Dr Nguyen is really niceWent in for glasses and contacts and when I called ahead of time they said everything was covered under my insurance. When I went to check out there was a $100 charge to get my contact prescription. Since I didnt have $100 (because they told me everything was covered) they would not give me my contact prescription. I didnt even plan on getting contacts from them, I just wanted my prescription so I could buy them online.

Ive been going to Dr Morrow for many years and love that his practice was taken over by Dr Nguyen.. he is just as caring and takes care of his patients needs

I have seen Dr. Morrow for 15 years and he has always done an exceptional job! He has served my whole families eye needs for years. I only entrust my eyes with this optical site because I fully trust them. I have gone through having glasses to contact lenses with Dr. Morrow for more than a decade, and have now begun seeing Dr. Nguyen who is also a great doctor! I had Lasik done 2 years ago and had a great experience! I recommend Clear Point Vision & Optical to anyone. I continue to go here for my yearly eye exams and will continue to do so for years to come!

Love the Dr. Nguyen. This was my first time at this location. He is funny, knowledgeable, and takes his time and explains everything he tells you. He doesn’t assume you just know like most doctors. He has a great sense of humor and I really think he is a great doctor. Also, his staff were very sweet as well. They were very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Really love how personal the interaction is there. I will definitely be returning.

I have undeniably had the best experiences at Clear Point Vision! Every visit I am made to feel welcome. The ladies in the front office are cheerful and helpful. I never have to wait but a few minutes, but always offered a fresh cup of coffee and on occasion some delicious cookies! Dr. Nguyen has given me exceptional eye care and always answers my questions with no feeling of being rushed. I am not one to leave reviews usually, but in a time when customer service is not a priority, I felt the need to give Clear Point a shout out...they are doing it right!

Amazing staff...Amazing Optometrist. I have been to several optometrist due to issues with post RK surgery over 20 years ago. Finally an optometrist who cares. He personally worked with my insurance to be approved for medically necessary contacts. Now I am seeing with crystal clear vision and clarity everyday....all day long. I am so pleased the rest of my family now sees him for their yearly visits. He and his staff gets an A++, 5 star, top notch service. I am truly grateful!!!

Very personalized. When I walk out, I feel like I got my moneys worth. Comfortable chairs to sit in and they keep it cool in the office. Some businesses keep it 75+, not comfortable after being in the Texas heat.

Professional & courteous. Good selection of frames. Best eye shop Ive ever frequented. Got some friends to switch and theyre quite pleased. Even the front desk person is an optometrist!

Dr. Nyugen is one of the great doctors who truly listens to patients. Everyone including receptionists are very nice at this location. Contacts were a great price. I highly recommend this location.

I have been a client of Dr. Morrow for years and love his office and fellow doctors. Hes the only one I trust to have my vision checked and when its an emergency issue Ive never had an issue getting in to see him ASAP.

My first visit was impressive, but second vistit let me waited for 41min, before my asking for the situation, i got my answer, you need to wait another 40 to 60min. and i was so upset even the assistant granted me sorry at the end of her answer. i will not use this place again next year.update:the doctor called me literally 50 sec after the post, and he appologized for the incident and took the blame himself, even thought i dont think his fault.

DO NOT GO THERE. First time I went there with my daughter they overcharged me. I argued that my insurance told me I should pay less but the thin lady with short hair was very rude and said I should know more than you about insurance. I went back to get my daughters order of contact lenses and then I called my insurance and had the rep talk to the lady and then he told her I was right and they had to give me back what they overcharged (imagine how many people are being mislead by this lady). PlusI had my daughter scheduled for an appointment and when I arrived there, after waiting 15 minutes they told me they did not have her scheduled. NEVER, EVER AGAIN.

How to lose a patient after 20yrs.I have been seeing Dr. Morrow since 1996 or so. In 2009, I had LASIK eye surgery performed by a surgeon Dr. Morrow recommended. (And Im sure received some type of commission for the recommendation) Almost immediately after the surgery, I complained that one of my eyes was not done properly and that it needed to be enhanced. For the next 3 yrs, I had my annual check ups and voiced the same complaint about my eye, to which he replied that my vision in that eye wasnt bad enough to need to be re-touched. I missed my annual check up in 2013 due to finishing my Masters and traveling for work. In 2014, when I had my annual check up, I again voiced my concerns about the terrible vision in one of my eyes. He agreed that my vision had deteriorated, but because I had missed my check up in 2013, I would not be eligible to have the LASIK procedure touched up at a discounted rate of $400 and would now need to pay $1000+. Fine, whatever. Ill just get a contact to wear, I told myself. I paid for the exam and got my prescription and left. I proceeded to go to Target to get a contact for the eye that had deteriorated. (I stare at a computer for a prolonged period of time for a living which causes some nasty headaches when the vision quality in your eyes are vastly different and un-corrected) When I speak with the optical people at Target, they tell me the prescription that Dr. Morrow gave me was not applicable for contacts, only glasses. I havent worn glasses since 1997 and Dr. Morrow shouldve known that I dont wear glasses as that was one of the chief purposes for me getting LASIK in the first place. When I called his office to ask for a prescription for contacts, I was informed that I would need to schedule and pay for a whole new exam.. Which is ridiculous.And thats how you lose a patient after almost 20yrs of patronage.

Came here with my family, and it was outstanding service as usual. Followed Dr. Nguyen from Galleria area, and glad he came down to this area.
