I am so pleased to leave a review for this amazing place! My daughter (18 months) loves it here! The Director, Ms. Shae, is always there to greet the kids and parents at the door every morning. Its CLEAN and SECURE which is so very important to me as a new mom. I love and appreciate the app where I can see pictures and activities that my daughter does in real-time. The value of this learning center is so worth it and I am so glad to have found this treasured place in the Energy Corridor area!Lastly, with everything going on: COVID pandemic, winter storm with the loss of water and electricity, the center kept us in-the-loop the entire time and kept the parents and our babies safe. They are the best group of people hands down!

I am very pleased with The Learning Experience! As a first time mom during a pandemic I was super nervous about my baby being in daycare, but I had to get back to work. The staff here made the process so easy for me. I love the communication between his teachers and I. I am always in the loop on whats happening and if I need them to work on something they never failed to help. I was concerned about him crawling and Ms. Amba and Ms. Tania worked with him and now he started walking at 10 months! He learns so much and I can see it daily when I get him home. I cant thank these ladies more for being such a special part of our family!

LOVE THIS PLACE!Our 16 month old daughter looks forward to going to this school everyday! All the employees here are genuine, caring and very attentive to our childs needs. We really enjoy all of the events TLE host.We have noticed that shes learning new things and is being challenged everyday because we see the changes in her at home. 5 stars for the staff, Ms. Shae and Ms. Chelsea (I think that’s her name) for their friendliness, attention to detail, communication, value and quality of education!

I absolutely love this place. We have had a great experience. My daughter has the biggest smile on her face everyday and looks forward to going to school which is the most important thing. She learns a ton and I love how the curriculum includes so many different topics and subjects.

Good school! The staff is nice with us and my daughter. She loves them. School is always super clean and beautiful. They have some good free events along the year. However, I would like to see less children per teacher (they follow Texas rules, but I can’t imagine a teacher dealing and teaching at her best with so many young and difficult kids). Food menu could be much better, most of days junk food is served as lunch.

During this difficult time it was hard deciding if I wanted to keep my son in daycare, but here at The Learning Experience they made it easy for me to decide. The procedures they have in place to ensure the safety of the children and the staff is amazing. They were able to give me a thorough layout of the sanitation process and how they would separate the children. I am extremely impressed with the staff but most importantly with Chelsi D.she is one of the most amazing, patient, helpful person I have ever encountered. Chelsi has answered every question I had with no hesitation and my son has completely gravitated towards her. If you are looking for a place to take your kid(s) then look no further.

This is a great place with extremely caring personnel! My son loves his teachers. They always have them doing activities that are both fun and educational. The facility is very nice as well. Its very inviting and set up perfectly for young children. Also, they host many events throughout the year where the entire family can enjoy activities together.

We love this daycare! My son has flourished since he has been enrolled, and we are impressed with how quickly he adapted and how much he has learned in the short time hes been there so far. The teachers and staff are very caring and attentive to our son. We are very happy with the care he receives here. My only qualm is that I wish they offered the kids healthier food/snack options.

My daughter Gia has been going here since she was an infant. The school looks like an actual school. The teachers are amazing and they pay attention to every detail to make sure your child is taken care of. They continue to have school events so parents can still be a part of everything. My daughter will continue to grow here until shes old enough to go to a normal school. She is learning so well and the children move up to the next class around the same time so she is used to having the same friends in each class. We love it! Highly Recommend!

Awesome place! The staff and teachers are fantastic. They have all been friendly and caring, and I have seen so much growth in my son since enrolling him here. From potty training to learning new things each day I have been amazed. I love that they teach the children while incorporating play, and the facility is always clean and organized.

A wonderful daycare! My daughter is well loved by all the teachers and staff at this facility. They do fun events with families and have good food for the children throughout the day. I highly recommend this daycare; they are kind and genuinely care for the children there. My daughter has learned a lot about math and science the last few months. The curriculum is preparing my daughter for kindergarten.

I never write reviews but I feel a need to. I am a first time Mom. I stayed off work for 6 months after I had my baby to take care of him. I decided to enroll my 7 months old baby at TLE Eldridge Pkwy because the owner assured myself and my husband that our child would be safe. I was worried throughout the first day I dropped off my son and called couple of times to check on him. The teacher told me I could come in to see him so I did, my baby was crying a lot and I decided to help feed him. I left after some time then picked him up later that day.The next day, I dropped him off and hoped he would not cry as much. I decided to call in at 11:30am to see if my baby was doing better than the previous day, I was told he was fine and playing at the time. In less than an hour, I got a call that my son got hurt in the playground. I remember I signed papers stating my son should not be outside. He was obviously left unsupervised outside in a temperature over 95 degree. I rushed in and found my son bruised all over his knees and blisters on his hands as well. He was only 7 months old and never been hurt before.I was dumbfounded and took my son straight to the emergency room. I cried till I arrived at the hospital. The Doctor was very shocked at the burns. He had to call social services to report the situation. I was terrified throughout the period to see my baby so hurt and I had to stay at home with him. He could not crawl or play for almost a month. The owner promised to take responsibility but did nothing, they hurt my 7months old baby and got away with it. I’m scared to take my baby elsewhere. They say it was a mistake but they were not sorry and took no responsibility. They were simple unbothered.Such a terrible experience. If you love your child and want to keep them safe. Stay away from this daycare.

The manager girl in the front desk was very kind and helpful. Look like a excellent person and so professional. But my opinion about this place is really the worse. My daughter went to this place for about 5 months and I have about 20 reports at home. The place is clean and you can feel confortable when you enter, but the child care is horrible. The classrooms have too many kids for one person. I was so scare every time when receive a call from them (every week ). If you want to keep save your children please go to other place.

I absolutely love The Learning Experience! Im a new mom and was very hesitant about putting my daughter in daycare but they made me feel comfortable about my decision. My daughter is always so happy when she sees her teachers in the morning and when I pick her up. I would highly recommend this daycare especially to new moms who are also hesitant about putting their child in daycare.

Wonderful daycare! All of the staff members are friendly. I felt comfortable leaving my baby there, which is priceless.Its very secure. My daughters teachers were understanding and attentive. You could tell they really cared about her. She was happy and smiled when I would drop her off in the morning. I would get pictures & updates about what she ate, diaper changes, and activities. I only wish they had a camera available where you could actually see your child throughout the day. Great place, I only took her out because my job moved across town. We will miss you TLE!

I love that this school is very family oriented. They are very hands on with the kids, I am very proud of the progress with my grandson. Staff is attentive with any concerns I may have. Great school!

I have nothing but great things to say about this childcare center. My son went through 3 classrooms in his time here and he enjoyed each of them. The facility is very clean and they host several events throughout the year. My sons last teachers Ms.Ashley and Ms.Kiana greeted him with hugs every day and made him feel welcome. They also helped me potty train as soon as he got in their class. He learned so much while going here and made so many friends. I’m hoping when we move back the center will have a spot for him again!

This the first and last time I will ever call. I wanted information about the schedule/rates and possible tour, since it’s not available on the website, so I called. The rates, times, days given over the phone (minding, there so many different options and times, I heard about 3 plus options), I asked if this information could be emailed. Their (lady @ around noon) response was, ‘ Ah, OR I could JUST tell you by phone.’ Basically she meant ‘NO, I won’t email them to you.’ With an attitude.Although this is a SMALL thing to ask for, how many others request are they not willing to do because it’s inconvenient for them as a child care provider? NO THANKS!-updated review: Like I had mentioned, the rates was given to me over the phone, so one of your employees broke company policy.

Amazing school! The best curriculum I have ever seen in early childhood education.

First time Mommy here and new to the daycare world. We started with an individual provider and then moved my son into TLE and he has learned so much! I’ve been so pleased and it’s great to feel the love from all the teachers that know my kid, not just his teachers! They go above and beyond to put on extra activities after hours and weekends to include family! Thank you TLE Eldrige!

Im a first time mother who wanted to wait until my child made 1 years of age before I put her in school . Since she has attended this school she has learned a lot . The staff is on top of everything and makes you feel like family . I trust them with my child 100% .

When I spoke to the woman on the phone, at first she was nice. And then rudely rushed and hung up the phone when I asked if NCI is accepted. Will not be going here at all.

Very impressed with the Owners, Director and staff members on how involved each of them are. I was also impressed on how well the school is kept clean. You do not find many places where things are tidy and hazard free especially for your little ones. I absolutely love the way the curriculum is driven and is taught to each of the kids that are enrolled. This is more than just a day care. This organization prepares your little ones for the future. I was very surprised when my son came home speaking to me in sign language he is 2 now, but at the time he was only 1 years old. This spoke volumes to me in a such that you are not only watching my child, or just changing their diapers until I get off of work, but you are merely molding young minds to prepare them for the next level. He now knows all of his colors and can count to 15. I am so proud of him thanks TLE. There are some amazing teachers here at TLE at Eldrige. The staff is very helpful and are very welcoming each time I go over to pick up my son. It has that family’s feel too it. I don’t feel like I am leaving my child with a stranger/teacher. You feel as if though they are family. The staff are always seeking ways to develop the school and always have awesome events were anyone can attend such as movie night, moon walks, water slides, face paintings, ballon artist, puppet plays, and so much more. Each time I can’t wait to see what they come up with next because each event is always greater the last. Therefore, if you are new to the area and are looking for a school for your little ones, look no further because you are in the right place you see because The Learning Experience at Eldrige is the place to be!

One word to describe TLE Eldridge is INCREDIBLE!!! My son has been attending TLE for a year and Im extremely amazed at how much hes grown. Everyone at TLE cares sooooo much for each and every student. My son is in the Prepper classroom and every teacher knows him, speaks to him, and hugs him everyday. I can honestly say we feel as if they are a part of our family. They even took us out to dinner in celebration of their schools anniversary!!!! We cant wait until they have their next MOVIE NIGHT! My son watches Trolls every night after seeing it at their Movie Night. I could go on and on! We are never leaving TLE Eldridge.

I originally wrote a review a year ago (see 2nd paragraph below) and I am back for an update. Ive since enrolled my youngest daughter who is 2 at TLE-Eldridge with her big sister who has been there since she was 2 and is now 4. This is my youngest daughters first time in school and in a structured environment so it has been an adjustment. But to say the TLE team has been more than accommodating in making her feel safe and cared for is an understatement. For the first few weeks they let big sister go to her class throughout the day and check-in on her. Big sisters teacher now lets her spend the early part of the morning in class with big sister which comforts her at drop-off. Then big sisters teacher walks her to her class before the official instruction starts for the day. I love and appreciate the fact they go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. We are still greeted every morning with happy smiling faces from the staff. All of the teachers here know my daughters by name and are so kind and nurturing to them even though they are not their students. The school is still clean and smells great. The curriculum is amazing and my daughters have and continue to learn and grow so much here. This school is a jewel and I cant say enough great things about it. Ms. Shae is making magic happen here, she along with her staff are the absolute best.My 3 year old daughter has been attending TLE for 5 months and she loves it. She was previously enrolled at Primrose Galleria and I initially wanted to enroll her in another Primrose when we moved. It was just by chance that I decided to stop in and take a look at TLE and I am very pleased with my decision to enroll her here. Why you ask? For starters, the facility is bright, fun, kid oriented and kid friendly. It is always clean and smells so nice when we come in every morning. The staff smiles and greets us every morning and evening. The teachers are so kind and nurturing including the teachers that arent even my daughters. They still know her by name and speak every time they see us. The curriculum is amazing, it includes foreign language, technology, phonetics, hands on learning and social responsibility. I especially enjoy the number of family oriented activities they hold on a regular basis which gives my daughter a chance to interact with classmates and other students outside of the classroom. Just this past Friday, they had a movie night in their parking lot with snow cones and popcorn and it was so much fun. They featured the movie Trolls which is now our favorite soundtrack to listen to at home. They have an app where they post her daily activities and include pictures of her which is fantastic. My daughter has grown and learned so much in the short time she has been here. They recently had a recycling contest where they incorporated the concept of taking care of our earth by recycling plastics and paper and now my daughter has us doing it at home. I could go on and on about how much I enjoy TLE but I dont want to make this too long of a post or else no one will want to read it, lol. I do want to say that Ms. Shae, the Director, and the owners of TLE are doing a wonderful job at this location.

Great childcare facility!

Hello all, I usually do not write reviews unless it really bothers me. I am pretty sure that writing my experience about TLE, Eldridge pkwy will be an eye opener for parents who are concerned about their kids. I am first time parent and concerned about my child. This day care has recently started this year and do not have professionalism. When I went to take a tour, they started lying one after other. They showed me toddler class with 3 kids and when i asked the age group for that class, I was told that it is from 12 -24 months. I saw a big boy in that class and suspected that he is easily above 2 yrs. When I showed a concern about that boy being in that class, they told me that he is just 16 months (big lie) and he just looks big. I still let it go since I noticed that although that boys looks big, he is gentle and wont hurt my baby. I then happened to talk to his mom and she told me he will be completing 2 yrs in that same month. TLE wanted me to enroll my child badly and were trying to convince me. My child was 15 months and never been to any daycare before, so I requested them assistance for feeding. They readily agreed but when I used to visit them during lunch just to see from outside, I was disappointed. I then decided to go myself during lunch time and feed my baby. I did that 2-3 weeks but every time I used to go, TLE staff was not happy. If they had done their job correctly or kept their promise to assist my baby, I would not have to go. All this was going on and they asked me to write good reviews about them for nominal tuition fees discount of course which I refused to do. I still kept quiet but that was my biggest mistake. The owner Mr. Terry is okay but his wife (asian lady) makes the descision. She has no heart or mannerism. They hired all young teachers and their kids (min 2 kids per teacher) are enrolled in this day care. If their child gets sick (fever above 102 deg F), still they would not send that child home as they will loose that kids mom for those days. They do not have enough teachers, floaters in that facility. The owner (asian lady) wants to run this facility against State law of putting less teachers in classrooms. Me and my wife had to literally request them many times to send second teacher in the toddler class as there were 9 or more. Per state law, for age group 17 months and above the ratio is 9 kids per 1 teacher but below 17 months, it is 5 kids per 1 teacher. The age group is 1 yr to 2 yr for toddler where around 5 kids are below 17 months of age. They always should have 2 teachers per law but they never admitted this fact. They used to make faces when we used to request second teacher for that class. I was surprised to see other parent not saying much when their kids were suffering. Again, as I mentioned half of the kids were Teachers from that daycare so they would not say much. In my opinion, rules should be same for everyone and teachers kids should be sent home if they are sick with fever. Finally, I requested to inform me if any child is sick with fever in that class so that at least I can take a day off and keep my child home. They refused to do so saying that is against their policy. My baby used to get sick often and every time we used to keep her home for days. After paying them, if we have to take days off and all this suffering to the baby, whats the purpose of this day care. We were keeping quiet until they said that they can not send teachers kids home even if they are sick. They have hired inexperienced young girls and of course they are concerned about their own kids. The teachers may be correct paying attention to their own kids but you will not be happy as a parent after paying so much, your kid dont get any attention. Whenever I used to go ( I used to give surprise visits), their teachers son/daughter will be in their laps with milk bottle.They un enrolled my baby when I showed them the state law papers and of course refused to give me anything in writing. They refused to give me registration and all sorts of other fees when it was their fault.
