The ability to register and complete most (not all) of the paperwork online is a huge positive for me. Embrace technological efficiency!Note: the exam rooms are bougie as heck. Felt much more comfortable than my primary care provider. Taking pictures to give to my PCP to improve their customer happiness levels.

Talk about “Get in and out”, their the definition of quick, friendly and easy. I’ve been there three times so far and each time was extremely pleasant. Twice for myself and one time for my children. All of the employees were nice and helpful. One employee named DeNesha C. was so patient and kind to my children, That are terrified of any type of doctors office. That stuck with me and I appreciate their whole team.

It was extremely easy to make an appointment online. I was able to put all my information including insurance information into their system before I even got there. The facility is clean. All employees I encountered were very professional and friendly. Great experience!

They took great care of me unlike Another urgent care that said I only had allergies. I came here for my rapid covid test, and since I wasn’t feeling well and almost passing out outside, they were very welcoming to allow me to change my visit so that I could see the doctor!! They provided me the care I needed and I will be sure to come here next time. I have no regrets seeing the doctor here.

Staff was friendly, professional, effective, and efficient... I was feeling dizzy and nauseous. Got checked in very quickly. Gave me a quick response Covid test. (Negative 👍). Vitals, EKG, Blood sugar... I have been on a low carb,low sugar diet for about a year. (100 lbs plus gone!) Turns out my glucose was in the 60s . Some Jelly and crackers. Good to go 👍

It was my first time there. The entire staff were very friendly and understanding. They saw me very quickly and took care of everything that I needed. They did a great job of listening to my concerns and answered all my questions.This would be my go to urgent care facility if I lived closer to this area.

I came here because I was having a migraine that lasted for days. My provider was Vanessa and she and the rest of the staff were amazing. Super sweet and considerate. I didn’t have a wait at all, and she took great care of me. They have a lot of resources and knowledge, and my care was practically painless even though I was a bit anxious. I’ll definitely be returning here if I need urgent care again.

Always a great experience - the nurses/nurse practitioners are incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. Regardless of the wait time, we always feel they do their best to expedite this ASAP - while at the same time taking the time to ensure were comfortable & well-informed. Most recently Vianey went above and beyond and even went out of her way to do some additional research to ensure we had no problems with our flight (covid testing) and offered personal recommendations and advice. Its nice to feel so cared for & in such safe hands in situations like these! :)

One of the best Urgent Care’s I have visited. Staff was so friendly, got me right back and the doctor and nurse were both FABULOUS! I had a sinus/ear infection. It was Sunday and pharmacies closed. The doctor gave me a shot for pain and listed some over the counter meds to get me through the evening until I could get my antibiotic. I highly recommend this place! 💯💯

Today we visited multiple Urgent care facilities to get Covid testing. Entrust was the ONLY place that welcomed us with open arms with a wait time of 10 mins compared to 4 to 5 hours at other facilities. I’ve come here multiple times during the pandemic, whether it be for getting tested for COVID-19 or for other viral infections. The wait is always minimal (no matter how long the line may seem!) and they always give the best and most efficient help. This is my go to for COVID testing or any other emergent medical visit.

No respect at all! DO NOT GO if you need timely results. My calls asking about my results were not taken seriously the first time they said my results were not ready so after a week I tried to reach again with no success, they seem to be without a staff. I still haven’t received any phone call or email with my results! I made four phone calls. Disconnected after holding a long time .Their website doesn’t have the option to check results. They need to change the website, their staff and the recording while you are on hold.Absolutely not a good place for a covid test.

You dont need to make an appointment for Covid test. The staff speak Spanish too!You get in and then scan with your phone cam a code to fill out from your phone. The documents were quick and easy to fill out. Depends on your insurance you can pay 10$ or more, the receptionist check that for you.They did the test pretty quick and then you will receive the results to your email between 15 to 35 minutes and thats it! Super cool

EnTrust has been incredible throughout the pandemic. Their staff is friendly and efficient. It is a great spot to receive reliable Covid Tests and they are now offering the vaccine! I just received my second dose at enTrust and it took a total of 5 minutes. Would highly recommend to all people in the area!

This place is really wonderful. My family and I have come here multiple times fir covid tests and they are super professional and fast. Best thing is they always answer their phone! Ms. Lidia is also great at taking blood. She even walked to Starbucks to get me water before we started- so I could hydrate and make it easier. Great place !!

I loved that I could walk in in extreme pain and get immediate attention. Everybody at the facility was friendly. The nurse practitioner was an ER nurse which made me feel really safe knowing that she was knowledgeable and experienced enough to handle traumas on a moment’s notice. My injury was not that severe, but she took care of me like it very well could have been a life or death issue. Finally, and for most people most importantly, their service was affordable as opposed to an emergency room bill.

I have gotten 3 rapid covid tests done here this year and each time was smooth and pleasant. Even when it was crowded the staff still was pleasant and moved patients as quickly as possible. Yullissa was the most recent staff member I interacted with, she was very professional, direct, fast and pleasant.

The person who did my test with a swab did fine with left nostril and nearly made my nose bleed with the right and so painful and had me put my head up against a wall to do the test. They also told me they did not take my insurance which is a very well known insurance provider

They understand that no one there is having their best day, and make things as easy as possible. Chi (CMA) was always quick to get back to me when I had questions. She demonstrated her outstanding character, making the process for operation seamless and efficient. Her devotion to duty reflected credit upon herself and upheld the highest standards at Entrust. I have been coming to this location for a while now. Reading other reviews, let me start off by saying, Shepherd is an amazing NP, the staff is extremely friendly. I am not sure what the other users are basing their experience on, but I have been there and my results took a little longer than expected,but seriously this is a pandemic. It may take a little longer, but I can understand why.

This is the most efficient covid testing center I have been to yet! Been here multiple times now and the staff have all been very kind, I’ve never had to wait to get a test, and the results come within 10 minutes straight to your email. Highly highly recommend!

Many times you can walk right in or wait in a short line. You can also skip the line, by having an appt or paying a fee. Very efficient. Signing up on-line is easy.

I would highly recommend enTrust Memorial. I had to go 2 days in a row for different tests, and it was an awesome experience both times. Darnae was super upbeat and helpful. When I told her I would have my small kids with me, she went above and beyond to help me get treated quickly and safely. When I called today, Rey also went above and beyond to get me the care I needed and clearly explained to me what I needed to do in order to use my insurance. Vanessa Z helped with my care today as well, and was also amazing. Both days, they let me stay in my car so I could keep my kids safe, and they came outside to my car to get me treated. Overall, this was an excellent experience. I can’t believe how quick and efficient the staff was in helping me. I will definitely go back if I ever need any urgent services in the future.
