a race issue, and I was hurting too bad to even talk to her further. Thanks for the Methodist referral though. They are taking excellent care of me as I type! I suggest sharing the payment process, and letting the patient decide if they want to proceed.

I had to get an emergency COVID swab done for work, and this was one of the first recommendations that came up on my google for quick results. I am SO happy I made the drive and went to this center! Dale, Dr. A, and Darlene were all super helpful. They squeezed me in at the end of the day and made sure my experience was as positive as possible. The environment was clean and welcoming, and the staff was off the chart. 10/10 would go to this center again. Best care I’ve received in a long time.

Elite Care is right!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility!!! I was here on Friday in the aftermath of the ice storm. When other ERs were closed, these professionals showed up and gave 110%!!! I was quickly diagnosed and treatment began in the shortest possible time. I was there for 14 hours and was checked on regularly the entire time. Drs Kite and Ahadi and Nurses Juan and Dennis could not have done more to ensure my health and well-being. Someone was in my room as soon as my IV machine made a beep. I was fed and given snacks throughout the day. I could not have imagined a better or more comfortable experience. Ive done my time in ERs for my work and I truly cant rave about my experience enough. Thank you so much Elite Care Emergency Center!

Sandra, you are the angel that saved our skins, thank you for answering the phone. We needed to get back home to Africa, pronto, family emergency n all. Needed a Covid-19 PCR test in 12 hours for the airlines, these people came through for us. Cant thank you all enough. The rooms are spotlessly clean and smell great.

Amazingly smooth, well run operation. I went in for a COVID 19 test. Everything was coordinated via text until I got there. Once there, I was in and out in under 10 minutes. That included a doctor consultation! There were no lines, and everything was completed in the course of 1 day. I booked this morning at 10 AM and have my results in hand by 4 PM. Good job!!!

I really like the app they use. It allowed me to be in and out without waiting in the lobby. They are very professional and they response very quickly in the app when I had questions. Note, I used this only for Covid testing, but I would use it for regular Immediate Care center visits.

The medical care from the physician, nurse, radiological manager and other staff was compassionate and state of the art. I was required by my job to get tested for COVID and after calling and driving around to different testing sites, I became very worried that I wasn’t going to get tested as quickly as I’d hoped. My colleague found Elite Care Rice Village and within an hour, I drove from Midtown to Rice Village, quickly signed up for testing through their user friendly text to register system, was tested and back in the comfort of my home awaiting my results! The group of medical professionals at Elite Care Rice Village were incredibly friendly, welcoming and the sense of care they had for their patients was heart warming. THANK YOU to the entire team including Dale Cass for all you are doing for the Houston community and surrounding areas. My heart goes out to all of you! Stay safe ♥️

My experience was wonderful - quick, efficient and thorough. Dr. Short was extremely professional, listened and had a great bedside manner.Molly was cheerful, patient and easygoing.Curtis was fantastic - very caring and extremely tolerant of my fussing through the nose swab.I don’t recall her name but the receptionist was understanding and accommodating.Even though I felt really lousy when I walked in, we all managed to get a few laughs in. I think Dr. Short, Molly, Curtis, the receptionist and I believe laughter is good medicine for the soul too. Great bunch of people!

I was taken care of from the moment I walked in. Darlene, Dale, Curtis, and Dr. Short were great. Darlene was helpful and patient with my paperwork. Dale gave me great insight on why certain procedures are necessary and even other health related things I should keep in mind you can tell he really cares. Curtis was helpful and kept things light hearted which I needed. Dr. Short took care of me and went above and beyond with giving me different options I should look at it and recommending an orthopedic I should consider with me not being from Houston. Highly recommend. Great staff

Dr. Larkin had incredible bedside manner and was clear and understanding. My favorite was nurse Dennis. He was absolutely incredible. Even though I was in pain and super anxious, he made me feel valid. I’m so thankful to the staff that was so understanding and nonjudgmental. I had an great experience and am thankful to their thoroughness and care. Y’all are awesome!

I was so pleased when I went to get my COVID test- fast results and super kind staff!

The service here is quick and efficient. I set everything up online and was sent a text when it was my time. I got there and was met at the door by friendly staff who got me in and out quickly. I definitely recommend this service.

The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They provide excellent service and there is no wait. They even follow up with you the following day to make sure youre better. However, be cautious and ask questions while you are there about billing rates. If you have a high deductible health plan, you may be better off not using your insurance at all, and the difference could be as high as $1000. In my case, we were able to work out a fair solution and I am grateful, but I believe that Elite Care, and other such companies, should be make it a practice to be more upfront with patients about costs.

Clean, safe and friendly staff. Answered all my questions and released results in a timely manner. I hope I don’t need to return but if I had to pick an Urgent Care it would be them!

COVID TESTING:The rapid results option is perfect. In person my visit was pleasant and the staff was really nice. My results came in via text quicker than I was told which to me is considered exceeding my expectations. I got tested 8/19 around 2:30pm. My results came in at 4pm. I was told by my tester that I would get a PDF via email as well. I waiting a few hours after I got the results via text and called to check the status. I was then told it would be sent. Waited another hour, still nothing so I called a few hours later again. The lady was a bit snappy and advised me that she had not sent it yet but she will send it soon. Now it’s 8/20 @6am and I still have not received it and my employer is requesting it. So I called and spoke with Katherine who made an attempt to email it but advised me their system had been down since Monday and if I don’t have a fax number I will have to come pick it up. Today I am suppose to return back to work but instead I will be late to work possibly risking not returning today due to me having to drive 45min to pick up a sheet of paper. Had I known there system was down I could have picked it up the night before since they are 24 hours.

GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING!! This place was so incredibly fast and convenient, I honestly couldn’t believe it. They make the process super easy especially for nervous first time testers! All you have to do is text COVID TEST to their phone number and then they send you a link to fill out your personal info. Once done, they text you within the hour when to start heading over to their office. When you arrive, the doctor greets you immediately and then you’re in and out in 10 minutes or less! Amazing! Everyone there was so pleasant which is really appreciated when you’re so nervous! Best part is they text you with your results that same day! And let me tell you waiting for your results is the most nerve wracking part and the thought of having to wait 3-10 days for my results like other places is a nightmare when you find out that someone you’ve been exposed to tested positive already. So grateful my coworker told me about this place! It’s been a life saver and gave me peace of mind not having to wait through the weekend for my results—that was priceless!

Worst experience. I came here to get my COVID test, and Michael the nurse was extremely rude to me. As a nurse myself I understand how stressful it can be, but his attitude towards me was absolutely inappropriate, unwarranted, and rude. He came into the room and didn’t even introduce himself. He asked me why I was getting my COVID test at there clinic and not at my job. Then I requested for a PCR because of the accuracy, and he said no because it’s expensive. I then told him that I have insurance and I have called to ensure this visit and test will be covered, and in the event that it wasn’t I would have no issue paying. He continued to give me push back and attitude. I wasn’t even seen by a provider!! I wasn’t assessed other than being asked my symptoms. I wasn’t offered any education or discharge paperwork in regards to my visit and what to expect or do next. It was just an overall TERRIBLE experience. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

A wonderful experience today at elite urgent care. I needed to get a covid test, and their process was easy, efficient and clean.You text a number to get in line and fill out your paper work. They text you when to head to the clinic. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Very impressive.

Went for a Covid test (negative..woohoo). Well organized, professional staff, plus extremely friendly. Had my results of PCR in 2 hrs.

I wasnt feeling well at all and couldnt get in to any doctors because obviously if you breathe wrong you have COVID. Im skeptical about going to these freestanding ERs because they usually fake diagnose you and are very dismissive. Not this place. I went late night at about midnight and there was no wait. Check in was easy and Brenda (front desk) was friendly. Dennis is a real gem. His bedside manner is the best and he is so personable. Lonnie the tech was cool and welcoming and very good at his job. What I liked overall about Elite Care is that the doctor (Dr. Schwartz) did everything in his power to get down to the bottom of the problem I was having. He was willing to do anything I asked he ordered a bunch of tests and even offered for me to stay there for observation. I cant stress how important that is to me as a patient. No one ever wants to be sick but if by chance you are GO HERE!

Was worried I broke my shoulder, and decided to give Elite a try instead of our usual walk-in ER, in part because of COVID....The other place is usually much more crowded, and I was dreading it. So glad we switched! IMMEDIATE attention, friendly staff, bright roomy cheerful waiting room, absence of blaring television. In and out and home in an hour and a half, with Xrays. Shoulder okay! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We had a “scare” this morning when our daughter woke up with a high fever. My wife immediately contacted the Elite team and within minutes we (my daughter, son and myself) were able to get tested within minutes! At the testing site, the team was thorough and very quick. The actual swab test was done efficiently and with minimal discomfort (expect a few seconds of discomfort). They were all very informative and professional. In the end, it turned out all of us were negative. The results came within an HOUR! I highly recommend Elite care for any medical needs, but especially for Covid-19 testing. Thank you guys so much!

The staff was very friendly and fast. The tech Sanu was wonderful . The other tech Mike was very funny. Dale the RN talked me over the phone and suggested to have a covid test then walk in to ER . The Dr Ahadi unblocked my right ear and Dale tested me for strep. Both tests came back negative while I was there.! Wish we had 24hr emergency centers in Atlanta Ga. Wonderful place and staff

Such a great experience! Fast and easy way to get tested and the staff is super friendly! Thanks to McKenzie and Roxy for making the process of getting tested enjoyable even though the test did not feel the best!

I visited the facility at Rice Village in May and was admitted overnight under observation as a precautionary measure. Next morning when I was discharged, I was told my Insurance will take care of the bill. A month later, I get a note from my Insurance co. that Elite Care has charged $33,000!!! I can not even imagine how does a single night stay for observation can cost that amount! There was no surgical procedure done. Only connected to a heart monitor and a few X-rays. $33,000 for that???I am shocked.

I couldn’t be happier that I was taken care of in this ER. Dr.Schwartz is very understanding, attentive, and proficient doctor. Dale is so caring, he was a real friend who was always ready to help and support at any time! Sanu, and Oscar are very polite and kind. They all were the most professional, attentive, caring, and friendly staff. Thank you for taking care of my health!

Dr. Chen, Dennis, Lonnie, you guys were fantastic. Great bedside manner, effective care, beautiful facility. I did not have to wait long, and I even got a fuzzy blanket and some blue Gatorades to take home with me.

This place is awesome. Extremely friendly staff over the phone and in person, Karen and Asia were great. Everyone makes you feel right at home, very comforting and inviting. The inside is very clean and home-like.They offer a free CPR course to the public and it is one of the best ones I’ve ever taken. The CPR course is through Republic EMS and they have great people teaching. Just finished a class with Erik, very knowledgeable! I just keep coming back to this place, thank you Elite Care and Republic EMS.

My recent experience at Elite Care was highly pleasant and positive. Everyone, from the ER physician to the nurse and lab technician, was very courteous and treated me with respect. Most importantly, they were all very attentive to my concerns and extremely caring. I would highly recommend Elite Care to any individual in need of high quality emergency services.

Excellent care with great doctors but the lady at the front desk told me Id only pay the copay from my insurance. I knew some stories of people who were promised that but ended up with $2000 bills and there is really no way to fight these people.Knowing this, I asked the front desk lady to confirm I would only pay the copay and not receive a huge bill 100 times and she affirmed.I received excellent care and was very happy till we got the bill for $600... for a little forehead scratch. I didnt even need stitches. This means the desk lady either lied or was completely incompetent.I called the billing department and explained my problem for hours but they said theres nothing they could do and the front desk lady was wrong.Do not trust these people. I was worried this would happen. I would have just gone somewhere else if I knew theyd promise a certain price then overcharge me. I cant let the bill go a debt collector because that would destroy my credit score. I cant really do anything because I cant prove the front desk lady lied to me in court. This is terrible.

Went to go get a Covid test and needed quick results. Appointment making online was super easy and the app they have you download worked perfectly. All I did was pull up out back, they greeted me and led me inside, Test was completed very quickly by a group of VERY kind people. Loved Dennis and Mackenzie. We were talking like old friends or something. Then, I got my results emailed and texted to me after like an hour and a half. Would recommend.

Fantastic service and staff! For international travel that requires a COVID 19 PCR test done and results returned within 96hrs of your departure flight, I had my results returned to me within 4hrs which is incredible. Thank you Elite Care Emergency Center.
