Everything was outstanding. All the staff knowledgeable accommodating friendly. Dr Metz is exceptional. 5 star recommendation.

I’ve had (2) separate surgeries for implants,. Dr Metz is amazing and have done a great job twice. I am baffled by their billing practice as the same thing happened twice. When you get the procedure done, you pay upfront, then they bill the insurance. First time, when I got my paid benefits form by my insurance, I had overpaid a few thousand, that I was never informed until I kept calling and Veronica never returning a call. After speaking with her, I was issued a refund check.Due to my original experience, received my insurance breakdown of payment and same thing. I called several times, without a call back, until I reach out to the front desk. As I am explaining to Veronica the charges, she wouldn’t volunteer the information and will only listen to me, without explaining, until I did the breakdown. So, now I will be given another refund for overpaying.The way this girls reacts, seems that if you don’t follow up, you will never get a refund for overpaying, makes me want to flow up with my I air ax on this practice.Check your insurance documents and payments versus what you paid.FOLLOW UP FOLLOW UP AND FOLLOW UP!!

GREAT experience got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled and it went amazing. I did not swell for too long, was contacted the day of my surgery as a follow up to make sure everything was okay, and my post op was fast and easy they even accommodated my schedule the day of so that I could get to work on time. Dr. Metz and his staff truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is okay and the new facility is simply state of the art and a beautiful and warming environment. HIGHLY recommended and will come back if ever needed!

Dr. Metz as an oral surgeon is terrific, and his nurses are great. It is a shame that some members of the office staff are doing their best to ruin this great practice. Similar to a previous review, we paid up front at the consultation for my daughters wisdom teeth extraction, only to find out later that we overpaid/were over charged, according to the breakdown from our insurance company. Dr. Metzs insurance coordinator, Veronica always has her voicemail answering calls, and does not return calls. We are only asking to be credited the amount that we overpaid, which has been documented by our insurance company--nothing more. It is currently September 22nd, and my daughters procedure was June 5th. We still do not have our credit. The most unfortunate outcome of this entire process is that, after my daughters procedure, my dentist informed me that I needed an implant to replace a root canal gone awry. I would love to have Dr. Metz perform this procedure, but I cannot conduct business in a place where I feel like we have really been taken advantage of, and this would highly likely happen again. This could all be avoided by conducting proper and honest billing/crediting practices.

Dr. Metz performed an oral surgery for me in December 2018. I decided to write this post because I saw another post that seemed unfair / incorrect.Dr. Metz was fantastic in his approach and highly pragmatic. He was the 2nd opinion after I had gone to another doctor who was proposing a more complex procedure that as approximately 45% more expensive. I was very happy with Dr. Metzs approach and all this time later Im in perfect shape from that procedure.Highly recommended.

Dr. Metz is an amazing oral surgeon. I have had multiple procedures at OMSH and Dr. Metz is professional, very compassionate, and has a strong and competent staff. I have had several implants so I can highly recommend him for this procedure. Sinus lifts, bone grafts, anything related to implants. You won’t be disappointed.

I am so thankful that my dentist recommended Dr. Metz to remove a cyst in my lower jaw. I did not know what to expect because I never had any type of oral surgery before.
