My daughter woke up in the middle of the night with an intense stomach pain. I’m glad I brought her here because the care was quick. The staff was responsive and empathetic with amazing bedside manners. Al the nurse made her feel at ease with the nose swap. Dr. Yu asked questions and made appropriate recommendations. It was my daughters first X-ray and Michael walked her through the process and explained it to her with appropriate language which made her comfortable and cooperative-she even got to see her image which made her trip to the ER less scary. As a mother, it provides a peace of mind to know there is a facility near by open 24/7 with amazing staff from the check in staff Ms. Claudia to the medical team.

If you need to get a COVID test this is by far the best place to come. I have come here multiple times with different family members over the last year and a half and they are so nice here. When I tested positive I also received the monoclonal antibody treatment here. The facility is clean and they offer patients free drinks and snacks. Dr Zachariah, Nurse Val and tech Roger definitely exceeded expectations.

This place is amazing!!! Dr. Zachria, Nurse Val, Michael who did our X-ray and Claudia at the front desk were all super nice, attentive and quick! We have used this place so many times in the last year and they have ALWAYS been wonderful. And no copay!

This is the most amazing place! The staff, Front Desk, Nurses and Doctors literally go above and beyond. No one wants to be sick but if you end up seeing a doctor for regular needs or emergency this place makes you feel comfortable. The best part is they don’t charge you a co-pay as long as your have insurance. Nurse Kate was amazing and attentive. Better than any ER or even Dr office.

Came here to get a Covid test. The seating area was very clean and spacious. The lady working the counter was very friendly and courteous. They have courtesy drinks if you need one while you wait, water and soda. The entire process was very smooth. This place is open 24hrs a day. The entire process only took us like 25 mins. The nurse who took us back and provided us with our Covid swab was very nice and thorough. She was very gentle and caring. The parking out front was not an issue since this place is located at the end of a shopping strip. We were overall impressed with this place and will recommend it to anyone.

I received the best care at Ally ER. The staff was so courteous from the moment we walked through the door. Cristin was our nurse and went above and beyond helping to comfort my daughter. Candy, snacks, coloring books, stickers on sticks, Cristin was trying it all — I couldn’t be more appreciative! Dr. Simpson took care of my daughter with so much patience and answered all of my (many) questions. Thank you, Ally ER!

We always have the best care here! We had to come this morning for our little. Everyone was wonderful! Claudia at the front desk was quick and nice. Our care from Dr. Donathan, RN Val, and tech Michael was top notch and they all made our daughter feel comfortable and alleviated her anxiety of being there as much as possible. We will continue to use Ally when needed!

If I could give more stars I would!No one ever wants to wait when you don’t feel good. I was treated quickly, yet felt like nothing was missed. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were amazing. Hope I do not need an Emergency Room again in the near future but Would not hesitate to come back.

I went in last night at around 11:30 because I thought my contact was stuck in my eye and I had messed with it so much it was swollen and irritated and slightly painful. I thought Id better go to a professional to help before I did anymore damage because as you know you CANNOT go to sleep with your contacts in -- it will get worse. Everyone there was EXTREMELY nice and took very good care of me (Doctor was Dr. Yu, RN was Val, Tech was Christian and Front Desk was Christina -- all excellent). It turned out that at some point I must have gotten by contact out or it fell out and I didnt know it (it was not a prescription lens -- it was just a trial to see what color I would like best before ordering). It was my first time ever using contacts so I was not an expert yet getting them in and out of my eye. They put some antibiotic ointment on my eye to protect it from infection and gave me a Tetanus because I hadnt had one since I was a small child (in all these years NO ONE has ever worried about that for me). Needless to say I will make sure to come back to this location. I was extremely worried and anxious and they immediately put me at ease. They even gave my daughter who drove me there a cute little Halloween gift bag. I really recommend anyone trying these guys out.

I brought my 3 year old daughter in at midnight and everyone was so nice and took great care of us right away. Our nurse Val was so nice and made her feel comfortable. Dr Nguyen was also so sweet and great with my daughter. He was so gentle with his examination and had her even giggling at some points (she had just been crying prior to this!). He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the care they provide. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you to everyone here for the service you provide! Dr. Sung did a really awesome job explaining everything to us. My son and I had the pleasure of having the nurse Val check up on us while we waited and made sure we didnt need anything. When we went Claudia who worked up front greeted us very warmly. We didnt have much of a wait time and the tech Michael quickly screened us and took us to our waiting room. Each time one of my kids need to go to emergent care, I always come here. All the staff are warm and friendly and my kids love the free snacks and water they offer. This is my first coming here as a patient and I will make this my go to emergency center. Ally is the best hands down and very close to where I live which is a plus. I would highly recommend Ally to anyone who need to take their kiddos or even yourself.

This was only my second visit to Ally Medical, but it certainly won’t be my last if the need arises. Everything from phone calls prior to visit, right on through to their follow up next day after my visit…all was top shelf. The staff is incredibly helpful, accommodating and friendly. The facility is clean and welcoming. I personally did not encounter any wait. They took me before I could even finish my paperwork! Highly recommend Ally for your medical emergencies. You’re in good hands!

I tested positive for covid.. they did not treat me different.. I came in and got the antibodies treatment.. they went through all the precautions n explained it all to me .. overall it was a very very good place n the dr n nurses were very helpful n kind..

I went Ally Medical Emergency Room for a Covid test and then a monoclonal antibody IV five days into experiencing Covid symptoms. A friend had referred me to Ally when her husband had Covid.The medical care was very well done from start to finish. Dr. Zachariah & Val the RN had excellent bedside manner. Dr. Zachariah explained what all needed to transpired for my care. Val provided the care prescribed by the Doctor, making the treatment as comfortable as possible. And Roger was the tech doing the labs for Dr. Zachariah & Val, to keep everything moving along smoothly.The facility was very clean and quiet which was refreshing.

This is my second visit in last 3 years. I must say that this is an amazing, fast, friendly ER clinic for any life emergencies. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I give them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am very impressed with how wonderful everyone was from check, then the awesome nurses that put me at ease to the doctor that treated me. They were very thorough and informative as they took care of calming me and my fears and treating me. If I ever have another emergency I will go back. The staff at Ally ER are amazing, helpful and very pleasant. I came for a COVID test and the experience is easy. Dr. Simpson explains in details your results and Nurse Val RN made us feel at ease. Melanie was the tech Rep. Front office Ms Jones also was very friendly and polite. My 14yr old granddaughter Julia felt less nervous. I’ve recommended my family and friends here and will continue to do so. Number 1 ER in the area. ❤️

Wasnt feeling too great so I stopped by to see the amazing staff here. With absolutely no wait I was able to fill out some paperwork and be seen in no time at al. Everyone was very attentive, including the doctor. First place I have ever been to where the ER doctor actually not only was patient but offered to go above the minimum to provide a more in depth diagnosis. Even the nurse was so kind to talked to my fiance about medical process on another topic not directly relative to my condition specifically...shared her experience and knowledge which gave us information that we were not aware about. Lets just say that I will not be going to any other ER as long as I live in this area. 100% glad we made the choice to come here.

Ally is amazing! Fast and Friendly. Dr. Nguyen has such a kindness about him. I went to get tested for work because of my sinuses. The nurse was so gentle with the brain swab that I actually thanked her for bringing relief to my itchy throat and ears.This morning I even received a text to check on how I was doing! Top notch! Love this place!

8/26/21, first time to this clinic. The staff there was very attentive. The waiting room was clean and best of all they had SNACKS! After a very short wait, 30min or so, I was seen taken to the back to be seen. My nurse was very friendly and informative and didnt make me feel like a burden (like Ive felt at other ER clinics). The IV insertion hurt a little bit but I think the Tech that did it was a little nervous. The Dr. was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions for him. I would definitely go back if I had to and I live about 25 minutes from there. 10/10.

This place is by far the best E.R. I have ever been to from the second I walked in miss. Cynthia was so nice and then my RN. Craig was SO AMAZING he was so nice and funny and quick and my doctor Dr.Yu was SUPER FAST to come to the room I was seen by him after 10 15 mins after arriving thats the quickest a doctor has ever came to the room after arriving at a E.R. or doctors office! He explained everything so well! I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THIS PLACE I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN! I WILL MAKE THAT 30 MINUTE DRIVE TO THEM! I highly recommend this Urgent care center! Hannah at the front desk was super nice and helpful! There was no long wait time at all. Melanie the tech was very sweet and talked to my son through checking his vitals. Dr Abraham talked to my son and they held a conversation, made us feel relieved and treated my son with the upmost kindness! Valrn was real kind as well, gave my son a little Halloween goodie bag and explained everything to me. This is the place we will be going to for now on! 💯💯💯😁😁😁

I can’t express how pleased I am with the services that I received at this facility. I called ahead and was politely told there was no wait by Claudia at the front desk. When I got there she had already informed the staff of what I was experiencing, so they were ready which I really appreciated. Everyone was extremely polite, kind, and willing to help. Val, my nurse made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Zachariah listened to my issues and immediately got me medications to get comfortable and in no more pain. Michael, who did my CT Scan explained how the scan would work and made sure I was comfortable. Val even came in before shift change and made sure I had everything I needed before he left, along with some friendly small talk. You can tell they really care about you.I highly recommend this place if you need immediate medical attention.

We feel so grateful to have Ally Medical Emergency room down the street from us during these not so fun COVID-19 times. Its great that they are open 24/7 and the experiences we have had (we have been there 4 different times!) have all been positive. The nurse practitioners and physicians we have seen all had good bedside manners and were very informative.A little gem in Clear Lake!

Clean, friendly and quick! A truly ideal emergency care experience. Everyone is very warm, friendly and patient and I was seen within minutes of walking in. When I had a question about my prescription the next day, it was so easy to get answers. So grateful to live near this facility.

I went here last night and it is honestly the BEST urgent care facility Ive ever been to. First of all, they were the only place that was opened at 12am. Secondly, I got seen also as soon as I walked in. I didnt even finish filling out the paperwork, thats how quickly they called me back. I also was very thoroughly examined and given detailed information on my test results. The facility was also very clean and they even had snacks! Definitely a 5 star experience!

My kid swallowed a penny earlier in the day. At 9 pm we went to the ER and they got us back quickly, did an evaluation, an X-ray, and confirmed penny was in there. They told us it should pass naturally but if we had any issues to come on back in.Dr. Zachariah, Valen, Michael, and Claudia were very professional, courteous, and set our minds at ease, along with keeping my kid calm and unafraid. I highly recommend this facility if you have an emergency.

I got to the ER at 9:30 PM the receptionist, nurses, and doctors were efficient and precise of the diagnosis of my issues. It was a five-star experience in a time of need. My family and friends will go nowhere else when I emergency happens. Thanks

Tonight was our first experience at Ally and I cannot say enough great things about this facility. It’s very clean, but most importantly the staff went above and beyond to be sure my 11 year old girl was comfortable… her visit was not memorable due to illness, instead it was turned into a memory sprinkled with laughter and joy. Craig was our nurse and he was simply the best! He spoke to our daughter with kindness, acted silly to make her laugh, and explained every part of the visit thoroughly to be sure she was never scared. Dr. Brodeur was very friendly and attentive as well… making the best of our ER experience. I didn’t catch the name of the lady at the front desk, but she was also super personable and sweet. If you find yourself in a situation requiring emergent care and Ally is within a reasonable distance… go!! We made the drive from Alvin and it was definitely worth it. Thank you Kate, Craig, front desk sweetheart and Dr. Brodeur of ALLY for being a Jesus hug to our family tonight!! ❤️

My family has been using Ally for over a year now and theyre always fantastic. Dr. Nguyen, Val, Michael, Claudia... the whole staff is excellent. Theyre FAST, friendly, and the facility is always exceptionally clean. Everyone is great with my kids too. Ive had to bring both of my boys (3 and 6) in the last year, and at this point I wouldnt even consider using a different ER. The staff actually cares. That matters.

Ally Medical has to be one of the best medical centers I have visited. The wait was so short (we did come in on a Sunday) that we didn’t even get to sit down before they called us back. We researched and researched for a place to get our PCR test done quickly as we had an international trip in 2 days and they did it in less than 1hr, on a weekend!! The entire staff were very professional and extremely kind. The doctor was very thorough and explained our results. I recommend this place to anyone searching for Covid testing or any of their urgent needs! We will never go elsewhere again!

In January, my wife took me to Ally after I had been experiencing some very unusual symptoms. She pulled up to the front door, and a very kind nurse helped me into a wheelchair and took me in. After his assessment, this nurse noted that these were stroke-like symptoms, which was very unusual for my age and health condition. He helped me understand my situation, detailed my options, and he did it with a very welcoming sense of humor.Craig, the nurse mentioned above, saved my life. During the most terrifying moment of my life, he brought a sense of composure that helped me make a decision that ultimately prevented any long term side effects. Thanks to this man, I can still walk, run, speak, and hold my children. I am forever grateful, and this facility is extremely lucky to have this professional on their staff. Thanks again, Craig!

After the screening I was brought right in and given very good care. Even though they knew I had tested positive for COVID they were very helpful and took very good care of me. From the nurse that took my vitals and blood work to the nurse that administered my infusion to the doctor, everyone there did an awesome job. Thank you very much. It will make it easier the next time I have to choose where to go for an emergency.

Dr. Voight, Val, and Becky were all great. Made me feel really comfortable. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were calm and reassuring in very difficult circumstances. I would feel confident going to this location any time that I or my family had any emergency.

My husband and I went in for an antibody infusion and had wonderful care. Val our nurse was great! All staff were excellent for that matter. A physician called us the next day to check on us. Would definitely go back to this ER if needed.

The receptionist was the sweetest person ever and explained everything extremely well, she made me feel less nervous and informed us well. The 2 nurses and doctor that saw me were fantastic as well. I went today and check in was super easy and I literally waited like 3-4 min. After that my nurse sean took me to a room and he was hilarious, really made being in there a breeze. The doctor was very nice and very knowledgeable as well, and he did a minor procedure and was very quick but good! I definitely recommend, WAY better than going to a hospital ER for certain things!

I went to Ally for the Regeneron monoclonal antibody treatment last week. The care was prompt, courteous and excellent. Check in and check out was fast and easy and the facility is very nice. Such a pleasant experience especially when you’re already feeling bad.

Had a great experience, start to finish. Highly recommend them. They were not only quick, caring and informative but they have teacher discounts. If I need urgent/emergency care in the future I will 100% return to this location.

This place has been consistently amazing time after time. Me and my kids have had numerous visits here during the pandemic and always feel cared for far beyond normal expectations. Most recently my young daughter had to been evaluated two days in a row and both times she actually commented how much she liked this doctors office. I wouldn’t expect that from many children. Both times we had the pleasure of being treated by Craig AKA Papa bear who my daughter just loved!! Dr. Donathan answered the million questions I had and all the other staff members (Abby, Michael and Claudia) were amazing and so reassuring during our crisis. Thank y’all so very much for treating my family like one of yours! We will continue to drive by numerous other medical facilities and choose to be treated here!

Ally Medical Emergency Center was the only place I could walk in for a COVID test. The process was quick and effective at keeping everyone free from contact with other patients. The medical staff was caring and genuine and I had my results within 30 minutes. They even called to check on me the following day. Hopefully I do not have any other emergencies in my future, but if I do, I will definitely return to Ally.

I am thankful my sister found Ally Medical Emergency Room - Clear Lake, they were amazing. My mother was was in extreme abdominal pain, that my sister decided to take her to an emergency care center, she stopped at another before Ally, but she didnt like the state it was in so she decided to take her to the ER, which while in better conditions, it was overwhelmed; my sister was told that it would take a while before my mother could be seen, so my sister decided to look for another place while she was waiting in her car and she found Ally. It didnt take long for my mom to be seen by the doctor and admitted into a room. My sister and I switched places since it was closed to 10 PM and she needed to get home to her babies, so I can tell you from seeing it first hand. Dr. Nguyen and the medical staff (Nurse - Val, Tech - Michael and Front - Claudia *shes the sweetest*, there was another male nurse but I didnt get his name) were wonderful. They treated my mother quickly but with great care. And one of the things Im grateful for is that they let us be with my mom; I understand that with Covid-19 there are precautions being taken to ensure patients safety but its hard on family too, knowing your loved one is ill and you cant be there for them, so I am thankful that they let us be with my mom.

On May 26, I was unfortunate enough to require the services of an emergency medical facility. Fortunately, I ended up at Ally Medical Emergency Room on Clear Lake City Boulevard in Clear Lake City, Houston, Texas. It was one of the most pleasant emergency room visit I have ever experience, (as much as those experiences can be pleasant). First of all, the offices were clean and welcoming; the front staff member (whose name Unfortunately, I do not recall) was pleasant, friendly and professional: the RN, Craig, was personable, pleasant, witty, but still maintained his professionalism at all times. He put me at ease, reassuring me in his own unique witty manner, that all is well, and that I will live (for another 42 years). Dr. Nguyen was pleasant and professional. He did his “thing” while maintaining a pleasant conversation, keeping me at ease, and providing me with ample warning when I will be experiencing “a pinch”, as he puts it.Being in and out of an emergency room within 30 minutes with no complaints, and with all my medical issues being addressed and resolved, is truly an unbeatable experience.I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will have no qualms visiting this facility. I highly recommend the Ally Medical Emergency Room.

Got in quickly and made comfortable to begin diagnosis. Everything was explained and process followed as it was done. I was administered medication and when the tests results were completed it was explained and discussed. Medicine was prescribed and I was released quickly. I was Covid tested for precaution. No issues at all. I got pain relief I needed and had no problems. Good staff.

Love this place! Dr. Brodeur, RN Val, MA Melanie, and Adrianna at front desk were all SO nice and friendly! The doctor explained everything he was doing to my wound as he did it and made everything pain-free. I tried to take care of it at home with no luck, but they took care of it right away as soon as we arrived. No wait time, got in and out quick, open 24/7, convenient location. Oh and did I mention they don’t charge you ANYTHING out of pocket with insurance?! The caring atmosphere, kindness and community spirit here is unrivaled. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I work in healthcare but have never had such a great medical experience. Will be back! Thank you guys!!

My husband went there din the evening. He was seen promptly. His issue was addressed in a timely manner. Great communication and service. Labs were done at the facility and results were there in an hour.I would really recommend.

I’ve been to this clinic twice and both times have been a great experience even though both times I felt terrible. The nurses and doctors are so helpful and make the visit pleasurable considering the circumstances of visiting an ER. Also the payment model is a great one! I love that I know I can go to a community ER that is not in a medical center and get in and out relatively quickly. Thank you for all y’all’s hard work and compassion.

I am 57 years old and have seen a few ERs in my time although i have never seen one that was more accommodating during this difficult time. The entire staff was a pleasure to be with they made me feel like family. The doctor took his time and explained everything the nurses were the best Ive ever seen.My hat goes off to these brave warriors who are keeping us alive.

I walked in with my grandma to get covid tested because she was having some symptoms and one can never be too careful. They took care of us immediately and treated us with such sweet care, explained all the tests that they were preforming on her and answered all of the questions I had. They moved her to a room to let her rest while we waited for the results and even brought her a warm blanket. Our RN Val kept checking in on her to make sure she was comfortable. I am thankful to have taken her to Ally Medical ER she was in good hands with Dr. Nguyen, he was very kind with my grandma which I greatly appreciated, she is my whole world. Thank you for everything you do!!

I have come to Ally for all testing and the staff has been cordial and efficient every time. When testing positive, the nurse was very caring and gave me next steps. I am glad to have an ER close to home where I know I will get great care if needed.

One of the most friendly staffs I have ever experienced! The front office clerk was so sweet! She brought out little gift bags for my two girls so I could have time to fill out the paperwork. A gesture that immediately put me as ease. Then our nurse, Papa Bear as he affectionately called himself (real name Craig) was nothing short of a sweet papa bear. He picked the right nickname! He brightened my very sick daughter up so quickly, I was amazed. Finally our doctor, Dr. Quan, was very efficient, kind and informative. I loved how he talked me through everything, never rushed an answer. Truly, a wonderful place!

Very excellent facility and staff. There was virtually no wait to get back to see the doctor. The staff was very professional. I was impressed at the rapport between the Dr and staff. They made me feel very comfortable despite being in physical discomfort. Dr. Nguyen listened intently to my condition. Although I needed to see a specialist, he helped me understand what could be worsening my situation, not to mention he called me a couple of days later to follow up. Nurse Val loves people and takes a lot of pride in being good at what he does. Cristina at the front was very kind and extremely helpful in getting me what I needed to see a specialist quickly. I felt I was in competent hands through the entire visit and would highly recommend Ally Medical ER.

Best place for emergency care! I come here after hours and on weekends always very friendly and welcoming. Phuong, Val, Michael, and Claudia were quick, efficient, and thorough. Thank you!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! Staff,nurses and doctors are very friendly and easy to talk too. I didnt have to pay any type of copay with my insurace!! Which is an A+++ in my book!! I use to go to med express but that place is horrible!! Med express isnt even on the same level as ally medical ER!! Im so happy I came here!! By the way I came here to get tested because I was flying out of state!!

The place is amazing with amazing staff. I went for monoclonal infusion and they got to me right away. Cristin checked me in and hooked up my IV. She was absolutely amazing. She took all fear away, talked about what was going to happen, brought me snacks, and just really cared. Dr. Yu checked on me and made sure I was ok. Great and friendly staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. Thanks Ally medical.

No wait time. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Great follow up. Had questions after the visit and the doctor called and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

I took my daughter here a week or so ago because we couldnt get in to our PCP, and she was having an urgent issue. From the time we walked in and dealt with the front desk staffer (Cynthia) through the treatment process (where she was cared for by: Roger, Lisa, Cristina, and Dr. Yu), the entire visit was excellent!! Every single staff member was super nice and very caring. The interior is clean and looks just like a typical hospital inside. I certainly felt confident that we were in good hands, and in the end, we were. I hope I dont have any more urgent medical issues, but if so, I wont hesitate to go back here!

I came in late at night and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Miss Lisa and Miss Cheryl took great care of me. You can definitely see genuine kindness and knowledge in in the staff here. God is working through them for sure.

Even though they have double the intake at the moment, they got me in a saw me quickly. The staff are really friendly and take the time to explain things to you. I had to stay for treatment and they ordered me dinner. Thank y’all so much. Highly recommend!

Came in because my Dad was feeling really sick and we got setup with a super good team. Dr. V, Val, Micheal and Becky took great care of my Dad! Definitely recommend this place especially since the wait time is so low compared to other places and you still get super good service!

If I could give 100 stars, I totally would. I came to Ally for severe tooth pain from an abscessed molar. I was in the worst pain I thought I could ever be in, but then the unthinkable happened, and I truly didnt know I could be in so much pain.As I was waiting to be called back (this was late Sun. night, about 9:45pm) my husband gave me the unthinkable news that my father had passed away suddenly, only an hour before I arrived at Ally. I was inconsolable, just outside the entry doors, sobbing my heart onto the concrete in my husbands arms, and the staff rushed outside to see what was wrong (or so my husband told me).I didnt think I could possibly stay to see to my tooth pain, but my husband talked me into staying, and I am so glad he did. The staff, especially you, Mr. Craig, were so incredibly understanding and provided so much comfort during the worst night of my life.These complete strangers treated me so gently, and took the time to actually see to both my physical pain, and my emotional pain.In regards to the attentiveness and compassion I received with the news of my father passing—words cannot truly express the gratitude and fondness I will forever have for the staff (Im thinking of you, Mr. Craig!).Mr Craig was the very best, his shift had ended while I was still in clinic, but he waited until I was discharged before he left for the night. If you are reading this Mr. Craig, I will never forget your kindness and compassion, you were a bright light in a very dark time.All the staff could have simply given generic platitudes and left it at that, but they were so so good to me, I was honestly floored. With the current climate around COVID I was expecting clinical pleasantries at best, but I was treated like the anguished human being I was at the moment, and like Ive already said, I cannot put into words how everyone was so very understanding and caring of my state.To be honest, it renewed my faith in humanity. During a time where everyone seems to only care for themselves, these wonderful people were selfless in their care.Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for all the care you all provided. I wont soon forget, and will definitely be paying it forward.Bad news withstanding, Ally was a great choice for my medical emergency needs. Everyone listened intently to my symptoms, and my care was better than any E.R. Ive ever been to. I was quite hesitant in even going to an ER for tooth pain, as I didnt want to waste the staffs time and resources, nor did I want to take the spot of someone truly in need, but Im so glad I did.My care was prompt and I left knowing the staff had gone above and beyond for me. I did get my tooth taken care of the following day (just like I promised!), and am on the mend.If you have need of an E.R. this is were you want to go, hands down. I was seen promptly, my care was top-notch, and the staff were incomparable. I will be recommending Ally to one and all from here on out! Once more, with feeling (still one of the best Buffy The Vampire Slayer episodes, ever) thank you.

Went to visit today for a Covid test for my daughter and were seen right away. Jonathan/Lisa and Val were amazing. Thank you for being there and always being so helpful. If I can give 10 stars, I would!!!!!

They were exceptional on a professional and personal basis. Best ER clinic experience Ive had. Very kind. They explained what they were doing and repeatedly verified that I understood.

I went to Ally to have a rapid covid test. They took my insurance, and I only had to wait a few minutes to have the test performed. The nurse Craig was great. I waited in my car for 30 minutes in order to receive my results. It was professional, quick and thankfully negative.

Definitely recommend. I complained of racing heart rate and they brought me to the back immediately to begin an EKG, bloodwork, x-ray & more. I couldn’t be more pleased with their great nurses & doctors, fast acting, & feedback. The doctor also gave me a call the next day to ask me how I was feeling, that has never happened before & it blew my mind haha. Such a great & caring ER.

I’m very happy with my visits to Ally Medical Emergency Room in Clear Lake. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and thorough answering my questions. The doctor called me in 30 minutes with the results of my test. The wait was a little long but that’s no fault of Ally’s because of the Covid-19 virus. They handled things really well considering how many people were going to the ER. I definitely recommend them!

I have been here several times even though it’s a drive from my house. Very clean, wait time minimal, staff wonderful and very thorough. Highly recommend!
