My best dental experience ever. My last dental office was a constant source of disappointment and aggravation. Exact opposite here. Everyone was professional and pleasant. Billing was thoroughly explained and reviewed before any work was done. The use of technology enhanced my experience and really made me feel informed. The dental hygienist was pleasant and skillful. She had a proper “bedside manner” and her technique was smooth. I didn’t feel as though a contractor was loose in my mouth. I scheduled my wife an appointment after my first. I keep telling her how much she will enjoy her visit like I did. Dr Nguyen went over all my X- rays thoroughly and helped me chart a course of action. I didn’t feel hustled or rushed with my decisions. I can’t give West U Dental enough stars.

I had a bad tooth. The worst thing this tooth had a previous filling which cracked on one section. The dentist worked so hard, making me very comfortable until the tooth was out. This is a dental clinic I can recommend anyone any day.

I haven’t been to the dentist in YEARS, but I certainly picked the best one to get my dental health back in shape. Everyone in the office has been welcoming and friendly. Taylor and Heaven are both exceptionally personable and make the experience very pleasant. Heaven and Dr. Nguyen are also efficient, quick, and make procedures like dental cleanings and fillings as comfortable as possible! I’m amazed at how delightful a dentist visit can be now! I’ve received many compliments on my teeth since my first visit a couple weeks ago, and I can’t give this office enough praise for it. Definitely recommend!

Although this was an out of network place (and was an expensive lesson learned on my end), I genuinely had a great experience here. Heaven , a RDH, was so thorough and explained everything step by step. Honestly the best dental cleaning experience I had. All the staff members were respectful and friendly. The dentist was also very nice. They will do their best to work with you if you have financial constraints! Overall, great and honest people who were transparent from the beginning and has the best interest in your dental health.

The first appt. With pediatric patient was great I was well informed about what procedures that needed immediate attention,was given the plan with options which also a plus when you are a self pay client. The overall experience was quite pleasant .

You’re sitting on the couch and watching tv and your life is passing you by . You keep procrastinating over and over , “ well maybe I’ll go to the dentist this year or maybe next semester”, No do right now! They’ll work with you after work or you can go before work!You could do whatever you need to do to get that tooth extracted. Go talk to WEST U , do it right now. They out to help you ! You spend all day on the phone anyhow. Why don’t you make a phone call that’s gonna help get that tooth ache taken care of. All you gotta do is pick up the phone and make that call. Why are you making it complicated, it’s easy.

This dental office feels like a scam. The techs did not use a lead gown when taking X-rays, the dentist asked me what was wrong with my tooth and did not explain what he saw on the scans or what he thought the issue was, I was then quoted an exorbitant amount for the treatment plan that was nearly 3x higher than what I have since been quoted by another dentist in the same area (West U) and could not explain why the costs were so high. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Dr Nguyen appears to be a very bright young man at the top of his game.My hygienist, named Heaven (really), was gentle and capable and a great conversationalist , putting me at ease.The receptionist, Taylor, understood the intricacies of billing and insurance and explained them to me.

First time client here. Dr. Nguyen is extremely knowledgeable and gentle with procedures. It is important to me that I preserve my natural teeth so Dr. Ngyuen was able to make a treatment plan tailored to my conservative needs. The whole staff from checking in to the dental assistants were also kind which made you feel so much more comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m excited to continue my dental health here!

Great first experience. We took our 1-year-old and 4-year-old. The hygienist was very kind and patient with our children and did not force them to do anything they weren’t comfortable with. The kids were also thrilled with the goodies they got after their cleaning. We will be happy to return again in 6-months.

Fantastic customer service, care and patience. I had zero wait, was informed of everything found and presented with entire treatment plans to make a decision with no pressure from the staff. They were super warm and welcoming and I will be returning.

Very welcoming and warm atmosphere. The dental hygienist was the best i have ever experienced. Both dentists that saw me, were patient and really attentive. Its the dentist after all so anyone that goes above and beyond to make the experience better is good for me. The only knock i had was each time i had bits of debris leftover, so yah maybe they could rinse better when done.

I called to make an appointment with a preferred dentist in my insurance plan (Ameritus). The receptionist made the appointment with Dr. NGUYEN. He dropped my partial and it almost went down my throat. I managed to throw my head forward and pushed it out with my tongue. My upper mouth was scratched badly. I received no apology. I was charged $325 for my treatment which consisted of xrays and cementing only the front part of the bridge which came out as soon as I arrived home. He was not a preferred dentist (in network) and I was charged for services by a non preferred dentist. My insurance paid a small amount and I paid $182. Today I received a statement for $35 which was added on as I was checki ng out. I will never return to this place again. I would not recommend this practice to anyone I care about.

I have a of 7 and a 4 yo and the personnel has always been professional, kind, able to captivate the children attention and make them have a nice experience. I would recommend it.

I called West U Family Dental regarding a diagnosis I had received from a third party. WUFD seemed genuinely concerned and I was able to see Dr. Nguyen the same day I called to make an appointment. The entire staff was very professional and answered all my questions.I will recommend WUFD to all my friends for their dental needs.

I got my teeth whitened at West U Family Dental about 1 month ago and I am so freaking ecstatic with the results! They use a system called Kor Whitening and it worked literal wonders on my teeth (see photos below: about 1 month before and 1 month after). The in-office procedure took about 2.5 hours in total and included take home whitening trays that I used for two weeks. Although a little time intensive, the results have been SO worth it! My husband got his teeth whitened at his dentists office using a different technique and his results were way more subtle than mine. Dr. Baratta and his staff were very accommodating - they made sure to always check on me and see how I was doing and did a very good job of explaining how the procedure works and how to properly care for my teeth after my appointment. The office was super modern and I had my own personal TV to watch during my appointment - I am used to old stuffy dental offices from the 90s so this was a very welcome change of pace. I really cannot recommend this office enough, especially if you are considering teeth whitening!!!!

Great experience at the dentists office. And, no, I wasnt paid to say this. Everyone was very professional throughout the entire process. The young lady performing the dental cleaning, Heaven, was very thorough and great at her job. She actually made the process very pleasant.

Staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly! They all know their stuff and are very willing to work with patients about what’s doable financially. Very upfront about how much things will cost and if it’s doable or not. Great experience every time I go!

Was looking to establish dental care for my 15 month old and myself. Glad I found this place! It’s in network with my dental coverage, close to home, staff are friendly and well trained, and it’s family friendly. I wanted to find somewhere my whole family could be seen. Not as child oriented as the strictly pediatric dental offices, but they have a child playroom with TV. Also, everyone was kind and patient with my toddler. I received a thorough evaluation and cleaning. Will return for further work up.

I felt very welcome when I step in the office, it’s very clean and nice, Meredith and Nathalia was very helpful. Meredith did take good care of me and took her time to explain every little thing to me. I really enjoyed my first visit and will bring my little ones as well.

I used to work for dentists years ago but I was reluctant to go in for my own treatment. My wisdom teeth have been giving me severe pain for years now, recently the pain became excruciating. Oragel Max 4x the strength, Tylenol, Advil, ibuprofen, nothing would touch it. They were so gentle and I already feel better hours after the procedure. The staff was so professional and friendly and even changed their schedule around so I could receive same day treatment. It was so much quicker than anticipated. As soon as Dr. Mactire extracted it I felt as if my pulmonary nerves connected to my heart could breathe again. The pricing was also a lot cheaper than I expected, by a $1000+. So thankful for them. I will continue to go to West U family dental and refer all my friends and family!

Visited another local dentistry myself for a particular issue (will not say where) and did not feel comfortable so asked my wife to find us a place. Think we found a home here. West U team took very good care of me and my family on our first visit. Shout out to Meredith and Dr. Baratta and very nice Admin lady (sorry name escapes me) all courteous and professional. We have more dental work to get done, but Im confident they will do a great job!

West U family dental was able to get me a same-day appointment for my son. The office is really nice, theyre very efficient with time, and most importantly, they were super gentle with my son. The directions given to my son were simple, and phrased in an age-appropriate way. He actually said he liked his dentist, and that says a lot coming from a child.
