After having not seen a dentist for over twenty years, I have been under the care of Fawcett Center for Dentistry for one year now. I have had extensive work completed over this past year; cleaning, root canal, crowns, and veneers to name a few. Respect and compassion offered has been phenomenal from the beginning and throughout the process. The ENTIRE staff is extremely caring, kind, positive, and fun. Each step of the way, the front office carefully guided and accommodated me while all of the dental assistant, tech, and hygienist staff compassionately and thoughtfully cared for me. Dr. Fawcett is attentive, empathetic, and thorough. He genuinely cares and spends unhurried time with me. He always offers options and is reassuring. Dr. Fawcett is an intelligent skilled practitioner and an artist. The Fawcett Center of Dentistry has a beautiful waiting area and state-of-the-art facility. I drive 30 miles to get there. Even with the challenges of driving through the city of Houston, the time spent on the road to receive this level of dental service is worth it to me.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Wayde Fawcett since 2004. What I appreciate most about his practice is that they invest in their people, systems, continuing education, community, technology and patients. Dr. Fawcett has always treated me with the utmost care and concern. His staff has significant tenure and they are highly professional. When you ask questions about a procedure, they can speak to it with confidence and have always set proper expectations. I recommend this physician with complete confidence!

Dr. Fawcett was very polite and was able to squeeze me in the same day when I chipped the front of my tooth. He uses a delicate hand and I didnt even need to be numbed when he was repairing my tooth. He did a wonderful job blending the color of my surrounding teeth to the filling. I cant even tell that I chipped the tooth anymore. The whole thing took under an hour and I would highly recommend to anyone needing dental work.

There are good dentists and then there are true dental professionals. Dr Fawcett and his entire staff are true professionals. The staff is loyal and has been together for some time which speaks to the quality of the service provided. Those that have not stayed long are because they cannot meet expectations. I completely trust Dr Fawcett and his team not only with myself but my entire family.

Truly a master of his trade. Dr.Fawcett and his staff have been a life saver for me more than once. I was in his chair for 6hrs, yes six hours, and never felt any pain or discomfort and the work they did was impeccable. To give an even clearer idea of how painless and professional they are, I almost fell asleep a couple times during that six hour visit because I was bored..

I will never see anyone else and highly recommend Dr. Fawcett! I had a horrible experience with a previous dentist and ended up very ill in the hospital. After that, I was absolutely terrified to see ANY dentist. I went to see Dr. Fawcett based on a recommendation from a coworker, and Im so glad I did. Since it was an emergency, he saw me that day and spent the entire afternoon with me making sure I understood the results of the scan and what would be involved in the surgery/repair. He scheduled the surgery the following day and even called to check on me that evening. I know he had other patients, but he made me feel like I was the only one. He is very comforting and due to my now fear of dentistry, I appreciate that very much. He is wonderful. He also is considerate of the financial aspect which I appreciate too. I dont feel like Im being sold things I really dont need. I cant say enough good things about him and his staff. They are all very kind and responsive. If I need something, they send it right away.

I have never been to an office where they took such personal care and time with their patients. Dr. Fawcett personally called me after my dental procedures to make sure everything was healing correctly and to see if I had any questions. His personality is always kind, gentle, and never rushed or preoccupied. An exceptional staff completes what I would consider to be my most relaxed and enjoyable visit to date with any dental office I have been to. Awesome! Having never had a root canal, I was seriously concerned and quite anxious...I was scared. A bunch of firsts for me and they listened to, not only my comments, but my inflections to determine exactly what I needed to know and how I was feeling. That treated me with great professionalism but did not forget the humanity.The entire event went so well that I cannot help but report, to anyone that will listen, this place is exceptional . No pain, no worries and best of all no hassles.I HAVE A NEW DENTIST.

This guy is a complete crook. I made an appointment here because I had tooth discomfort and it was near to where I lived. After all of the office theatrics (x-rays and pics), Dr. Fawcett personally told me that I had a cracked tooth and would require a root canal.I was given a billing estimate and I immediately called my insurance when I saw that his prices are 2-3x the normal cost ANY insurance company will pay. I even had to pay over $100 out of pocket for a free yearly dental exam because the price are so exuberant.I decided to get a second opinion. This time the doctor showed me the x-rays and said that I did not need a root canal, only periodontal cleaning. Imagine that! This guy wanted to ruin a perfectly fine tooth just to get a paycheck!Since then, Ive been to 2 more dentists. Neither of them have seen a cracked tooth and I no longer have the discomfort.

I have been going to Dr. Fawcett for years. He has done many dental procedures for me and my family. He is the absolute very best! Not once have I ever felt pain or even been uncomfortable during the dental work. Dr. Fawcett and his staff are so professional and nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I never get nervous going to the dentist! I hope he never retires 😁 because I will never trust another dentist like I do him! 😉

Dr. Fawcett and his whole team are the best. Let me tell you why. At 69, I could no longer look at my teeth in the mirror without cringing. Despite having braces as a teenager, I had incisors that stuck out and were twisted slightly sideways. I had a lower tooth that receded backwards. My front bite misalignment was causing the enamel to be worn off of my lower front teeth and irritation to my gums. My teeth were crowded and extremely yellow. I never smiled and felt it was time to take action. I have Sjogrens Syndrome which meant I was not a candidate for teeth whitening or straightening trays. My sister in law was very satisfied with the veneers she had gotten from Dr. Fawcett but I knew I would be a much more difficult case. I had a full consultation with the doctor. Unfortunately, I’m one of those people whose upper and lower teeth show when they talk and smile. To get the result I wanted, I knew this was going to be a mammoth undertaking of veneers, decreasing crowding, improving alignment and more. Dr. Fawcett inspires confidence so we moved forward. When all was said and done I had 10 lower teeth done plus the replacement of a lower crown, six upper teeth plus two 3- teeth each upper permanent bridges replaced. That’s 23 teeth. And voila! I had a smile like the people you see advertising these procedures and a much happier and more comfortable mouth. Afterwards, I realized I was still covering my mouth when I smiled. It took practice to break that habit. It’s difficult to explain all the magic that Dr. Fawcett worked in order to pull off such an excellent end result. My whole experience was made even greater by his entire team, his state of the art equipment and the superior level of skill of all involved. The team manages to make you personally feel like the center of their universe even though there are other patients. Dr. Fawcett’s entire team functions like a well oiled, finely tuned machine, in fact, so much so that you almost stop noticing the amazing level of efficiency. The high degree of attention to detail, communication and mutual respect between all team members is apparent. The work I had done required multiple visits. On each occasion I was delighted by how friendly and happy the entire staff was. I was always shown respect, kindness and concern for my comfort and well-being. I especially appreciated everyone’s chair side manner, personal warmth, and humor. They do everything in their power to make your experience a good one. And this should say it all… I live near the Houston Medical Center but I now use Dr. Fawcett as my regular dentist as well as his hygienists.
