My daughter was a patient here , and we were very pleased with the service , the assistant Jose was excellent, him and the Dr made my daughter feel very safe and comfortable.

Very caring staff in that they accepted my child who was in pain as a new patient the same day with no hassle. I called over a dozen dentists in the area and everyone was too busy including the dentist who has seen my children for almost 15 years. I appreciate the availability and flexible scheduling. I was able to stay with my child the whole time and was treated respectfully as a mother. The dentist took his time to carefully (and non-traumatically) perform treatment. The staff was helpful and worked as a team, helping each other as well as the patients.

Brought my boys for their 6month check up and was seen fast! All staff and members were following co-vid 19 safety protocols. Doctor was great with kids!! He explain visually to me what was going on with my kids teeth. He took his time to see them I’ll be back in 6months again! 😍

My children and I have been coming to this dental office for over 10 years. When my babies were too small to be treated the doctor gave them referrals and made sure they were still taken care of. They have flexible hours and walk-ins. I almost always walk in 😂 Really cool staff. They also have different financing options too. Thanks for everything. THE WORST ORTHODONTIC CLINIC YET! I have had my braces for 5 years because of their negligence. 1 year into my treatment, my orthodontist, Dr.Banks, quit without notice and I was tossed between different orthos left and right SMH. TODAY I GET MY BRACES OFF AFTER 5 YEARS, 3 SURGERIES, 2 EXPANDERS, and a ton of PAIN. These people have the audacity after all of this to schedule my appointment at the same time for like 3 other people. I have been waiting for 45 mins and still no service. DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY USED TO HAVE A 1 STAR RATING BUT ALL OF THE SUDDEN ITS A 4.1? THEY OBVIOUSLY PAID PEOPLE TO LIE. TRUST ME. IVE BEEN WITH THIS CLINIC FOR FIVE YEARS. THEY ARE LIARS!!!

I Been coming here with my daughter for 8 years and since we’ve love the customer service and the doctors here the way they treat the customers very kindly. Also they don’t make you wait long in the waiting room which I love about that.

This place is the bomb this is the best place u could go to get a exam or braces my grand-daughter gets her braces from here u should see them after and before its a huge diffrence and she always smiling now she used to never smile if i was u guys come here and they have everything here the treats are cheap and when u come here it looks new and always prepared for the holidays and if you want anything like braces its cheap in stead of paying $8,000 please come here‼️‼️‼️

I am very disappointed in their professionalism when dealing with release of your records. It took several hours to resolve a 10 minute issue. I was told and assured by the office manager that she would fax over my records as soon as I got to the accepting orthodontist because they do not accept my insurance. When I called they told me she wasnt in and I had to pay $70 for breach of contract which I was told by the office manager that everything was an even out and did not make me aware of any fees. Then when I offered to pay the $70 which totally was not explained to me by the office manager, they told me they dont accept payments over the phone!!!! So I had to leave the other orthodontist office and drive 30 minutes to make the payment for them to release my records. Once I got there, they still did not have the records ready and made me wait 30 more minutes..To be honest, I will never come back.

If I could give a Negative number I would! The most unprofessional, extremely slow service Ever! I waited for Two hours for teeth extractions to be put in a chair a topic applied, with no Exam only to be told by the Dentist that I can Not get my services done AT ALL!!!! After being at 2 different dentist offices (sister companies) since 11:40 AM!!! And paying for my services In Full!!! Horrible Service!! Do Not Go Here!!! 😠😠😠

This is such a great office to bring your kids.... they offer the best service for them... they make sure if its a large family you all get your check up regardless if insured or not!!!! They want to make us aware of our dental health!!!! A plus on their Annual Halloween Party!!! Attended last year and boy my kids enjoyed their hunted house. Looking foward to this year!!!

Im only giving two stars because the office ladies were nice, however this place is a scam. They said they could not refund me....yes you can. They did a terrible job on a wisdom tooth removal and I asked to get a refund and to only get charged for the operations performed. The only reason why they said they could not refund me and offered to give us a better surgeon was because they just want our money! DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

I went by for a teeth cleaning and teeth whitening. very professional and knowledgeable staff. When they saw my teeth the Dr suggested not to do teeth whitening because my teeth were too white and recommended not to do the procedure because my teeth were going to probably be sensitive. Very satisfied with my teeth cleaning, and glad they made their suggestions and saved me some money.

I bell coming to A1 dental they are always warm and welcoming. U always get A1 service. My kids love it there and they feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend having them as your family dentist. Prices are reasonable! Im glad I found them!

Fraud! Fraud!! FRAUD!! You will get charged for dental work not preformed. When I asked for the records, I was told it will take 30 days to process but the manager needs to review the request first. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager wasnt in the office but I would receive a call. Each time I have called to speak to the manager, I have been given one excuse after another - the manager is out of the office, the manager couldnt make it in, or the manager is at our other location. I have not received a call back, my refund $$$, or my records. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMMITTING FRAUD!!!

The staff is incredibly nice but some doctors... not so much. Aside of that WHY ARE THEY NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS???? WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ And this is a DENTAL CLINIC that is SO irresponsible. They don’t do anything different from before it all started. I’m 100% sure i will NOT be coming back nor will i bring my kids until they get their stuff together.

Great place. Dr. Moh was awesome and easy to talk to. The receptionist Ana was amazing. And they all work really well with you on anything you need. No one was rough on you and they try to not put any pain on you. Great experience all in all.

He made an excellent dentist recommendation This dentist is the best his explanations are extremely detailed and always relays pros/cons. All good options you choose whats best for your teeth. I was very pleased with my experience I am so grateful that they are open on the weekends even better a on Sunday. I had this really bad tooth ache over the weekend and looked around and couldnt find one dentist open. So I called up a friend and they told me about this place that was open 7 days a week and took walk-ins so i rushed over on a Sunday morning walked in filled out some paper work and i was good to go the staff was so nice and patient. Really glad that my friend recommended me to this place!

Was very scared at first because of my previous Dentist experiences, but once I filled out my paper work and was sent to the back the staff was so welcoming and warm they treated me very well! I absolutely love this dentist have even recommended some family members here.

I have been so terrified of any dentist because of past dental experiences I have had but with this Dental Office, it was so different. The staff is kind and understanding and the dentist is very patient. Me and my children will never go anywhere else. It felt good not having to be scared to see the dentist here. From a experience at this location, i do not recommend it to anyone and i for sure will NOT be coming back if i could rate them a 0 star i would but i have to give them a one , but for sure will not be coming back they are overpricing all of the services and i almost got cut with the hose to clean the teeth from deficient workers and doctors as well as lack of manners.Especially the manager of the location she has no type of work ethics.

Friendly Workers , Great Environment

In the beginning, I went to have my three-year-olds teeth cleaned and that went fairly well. On his next visit they recommended that he get four of his back teeth crowned and he would drink an elixir that would make him woozy and they would perform the procedure. The morning we arrived we were supposed to be the 1st appointment, he drank the elixir we waited about 45 minutes which they said was normal two other patients were brought back and they began to work on them they came to get my son they strapped him down on board with Velcro straps inside the larger straps that would hold his arms and legs down as well. They started the procedure roughly another 20 minutes after that and by that time he began to vomit while lying on his back. No one in the room including the assistant did anything. I unstrapped him from the board and everything while screaming at the top of his lungs and rolled him on his side in the recovery position. I was completely upset and highly disturbed at the level of emergency knowledge that this office didnt have with my son. The professionalism was appalling as well and the fact that the assistant barely spoke English and did not understand anything that I was saying. Needless to say I took my son out of the office without finishing the procedure because obviously he was feeling everything they were doing because he was screaming at the top of his lungs. The doctor assistant nor the office manager really understood my point but after the fact called me to tell me the understood where I was coming from. Mind you I paid $400 for his appointment which they did refund. Over all we will never go back and I do not recommend anyone going there.

Staff at front desk is very courteous and great, staff in the back are very knowledgeable and will advice you of what is best for you or your family member. Very happy with my first visit. The girl who gives out the prices gave me a really good price for my whitening. The only small bad part was just the wait, but other than that they gave me excellent service and affordable prices.

Awesome experience I took my daughter to have her wisdom teeth removed , from consultation to end of procedure it was great experience. The staff were really supporting, great recovery from anesthesia post surgery was smooth and recovery was fast thank you Dr Bassir.

Ortho only on Wednesday no exceptions, 2 years of braces for $5,420, if it makes any difference they take out a loan from Wells Fargo and you pay to the bank directly. If you put two bills in one expect this: The minimum changes, cannot be changed back until one bill is paid off, the extra money money is paid to the highest bill and not the smallest. This dentist clinic does not know how Wells Fargo works, and I highly recommend to NOT trust their word for how things can get paid to a bank. They know about fixing teeth, not how to run a bank.

My daughter needed treatment with sedation and I was honestly scared regarding all the bad things Ive seen on TV of this procedure. Few days ago i met Doctor Ali and im extremely happy with his work. My daughter was so calm during this procedure and she had no complaints.

They never return phone calls after initial visit. You cant reschedule a follow up like the Dentist wanted because the staff doesnt return phone calls nor do they have check insurance immediately and get back with you with whats covered and whats not. Ive got a tooth the Dentist says needs to be pulled but all I get is the run around from the guy working the front desk. And its been a week now. Still waiting for return call. The only reason I went here is because they are open on the weekend.

Long wait

Got a crown here , it was the best experience i was a bit nervous. The receptionist greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Everybody were very active, and helpful . Didnt feel anything during the treatment. Dr was a really cool dudeAnd not enough pain afterwards .will for sure come back .

Last week I went to a consultation for braces, I have been wanting to get them for a while but they offered me a high price at another office down the street . The doctor explained the whole treatment and they offered a reasonable amount , thats why I went there , when I called they told me they offered payment plans for braces that started at a reasonable price. I did wait for a while, it was a busy day, but i did end up leaving that same day with braces because they worked with my budget and was very patient.

All of the office staff is very friendly! All of the front desk girls are amazing and very patient!! Will be back!!! 😇

Do not go here look for another place. Waiting time is to much! My appointment was at 10 and didn’t get seen until 11 for a 5 minute post visit, and customer service could be better after making you wait all that time. Also facilities are not keep as clean which is a no no for anyone.No lo recomiendo! El lugar no lo mantienen muy limpio. ****READ THIS****VISIT FROM THIS WEEK***TERRIBLE SERVICE***10/2016This place is not a place you take your kids to at all. This is the kind of place that tells you one thing and then do something completely different when its time to work on your teeth. My 17yr old literally ran out of the building afterwards because of how bad the service was. She said they stuck the drill down her throat and forced her head while working on her teeth after she kept telling them she can feel the pain. I talked to the doctor the next day and she said it was an option for her to have a higher dosage of medicine. After I explained to the doctor that this is her field and if she knows that a child needs additional work then she should have given her more medicine so she wouldnt feel the pain. She made several excuses for her poor service and tried to blame it on my child and her father stating he didnt say anything. She was sore all yesterday and this morning. THIS WAS OUR FIRST AND LAST TIME. The only reason we went is because they do dental and braces but after the dental work we will never return and I wont refer anyone matter of fact Im filing complaints with the Dental Board, BBB, and etc. Somebody needs to do something about this immediately!Ive never left a review for a company but after speaking with the dentist about her work I felt the need to leave a review due to the way she responded. So Im telling anyone whos reading this review; if you go up there and here a crying baby or child, please know your child will be the next one screaming like that once they work on their mouth.

Terrible experience, sub par quality and service.My wife had work done here a few months ago and the way they treated us was very poorly.We recently changed dentist and after our consultation, they informed us that the work provided by A1 was not performed correctly. They were kind enough to fix the problem that was left behind at no additional cost but it is terrifying knowing that the job performed was done wrong.Currently working on getting my money back but the manager is giving us a run around saying that other dentist lie all the time to make other clinics look back. Hmm... how convenient no? The x-rays dont lie.

I will never return to this dentist office again and I strongly suggest that others do not come here also. My appointment was at 11:00AM for a cavity filling and they did not call me in until around 12:35PM. I had to wait 20 more minutes until the dentists finally got started. The dentist, Martha, injected a numbing local anesthesia into my mouth and told me I had to wait 10 more minutes for the anesthesia to settle in. After about 8 minutes, one of the front desk workers decides to tell me that my primary dentist (the one that found my cavity), Dr. Guzman wasn’t here and that I would have to reschedule my appointment, after they already injected two painful needles of numbing medicine into my mouth!!! Then when I was complaining to the office manager, the front desk worker had the nerve to tell me I didn’t even schedule an appointment! I took out my papers showing that I had an appointment for today and she got quiet real quick. Horrible place, I would give them zero stars if I could.
