He was funny and he stayed on top things. Ive had some bad experiences with other glasses stores and this was so refreshing. I totally recommend going to this location.

I enjoyed going there, when I was getting a new pair of glasses. I remember seeing it at the West Oaks Mall.

My man Jamal made picking out glasses so much easier for me. he was patient and kind with me through my indecisiveness and help me cut down on time I spent looking for glasses. normally I dread picking out glasses but I actually enjoyed myself with the help from Jamal.

Having great service so far so good. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I keep going back for glasses and eye exam at this place.

Ive been wearing glasses my whole life. Nobody ever took the time to explain to me how to actually care for the glasses. Jamal listened to my complaints about my current pair, the flaking that occurs with the lens, and the glare. he explained to me how I can prevent that from happening with my next pair. he helped better fit the current pair that I have so this way they stop sliding off of my nose. He showed me glasses and that would fit well on me. He was cordial. He was informative. He answered all my questions. He presented all my options. He was excellent.

The staff is very kind to their customers and they are happy to work here.

Customer service is excellent and the doctor was very nice. I loved that he took the time to educate me on vision and the importance of getting an exam.

Worst place that you can step during this time! There afraid of you to even look at the glasses! I wouldnt recommend this place! If you are so afraid to open a store better to leave close. Dont treat others like they are sick.

I recently went to this location to get new glasses, and was absolutely blown away by the experience! I had picked out several frames I liked, but Marie, the person who assisted me said that they werent right for me, either they didnt fit my face, or they didnt fit my face right. She helped me find a pair of frames that not only looked great on me, but fit me correctly. And to make things even better, they were ready almost a week ahead of schedule! I was so pleased, I brought my niece there for her new glasses, and Id recommend them (and Marie) to anyone who needs great glasses!

So I showed up at 428 sign says appt only. I looked inside no customers. I called asked if I could just look at glasses selection they had. Woman said no they were closing at 5 and even looking at glasses needs an appt. I told her but there werent any customers in the store. Apparently it didnt matter. Literally all i wanted was to see their selection and come back another day for fitting if i wanted. They just potentially lost hundreds in sales for 3 glasses. Went down the street to other place. Noooo issues. I shared my story and folks were surprised. Cant even look at merchandise when no one was in the store at 4:28? I wont be back. In all fairness lady on phone was nice but their rules here are ridiculous even for covid.

After 7 weeks waiting for my glasses, i finally got my glasses with two different colors. GOOD JOB VISIONWORKS!!! Ill never go here again.

So far this location has been the best.The customer services are awesome!I usually get my glasses at the other location but one time I just kinda give it a try. The lady who was helping me was so nice and understanding and was very patient. So when I came pick up the first time the notepad didn’t sit right so Andrew, I believe he the general manager, who was helping me adjust it patiently.One time I accidentally sat on my glasses and it bend terribly I was clueless and don’t know what to do so brought if back to where I get it. When I came back Andrew was helping me with it. He did his magic and it back to how it was. So today my sunglasses was feeling weird so I don’t know where to go to fix it and I just give it a try and brought it here and guess what Andrew was there to help me out again and it was so nice guys. You all should come and do the busses with them. This location is beyond good! They are the best! And Thank You so much Andrew!

So I used to go to their old location located inside west oaks mall for a couple of years and employees there were very nice and never had any problems with them,and than when they moved to the new location I thought ok I’ll keep going there even though it was far from my house because I live in Richmond.and the second I enter the store ( it was on Sunday exactly 4:15 ) the lady who works there tells me we close at 5:00 and I have a costumer in front of you I can take all your information and you can come back later and I’m like I only need to order contact lenses and you already have my insurance information on file and I don’t think that would take that long and she’s like I understand but I still can’t do it you have to come back another day,she said it in a very rude way and I’m like whatever and I left the store and I will take my business somewhere else.a piece of advice to the owner or the manager or whoever is running that place you need to teach you employees to be more nicer and more helpful and hire more employees.

Went to pick up my daughters eyeglasses today, but didn’t receive a cleaning cloth for the glasses. So I went back into the store to ask for one and they told me they don’t give them out. This is the first time I have ever experienced this from an eyeglasses store. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will be cancelling me other two kids appointment and taking my business elsewhere. I spent too much money to not get a cleaning cloth.

I have come to this location for several years because of the great service and excellent prices..also they have a big selection of frames and they help you find the right one for you.. I recommend to ask for Johnetta, she’s very nice and friendly, she also takes the time to help you get the best prices(I have to buy glasses for my kids and myself)..this last time I was there Johnetta notice a big difference between one of my kids last prescription and the new one, so she recommend for me to recheck with the eye doctor before ordering my son’s new lenses..she’s great..!!!
