They will make you comfortable and taken care of from the moment you enter all the way to the end of the appointment. When needed, referrals are made to the top notch specialists as well. Pinnacle is clean and safe.I was scheduled for 8:30, it was over 20 minutes before Doctor came in.The teeth cleaning was the best I ever had.I wanted to have my cavities filled, didnt understand why my request wasnt acknowledged.I have complete confidence in the Doctor, she was patient, and answered all my questions.

I really enjoyed my visit to Pinnacle Dental. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Nguyen carefully explained all of my dental options. The new patient discount is a bargain and that brought me in. I needed a crown and during the procedure I had half of my metal fillings replaced with composite. On my next visit I will have the remaining metal fillings replaced and I am looking forward to my Smile Makeover that will fix all of those other little defects.

Dr. Nguyen was very helpful and professional in my visits. I went there for an initial consultation regarding a dental issue, and the response I received regarding my options was explained clearly and thoroughly. I have since returned to have the procedure done, and am very happy with the results. The staff also is great in how they help the patient feel at ease during what can be stressful time.

I was a client of Dr. Nguyen when I was about 12 yrs old for about 2-3yrs. My mother got a new job and Dr. Nguyen was no longer under our dental provider. Ive been to a few dentist and no one has cared, given explanations & had a wonderful hygienist like Giselle. I vowed that when I finished college & started my career that I would find her. I finally made an appointment with her for the first time in over 8 yrs in December 2013 & she is still the same amazing dentist with an awesome team behind her. Im so glad that I found her!!

Contrary to popular opinion, going to the dentist CAN be a very pleasant experience, if you go to Pinnacle.My wife and I were referred to Dr. Nguyen and her staff several years ago. Since then, we have both had all of our dental work done at Pinnacle, including caps, veneers, a bridge and routine dental cleaning and repairs. Dr. Nguyen is always very professional, caring and gentle with her patients, as are her assistants. Her offices are spotless and the surroundings are very pleasant, right down to the view of the fountain and green plants in the atrium.On one occasion, I lost a cap on a Friday evening, and called Dr. Nguyens after- hours number. Within 10 minutes, she called back, and I set up an appt. with me for the next morning at 8:30. By 10 AM, I had a temporary cap in place. Now thats service!!I am pleased to give Dr. Nguyen my highest recommendation!

I have great pleasure in stating that after visiting several dentists over 15 years - most of them more interested in extracting money and perfectly good teeth, giving importance to their schedule and time and no respect for my time - I have been quite content with Dr. Nyugen at Pinnacle Dental. Been her patient for 6 years now. Despite all the misgivings that people have about dentists, all the people at Pinnacle dental make you feel comfortable and at ease on the dental chair. They take good care of you and provide the right advice and do this at home regularly instructions that help maintain your teeth, keep them intact and reduce your dental bills. Dr. Nyugen and co. are hard working people and seldom take any time off just to be there in case of any emergency.
