WOW! This was a great dental visit from beginning to end. This was my first time visiting Northshore Dental, but the atmosphere was as if I had been a patient for years. Crystal, Kimberly, Amber and Dr. Goldsmith were wonderful. There was NO waiting an hour to see the doctor, and didnt feel rushed either. This team is the epitome of great customer service.

I did a great deal of exploration before picking this office. To my luck it was located less than a half a mile from my house. I was unable to be more happy with the outcomes. They are amazingly careful. Being that I work an awful schedule they always seem to work with me and that alone means a lot to me. Lastly The modern architectural design of the building give it a sharp yet very welcoming vibe.

This is the dental office everyone should go to. All dentist offices should aspire to be as clean, professional and pleasant as this is.

My experience today was grand, all of my questions were answered with expert confidence with advice. Abby, my tooth fairy tech. was awesome. Love the newly remodeled office. Staff was AWESOME!!! The one and only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I went for X-rays and cleaning with dental insurance. However, this was supposed to be covered at 100% but was informed I have to pay a portion of the bill which was only exam and X-rays. Then they came back and said cleaning was not included. That should have been told that when they confirmed my insurance.Additional: when I scheduled my appointment I specifically said X-rays and cleaning.

Everyone is friendly and I felt very welcomed since the beginning. I was seen by Miss Abby, a hygienist. She was very patient with me and explained what she was doing as she was going along. She was very interested on my well being and wanted my experience to be as pleasant as it could be. She put my mind at ease and I really felt that I was treated by a family member. I look forward to be there to continue my treatment. Thank you for your great service!

When I tell you the 5 stars should be much more , this staff I mean words can’t explain the customer service there , everyone is so friendly. The Dr Mr Goldsmith took care of me , I love him , Amber was my hygienist she was exceptional phenomenal. I don’t care if I move , I’ll drive just to come and receive the service that I’ve always received from them . 5 stars isn’t enough, I’m going to refer everyone I know yo this place !!!! Today was my first time visiting Northshore Dental. I was pleased from the time I arrived to the time i left. The office was clean and the staff was so nice. They also had a air filter in the room in which i thought was very good. I’ve never seen that in any medical office I’ve been to since Covid started. I was also pleased with Dr. Patton. She listened to my concerns and was able to give me a solution to the issues I’ve had since getting my braces removed from another facility. I would highly recommend this office. I’m so happy i chose this dental office to visit.

Awesome dentist, staff are friendly and welcoming. Provide Netflix and headphones to keep you comfortable while carrying out procedures. The office has definitely taken plunge into technological advances in industry. Was blown away with 3D model X-rays. Office is extremely clean and are following cdc guidelines during pandemic. Have kept me in loop with reminders via text when your appointment is close. Very solid dentist with all angles covered to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Dr. Goldsmith approach and manner has been nothing more then 100% which same can be said for his work. Extremely nice gent. I’m even complimenting “The shining” style rug in the foyer! Brilliant dental office and a plus to the community.

They tried to charge me $15 to send me a copy of my x-rays. One email of x-rays that I have already paid for. The lady claimed I was paying for her time to send the email. Wow, $15 per email.Dont go to this dentist if dont want to be nickle and dimed over small items!

I was a patient of North shore dental for quite some time. I had not been to the office in the last year due to covid-19. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr Farkas. When the young lady (Karina) called me to confirm my appointment she referenced the doctor as she. After hanging up with her I called back to ask if Dr. Farkas was going to see me. And at that point she told me Dr Farkas was no longer with the practice. She also added I told you that, which I thought was a bit rude because of her tone. After hanging up I called back to cancel my appointment and to share that I really wanted to see Dr Farkas. And Karinas response was okaythere was no encouragement by her to keep my appointment It was just like oh well and we dont care that youre canceling your appointment and no lger going to be a patient of North Shore dental.

I have been to NSD for 3 different services: a root canal with crown, a tooth extraction, and today I had my teeth cleaned along with x-rays. This place is so awesome. If you feel any level of discomfort, they will take care of it. Dr Goldsmith is funny, caring and comforting. The office is clean and modern. Every time I go they make sure I feel relaxed. I enjoy watching Netflix while having work done. NSD is the best dental experience I have ever had!

All I’m going to say is I wish I could just show you. They are awesome the staff is friendly. The way they approach me about billing and steps to take. . Also the doctor who took his time and the staff. The care they put into my teeth was something I have never experience. I have had drama in the past which had follow me into adulthood. But I was place at easy with the kindness of the staff. I could go on and on about so many positive things.

Hands-down the best dentist in houston.

Called to set an apt and Tabby was kind and informative and kept me in the loop with finding me an early morning apt. As I arrived I sat in the massage chairs to fill out forms and was taken for x rays fairly soon. Had a cleaning and exam done and it’s been a while since my last one so she was very thorough and explained everything. I went ahead and set an apt to have some cavities filled. My first experience was great

I am very fearful of going to dentist and needed to go today as an emergency! Even making the appointment made me anxious. But when I called Karina, the scheduler, helped me through setting the appointment. I thought the appointment was going to done in the near future but when she said I could go in today I almost hung up. She heard how nervous I was and convinced me to go in and that they would help my pain go away. Even after I hung up with her I almost called and canceled but she texted me and encouraged me to make the appointment as if she could hear my thoughts. They allowed my husband to stay in the room with me because I would not stay without him. The entire staff was so warm and friendly. Hollie my dental assistant made me laugh and kept me entertained the entire time. Dr. Goldsmith was so professional and showed so much empathy through the entire time. He listened to my concerns and answered questions that no other dentist has ever answered. So long story short, I got my tooth pulled, got set up with an amazing dental plan they offer, and soon I’m on my way to have a real smile! I haven’t smiled since I was little. He made me cry when he said he could fix my smile! They won my trust in just one visit. The only thing I would change is next time I’m taking the sedation pill. I hate that I might have made their job harder with the laughing gas. As you can see from they way I write I also talk a lot! Sorry to all the Northshore Dental staff for putting up with me. This company cares. This company GIVES passion in what the give to the patients. You do not feel like a patient. They treat you as if they are there FOR you. Not like other places as a number. Serious quality and care with regards to your needs, health and comfor . No exaggeration in my statement either.

I recently went to Dr. Farkas for the first time after my dentist of 25 years told me I would have to wait through the weekend to be seen. I was in excruciating pain and fortunately was referred to Dr. Farkas who directed me to his office. He quickly and thoroughly examined me and determined that I needed a root canal, which he performed painlessly on the spot. I felt better immediately, and I highly recommend Dr. Farkas and Northshore Dental!

Absolutely the best dental experience. SPA-like atmosphere from warm lavendar neck pillow to top of the line dental equipment, blanket, and warm towelettes. I am treated with respect and privacy. The entire dental team is aware of my personal dental treatment plan. This hidden jewel is well worth the drive to Northshore. Expert and professional care. Excellent team. Let’s start off with the dental work. I have had many cleanings here and two crowns. The work feels great, no pain, and they send friendly follow up texts along with reminder texts. The amenities are great: warm neck pillows, blanket, dental goodies and Netflix! The waiting area is also very clean and modern however I have yet to spend much time there. The staff is good at getting you in on time.Highly recommend this place!

Amazing. Friendly. Patient. I’m a VERY nervous patient and this entire facility is more than patient with me. I have only done the exam so far but it eased me a bit for when I go back for my fillings. I’m not thrilled but knowing how amazing they are makes me feel much better. And they not once made me feel bad for being so nervous.They offer awesome things to make you comfortable: water, coffee, warm lavender neck wrap, blanket, Netflix tv’s in each chair... just amazing. Comfort is their specialty.Also their new patient gifts are great. My husband received some all natural dental stuff that was great! I received a lip moisturizer that was AMAZING.Highly recommend. If things change my next visit I’ll update but I don’t see that happening.

My 6 yr old son and I both had 4:00 appointments for getting our teeth examined and cleaned. We had swim team practice at 5:00 in Crosby and made it. They were awesome with my son. He asked them 5thousand questions while they did the cleaning and they handled him and his lawyer type questions with out missing a beat. The Dr was great too. Keep it up Northshore Dental!!

Unbelievable experience. Staff was supportive from the second I called them. Patty went above and beyond to get me (new patient) in and get my issue taken care of. Im home in pain but that’s due to my tooth, not the office it was pulled in.

I was nervous going in for a deep cleaning. Well my experience was wonderful no pain at all. The hygienist was excellent.

The dentist and his team are really nice people but their office staff is out of control. Nobody knows what is going on. They did a panoramic X-ray on my husband and did not ask for permission to do it. Insurance only covers it every 3 years and they did one on him last year. It has been 7 months and I still have not been able to get that situated with them. Billing is outsourced to someone not in the office. Now I have switched dentist and the are charging me $25 per picture for X-ray records!! My insurance already paid for it why should I have to pay for the records? The office staff says I have to pay for the software. Which doesn’t make sense because it is sent via email. They claim they don’t have an office manager. Instead of buying fancy tv’s and neck wraps they should invest in someone to run their office.

The office was beautiful. The staff was very nice. They made going to the dentist a fearless experience. While filling out new patient paperwork on an iPad, I did so in a massage chair where coffee, juice and water was available. I was able to relax and watch Netflix while they removed a painful abscessed tooth almost pain free. Before they performed any services they gave me the price after contacting my insurance. I was so pleased and Ive found my new dental home for myself and the rest of my family. Thanks again to Dr. Goldsmith and staff.

Northshore Dental is a beautiful place. The ladies, the dentist are the nicest people I have ever met in a dentist office. I am always nervous at a dentist office but from the beginning they treat you like a person not a file . And that wrap around your neck is AWESOME it help me Relax! I love this place! Dr. Farkas has been my familys dentist for quite a few years. You can tell he is a dentist that is concerned about helping his patients, not just making money. The whole office is very modern, clean and well maintained. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful! They are conveniently located right off of the beltway, so getting there is easy too!

I forgot I had initially come in for a dental appointment. This place is heavenly. The staff is amazing, friendly, and patient. They are great at accommodating your comfort needs. Also, they sell all natural items for dental care such as toothpaste and mouthwash. I have finally found my dental office.lol

Dr Farkas has been my dentist for over 20 years. He has worked on my teeth as well as my 4 siblings, their families and my sons. The service is fantastic and quite a few nice amenities - lavender neck wrap when getting procedures does (or teeth cleaned) is just one! The office is clean and the staff is wonderful. He does try to stay cutting edge, which is fantastic for me. I highly recommend Northshore Dental.

Loved them for so long but had my braces on my around 6-7 months and I felt as if I wasn’t being treated like a priority anymore. They stopped working on my top teeth said they were done with them and focused on the bottom. Now that I got my braces off the top teeth has one tooth that is way misaligned and looks hideous. So sad that I couldn’t even get the teeth I dreamt of.

I have not been a patient at Northshore Dental however have worked with Dr Andrew Frakas in a professional capacity. Dr Andrew is an empathetic, kind and caring practitioner who I would recommend everyone in Houston to go and see. They have a state of the art office designed by his amazing wife Karen. The team will go above and beyond to help you with any dental problem you have.

I have had a different person clean my teeth every time I come in for the last 4 times. Before that the same people working and could book with same person. Love Dr. FBut will not come back, my feeling is you use new from dental college. This week for my cleaning, my mouth is tender, pulled in lips until corners sore. Donot like changes made in last year or so.
