I choose Olive Palm from their Instagram post because of their affordable for veneers. When I went in for the consultation, the office is extremely clean, staff is very nice and welcoming, and Dr. Thaer gave good suggestions for the needs of my old crown turned grey and spacing. Today I went in for temporaries and left dissatisfied with the results of my 6 temporary veener/crown. Noir, his assistant chose a color to match my teeth but Dr. Thaer chose a darker shade. My temporaries looks like coffee and wine stains. One out of the six teeth in the front is shorter than all of them, another tooth has a white and brown stain that he says was probably dried blood from my gums. I even asked him to remove it and he tried but not successful. I also had to ask him to make the space in between my teeth in the front to look like a natural space because the cement had them looking connected. He did and it looks better. I pointed out these concerns and he says theses are just temporary (2-2 1/2 weeks) and to not use a full smile so no one can really see the difference. Well I need my full smile for social media business purposes. I thought temporaries were supposed to be close to your natural teeth color as possible. He assured me that the permanent ones will look 100% better. However, my teeth prior to my visit were white/pearl. Now their botched off white/beige. The staff tried to convince me that they will look better when I get my permanent. While in traffic, I looked at my teeth in the mirror with the sun direct, and I was irritated. I called the office twice to complain about my color teeth and and each time I was told someone will call me back. Well! No one called me back to address my concerns and the office is now closed…TBCI showed up the next morning to address it and they called Dr. Zaid. I drove to his other office and Dr. Zaid fixed my temporary the best he could do in time for my photo shoot until my permanents arrived. 1 week later I had a hole behind my canine tooth. Dr. Zam Zam filled it 2 days later when I finally got a call back. 2 weeks later, I went in for the permanents, Dr. Zaid noticed the permanents could have been better. He made another impression to create new temporaries and permanents. Although I hate that I had to make more trips to the office but the staff was so nice and Dr. Z is the dental cosmetic KING! To be continued….Well I had my final and last visit yesterday with Dr. Zaid for my zoom whitening/complimentary cleaning after getting my beautiful permanents put in a couple weeks ago. I absolutely LOVE the results! I have the Hollywood smile I wanted to achieve! Thank you for making things right and being accountable. Your team was tired from working overtime to get my smile corrected. You all did an amazing job! Thank you, thank you, thank youuuu! If only you were my dentist from the start. But you incorporated leadership, class, patience, quality control and execution with style and grace. I’m so very grateful. 👏🏽

I did my wisdom extraction frm Dr. Thaer this morning. I was too nervous and literally my stress, BP level went up when I am taking da exit frm freeway for the clinic. But I was wrong, trust me guys, they are highly professional, the procedure were so smooth that I dont feel any thing means no pain, literally no after-procedure pain and I also eat whatever I want to, no soft food..*I took my 3 wisdom extraction on one sitting.Plus, I also want to add that they are very cost effective as my orthodontics recommended me for oral surgeon which are highly expensive.

I had a really good experience with the Dentistry. I was especially happy with how Dr. Zaid Abed handled all of my procedures. I had several procedures done in multiple sittings. He kept me well informed of what he was doing, was gentle with my mouth and after he finished with all of the work he performed, he explained everything to me. I did have a few complications post one of my procedures, they immediately let me come in and Dr. Abed examined my mouth and again was very reassuring and informative about what was going on. I was quite pleased with him as a Dentist and happy with the service and treatment the dentistry gave me. I would recommend to anyone else.

I ABSOLUTELY loved this place! They greet you with such a warm welcome. The staff was beyond kind & helpful. The office was so clean (which is very important to me) & up to date with their technology. I was referred here by a friend & brought my husband & toddler, who were seen by Dr. Zaid who was SO amazing & informative. He answered all our questions, was so patient & most importantly made my toddler feel at ease. I highly recommend this place! & will most definitely come back!

The place is well kept and the staff is friendly. very affordable compared to others I have visited before, and does a great job. one of my crowns didnt fit the first time and had a new one ordered and installed in 2 days.
