This by far was the most comfortable dentist office that I have been to. My dentist was so gentle and comforting. He was able to keep me calm throughout the whole process. He did amazing job on my teeth. I am so satisfied and pleased with my smile 😊 I was very happy with all the employees, they were very polite and nice. I would highly recommend this dentist office to everyone.

Let me be clear i have always hated going to the dentist but Dr.Nguyen and Bonita staff have changed the experience for me. The nes staff here is friendly and caring. The atmosphere is nice and they have TVs to watch while you receive treatments. If you are looking to maximize your insurance benefits ask for Ms.Paula. Great help informing me how to utilize my plan to pay less out of pocket.If you are looking for a dentist group that feels like family, cares about you, does a great job and makes you feel good about your next visit this is the place to go.

I didn’t know I had to pay $75 for a consultation!!!! They never told me that till I got their!! Then they said my braces were gonna be $5,800!!! Like what?!after I had paid my consultation!!MY TEETH ARENT EVEN THAT MESSED UP!in other places the consultation is free!! I didn’t know till I asked people the day I left!not fair!I need my refund!! this is what they do!! scam people!! Then they said I’m gonna have to pay $240 a month , I seriously need my money back. & they took forever to assist me!!

If I could I would rate this place 0 stars. This is the second time the dentist sends his assistant to inform me he had to leave the office and not able to assist me. Had a 4:00 appt. They took me back, did my x-rays and sat me in a chair. Waited for 20-25 min. Dentist walks in and exams me. I told him i was there for my routine and that i had a chipped tooth and asked if he can file down since it’s sharp and scratches my tongue. He said yes and will be right back. He never did. Waited about 30-40 minutes when assistant came in to tell me he left for the day!!!!!! i asked if i can just get my X-rays and take them to a different dentist since they keep failing to treat me. She wanted to charge me over $80 for my x-rays!!!!! Very Disappointed! Do Not Recommend this place.

I have had the good fortune to find Dr Tran and his professional staff. He has taken care of my entire family, even putting my daughter for braces. The experience while there was GREAT! I loved the dentist that assisted me. After treatment is my issue. Per my insurance I was over charged for my visit in which I paid for the same day. Fine, Ill call and speak with them to get it straightened out right? Its been going on 3 weeks now in which I cant get anyone from the billing department or the office manager to answer or return a call. This is highly unacceptable. According to my insurance EOB statement my out of pocket amount should have been only $374.10 yet I was charged $546.30 a difference of $172.20. I need my money refunded to my card or I will be forced to take further action. This is CRAZY! It shouldnt be this hard to get assistance!

I’ve been looking for an affordable dental office that can work with me. From the outstanding front desk receptionists, to the detailed evaluation done by Dr. Tran, I must say that this is the best dental office in Houston! I’m glad to have my smile back!

I schedule an appt two weeks in advance of my scheduled appt and explain what services i need. So, they had enough time to verify my insurance but they Failed to do that. They waste my time and the Coordinator was rude, unprofessional, telling me that, they have to verify my insurance that take sometime and to reschedule my appt. I requested this day off for nothing. Coordinator, has to do a better job and be polite with customers. No choice to switch providers.

I broke off and swallowed an existing crown. Called and was able to get same day appointment. I was worried the tooth would have to be extracted. However, the dentist was able to save my tooth. Price was good. Dentist had good bedside manner and gentle hands.

We spent $40k on my moms implants and its taking forever for them to complete the job, my mom is currently in pain after they clearly stated there would be no pain, after completing the bottom implants the screws came out and now she has to go without bottom teeth until they get new ones, the old ones split in 3....smh I feel so bad because I recommended her here. We have vacation in Oct.19 for my sisters birthday, hope they can have her right by then, she started in Feb and here it is Sep still not complete smh I may contact my lawyer

Unfortunately an absolute waste of time and a 2 hour drive. I go there for a really bad toothache to be given nothing other than what i was already trying to relieve the pain that didnt work, thats why i drove this far to see if a dentist can help with anything that could work. The treatment plans are RIDICULOUSLY high in prices. It is almost a tragedy how much the costs were. Then they talk to you like it was just $5. Like who goes in there and says, oh yea, $19,000 is a good deal, lets do it!, I am sure there is somebody but it sure as heck wouldnt be me. I got money and i am financially stable but I am not that rich. DDS Dental charges 4700 for a complete smile make over with dentures and a partial and with keeping real teeth. vs $11000 this place charges, JUST for an upper denture partial. No thank you. They do have very pretty girls who are actually realy nice and the dentist you talk to is very nice too but just seems to overly feed you a good lie.

Very knowledgeable Surgeon and support staff. Paula was particularly proficient in her explanation of covered and non covered charges. Paula’s understating of the real life situation coupled with Dr. Tran’s expertise, provided my wife with a clear understanding of her dental needs, longevity of repairs, and expected time frame of results.

If you have anxiety or autism or any kind of mental health issues or you are a special needs parent , I wouldn’t recommend Dr Lola she is a very unprofessional and inpatient doctor. Dr Lola behavior is very unprofessional and rude and she is to confident in making patients feel bad and worthless, unfortunately I will be using a different Dentist office. And for the staff, I never received the quote for the implants and that’s not right, I paid for my exams and didn’t receive it , very unprofessional...Please do not send it anymore I don’t need them.I will be submitting a complaint to the Texas State board of dental examiner investigation division, we do not need people like you in our community.

I am very disappointed at this dentist I paid $7,000 for my bridge and they told me so many different warranty staff very unprofessional Paula and Daisy both hanged up on my face and all I wanted was the right financial information because I paid so much. Paula was so upset cause I kept asking questions and questions and she was very mad so she decided to kick me out as a patient she typed my letter and took two weeks to send me my letter after I put so much money but they dont see that they got there money and she changed my warranty and added my personal issue on the new warranty and added my signature so make sure everyone reads there final print .

I went to Bonita Dental for X-rays and exam after I got the quote they want $26,000 for the work I requested my x-rays so I could go elsewhere and they refuse to give them to me unless I paid $85 which I feel is unacceptable cuz I had already paid for the X-ray and the exam they slipped a paper in on me when I was signing my receipt & in sheet I should have read it more thoroughly myself but I feel like this business is a crook snake sneaky no good would not recommend them to anyone please do not use Bonita Dental you wolf be outrageously overcharged

I feel the office was clean and the staff were professional. I was charged for a X-ray and my insurance company said that I should not have even had to pay for it. I needed an extraction a tooth giving me pain. But, felt that there prices were to high so wanted to go somewhere else. I asked for my X-ray to be sent to another office and was told I had to pay $88 dollars for them. The office person Daisy was very rude and not accommodating at all. Plus, I have have never heard of a medical office double charging for records that I had already paid for. Also, Daisy told me that the records belong to the office if that is the case than why did I pay for them. She was very rude.

I came really nervous but everyone made me feel confortable and at ease. Beginning my extraction and bridge the same day. No down payment and flexible payment plans offered. Everyone spoke spanish and assistants were very friendly and profesional. Treatment was explained and i understood my procedures and consequences.

After multiple dental consultations i came across to the perfect dental office. The staff is incredible and the dentist was very formal and knowledgeable. Low payments available during these holidays. Thank you for my new set of dentures. They look better than my natural teeth.

Ask for Dr. Tran. He is friendly with good bedside manner I had another dentist within the practice first, who did not listen to me communicating my pain levels, give enough pain relief & did a poor job, which left me crying &afraid to go back. Switching to Dr. Tran costs $50, regardless of reason for it, but it made a world of difference. He was much better at pain control, listens, clearly explains all the terminology & appreciates the patients esthetic teeth goals. He did a nice job finishing my crowns, although the permanent crowns still need reshaping to fit my upper teeth to stop discomfort. Save yourself $50 and ask for Dr. Tran.

I took my Daughter for cleaning and regular exams and they took well care of her. She was referred to a oral surgeon to get her wisdom teeth removed at the other facility they requested x-rays and when I call Bonita office Bianca was really helpful and patient in providing the information the new office needed. The first time when I call and even the second and third time she was very nice and professional. They really care about their patients !
