Aside from the long wait, the customer service and the dentist’s charisma were perfect! I was tremendously impressed with the kindness and the patience I was treated with by everyone I came in contact with. The dentist took his time explaining my needs to me and gave me the option to chose what I felt was best for me and my budget after he made his recommendations… no pressure at all! I loved it :) Oscar, the assistant was absolutely amazing!I’m one happy customer and would recommend it highly.

Dr.Garrett and Violeta were so kind. They talked to me throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable!

Absolutely great! They dont surprise you with extra charges for your procedures. Make you feel very comfortable.

1.They gave me a fake root canal! Removed nerve and didn’t fill in hole! Got infected! 2. They use any dentist passing through to go in your mouth with no care! 3. Said they would give me all porcelain bridge and it had metal not covered by porcelain! I haven’t had a tetanus shot In years! 4. I overpaid and they weren’t going to tell me which I found out in my bill! 5. They try to have you sign paperwork of excellent job before you can test your new teeth. 6. They sent in a guy of my race to talk to me about my complaints! I have decay that a specialist had to work on and now I have to renew a bridge that will be trouble!

From the entrance of the dental office I was greeted , and had minimal wait time. The staff is very knowledgeable, no pressure . The Doctor explained all the details of my dental treatment. Allowing me to make the best decision for myself. The office is quite a commute coming from Katy, but there is know question, ill be returning. Thanks Antoine Dental.

Antoine Dental staff are all so friendly, courteous, & professional. I used the restroom one time within the 14 months of treatments and it was exceptionally clean. This was right at the beginning of the pandemic.I had my clear braces removed today and so far I am very well pleased. I have no residue left on any of my teeth. Both top and bottom are all even and no spaces in between, almost looks like set of man-made dentures. 😆

I had gone in before for a check up and teeth cleaning and the Doc recommended i get a tooth fixed before it gets worse and i suggested taking care of some wisdom teeth... well i decided to wait because i wasnt in pain and had no discomfort... 1 year went by and that tooth broke. I went back in under emergency purposes now and extracted that tooth with the 4 wisdom teeth all at once. GO BIG OR GO HOME i always say, well the process was FAST and the Doc was great! The assistants made me feel like they really cared and comfortable. Well, i did go big and went home, my face has a little swelling and now to rest. Thank you Antoines Dental for taking care of me

My experience was good and i experinced mininal pain when getting my wisdom tooth extracted by the specialist doctor Alli and assistant violeta.

Excellent experience from check in all the way to check out. Lovely receptionists. Waiting time not bad at all. I went in for a braces consult. X-rays were done by the most kind person, clearly instructing every step. Financing expert, Anthony, went the extra mile explaining every detail of the process asking questions, giving options and working with my choices. And then the actual orthodontist treated me very gently and of course was very knowledgeable! Reasonable pricing, I’ll definitely be back to leave my smile on their hands! 😁 Thank you every one!

Everybody was very helpful, and they very fast. They were able to explain everything that was needed. And they were very helpful on producing prices before they started any work. They also have bilingual staff which is very helpful. They will push you towards reviewing the place as you are still getting helped, but besides that great customer service and a great experience.

The worst service ever I been there it wasnt that bad but I had to schedule twice in a week come on waiting 90 minutes I got nothing done I was jus going for a cleaning up I ask for a Supervisor or manager waiting on manager for 10 more minutes never showed up I have 4 family members going to your place first and last you may have a lot customers but not enough stuff doctors etc also call and ask for a manager to see whats going on why two time in a row bad service not ever pick up the phone or return my call

Well today, I was taken to the back for my monthly adjustment, the girl who assisted me did not greet me or acknowledge me until I said good morning and asked her name (Angelica) doctor came by spoke to her not me, about what to do during this visit. She did as he asked and said I was done and walked me to schedule my next appointment. The doctor usually follow up after they do the adjustment, this time he didnt, seems like service gets worse😑

Edit- Ive visited this dentist office 3 times now & all visits have been pleasant. Id like to note that Marco was the most gentle dentist Ive ever had. Alfonso was the first person Ive met here & Ive encountered him twice now. I can not & will not forget these 2 men because they helped to put me at ease & are very kind. If you want a smooth visit, ask for Marco. I will never visit another dentist office. Antoine Dental Center has set my standards very high!!Original Review- I havent been to a dentist in a while, so I was very nervous about my visit. However, the staff was very friendly & reassuring. Very professional & clean. I ended up having a terrific visit & Ill definitely be coming here again. Antoine Dental is a facility like no other. They are very polite and professional from the time you enter the building until your visit is complete. They are very knowledgeable and the office is very clean and high tech. I have had very bad experiences in the past with other dental offices but Dr. Samo put me at ease. I trust him with my care and he is committed to providing Excellent care. He is very personable and I don’t feel rushed or that I’m asking too many questions. I started off with two stress balls, sweaty palms and nervousness. Now I have them on standby. I am excited returning knowing that my dental care is in the hands of Dr. Samo. I have suggested to all my family and friends to switch to PPO in order to experience the Awesome customer care at Antoine Dental.

Wow if I could give 20 stars I definitely would. From making the appointment all the way to the day of exam was a wonderful experience for my teenage daughter. All staff were professional and very rapid , wait time was very small amount of time in each section considering the office was packed. The doctor were super nice! This was our first time and had a great experience wish I found you all sooner !

I went here a couple of years ago to get braces. They are very affordable and very knowledgeable. I didnt wear my retainers like I was supposed to, so I came back today. They got me set up to correct the spaces that came back. Easy fix. The only downside about here is the wait time.

I absolutely love Antione Dental! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Quick appt in and out. My appt was for 1:30 and I was out by 1:45. The Orthodontists are very good and nice as well! I love it here. Would definitely recommend without question. My smile is improving very well! 💪🏽🙌🏽

Horrible!!! We knew Saturday would be packed so we arrived at 830am for our 9am appt followed instructions from text. The app they use never replied with a response so therefore around 1130am still not seen we decided to leave. So if you like wasting your entire day waiting to be seen, then this is the place

My overall experience was great. The first appointment was a little rough since my file was misplaced and it took them a while to get to me but they surely made it up on the next appointment. Sammy was great! He explained every step throughly and I got out quickly. My permanent crown fit perfectly and looks natural. They’re the best dentist I’ve been to and I’ved tried several places. Their pricing is also very reasonable and not over priced.
