My daughter loves attending The Learning Experience! I love sending her knowing the curriculum is fun and she will learn a lot. The entire staff is super kind and helpful, and Ms. Arundhoti is a wonderful and supportive teacher. Safety was one of our top concerns and we feel very confident with the safety measures in place at TLE. The app that sends photos and updates throughout the day is great. Highly recommend!

The Learning Experience- West University was given to us as a recommendation when we moved to the Houston area and I’m so glad it was. We love everything about the school. The teachers are amazing and they care so much about their students. I also love that we get daily pictures and communication from the school on our app. I can not say enough good things about the school.

We had a wonderful experience at TLE. The facility is new and well equipped, teachers are super nice and it is amazing to see what my daughter learned in the last 2 yrs! They organize a lot of extra curriculum activities and also parents night. There is an app where you can get frequent updates and also plenty of cameras, it’s a very safe place. Also, we barely had any issue with Covid, they really did an outstanding job to follow safety procedures and keep everyone safe.

TLE is a great daycare. It’s a business rather than a school and IMO when it comes to daycare that’s what you want. They treat the kids amazing, the staff is nice, they give the kids food/drinks/snacks included in the tuition, and it’s an overall positive experience. they also have the little perks like an app to see pictures and get updates on your child and their hours of operation are extended beyond school hours. Schools are great when kids are over 4 or maybe 5 years old but when they’re very young it’s difficult when schools take off for every holiday, spring break, Christmas break, teacher inservice days, and even summer time. TLE takes off maybe 4-5 days per year. What more could you want in a daycare.

We have been sending our son to TLE for close to 2 years now, since he was just 4 months old. We have been extremely happy since the very beginning. The staff and administration are amazing, and I can’t explain how happy we are to have found a place that we can bring him and know that he is being cared for and is *happy*. To top it off, now that he’s getting older he has learned and is learning so so much; he is completely thriving and I know a lot of that is due to his teachers. Even though we have moved, and the school is no longer close to us, we have not wanted to leave. He talks about Ms Jalyn, Ms Patsy and Ms Catherine, and all his teachers, all the time. I also really love that they all know him and he knows them- even teachers who aren’t in his room all the time. We have never felt uncomfortable leaving him with any one of the staff (since covid procedures).Since covid has come into our lives, the school has implemented all of the changes with grace and helped all the kids adjusting to the new normal. They always have the latest cleaning and temp/screening technology and wear masks etc. We are so grateful to have had our son here during this past year. If anyone has questions please ask the school and I will be happy to answer.

My daughter had difficulty in the first days at school, one day when I came to pick her up, she was happy; she said that Ms. Jasmine styled her hair, she loved school ever since; it is incredible how small touch of caring can change a lot. Thank you, Ms. Jasmine; you made our day.

Our 22-month-old daughter has been attending for 3 months. We have been very happy with her experience. The teachers are warm and caring. The facility is new and very clean. The administrators are friendly and easy to work with. They have an app through which they send us updates on our daughters activities throughout the day as well as photos. Highly recommend!

We absolutely in love with this school! My son has already been in three groups and all the teachers are great. In the beginning they helped a lot with transition! Now he is with miss Fairest and he loves her, even speaks about her at home during weekends))) I also like the academic part of staying at this school, I see great progress with my son, although his first language is Russian, and he started learning English only at TLE at the age of 2,5. We adore miss Tara - really good director for a school! All issues are solved with her immediately. What is more that I met friends at school too - parents are great! Thank you, TLE, we love you!

I really wanted to like this facility but had to remove my child for the following reasons:1) High teacher turn over rate2) Revolving door of front desk staff3) Teacher-child ratios not always followed4) I saw a fellow parents window shattered (theft) but there was nocorrespondence sent out to parents about the incident/security.5) Teachers being released w/o notification to the parent(s)6) Staff not following monthly intake forms but demand that the formsare completed each month7) Tuition increases w/o change in practices/careThis is a great location but sub par care is provided. Please look at other facilities & weigh your options. Everything was great in the beginning but quickly changed.

Had our three years old daughter in different schools because we moved multiple times during last three years. This school is the best one we experienced so far. The focus in this school is education, fun, and safe environment for kids. Brand new facility and really nice staff. I highly recommend this school to other parents.

Our 7-month-old baby loves his teachers and the administrative staff at TLE! The team is personable, hands on, and very responsive to parents’ requests or concerns. Our son’s teachers have helped his motor skills and mobility improve, and we also notice he’s adapting well to a daily “schedule” for the first time. I feel comfortable dropping off my baby each day because he’s happy, and I know he’s well cared for.

I’m not impressed with this school except the location. The lack of communication from management and owners are horrible. I really do hope this facility changes and actually start caring about the children and teachers . There’s no reason for teachers not to have the right materials to implement in their curriculum. There is always limited materials for the teachers, or no materials at all . We as teachers should not have to come out of pockets if we are promised the supplies will be purchased from the company . This facility is very dysfunctional and disorganized , as far as a director who is suppose be to professional , she actually has a bad attitude she , not nurturing and never takes responsibility for anything .This is barely a brand new school and their have been over 30 teachers who left the school also due to poor management . Plus teachers are being short out of their pay and the director is never fair. The school has been called on from licensing and corporate many of times due to teachers not washing children’s hands , expired cpr and first aid certificates , and putting new teachers without first aid and cpr ALONE with kids. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to enroll and their child here .

Our 3-year old daughter has been going here now for about 6-weeks and she loves it! The facilities are amazingly clean. The staff is friendly and inviting. The curriculum stimulates her mental growth and they provide excellent meals as well. Honestly, this place rocks. The teachers Miss Priyanka and Miss Chelsey are amazing. our daughter is in love with them both and insists on giving big hugs hello and goodbye! Its an awesome spot and Id highly recommend to anyone searching for affordable and excellent quality childcare.

My daughter has been in the infant A group now going on three weeks. We have really good experiences so far with TLE. As with any transition of a 3 month old baby, we have had some trial and error, but the most impressive part of TLE has been how willing they are to tailor the stay for each individual kid. Ms. Tara (director) and the care givers in infant A are all exceptionally receptive of constructive input. If I want the feeding schedule changed, all I have to do is ask and it is immediately taken care of. Same with diaper cream, bibs, how to dress my daughter, etc.Because parents are allowed in the class rooms to drop off / pick up, the dialogue with the care givers is really good. And it makes it very easy to communicate. The facility is very clean and the infant A room is very nice with sufficient room and toys to cater for the number of infants.I personally really like the care givers, which makes it easy to drop off my child in their possession.Every day when I pick up I get a detailed form filled out with feeding times and nap times. Which is helpful when figuring out the remainder of the day.I have two older children that went to a Montessori school in Houston and this is so far above and beyond my expectations compared to previous experience. I was able to stay home with my older children for a year and was dreading having to drop off my 3.5 month old, but so far it has been much better than I could have imagined. She is also happy when I drop her off and smiles a lot to the care givers when she interacts with them, which to me is a very good sign.

We are really happy we choose this center. Our son is 2.5 years young and never had been to day care or pre-school. He neither had nanny take care of him. He was comfortable only with me and my husband. We were really scared and worried to start his pre-school. But thanks to Learning Experience for the ease with which they made our son comfortable. We really appreciate her class teachers (Miss Jasmine and Priyanka) on understanding individual`s situation and being considerate to the background such as ours( our son being at home all the time). We had very smooth experience, we are comfortable when we drop him; knowing that he is in good hands. We can see the activities he picked up from his schooling experience. We happily recommend them to our friends and family as we know the pressure on choosing the right school.

We decided TLE to be our 20 months old son first school based on its very good review for other TLE at different locations. At first we were very satisfy with the school. Everything was clean and adequate with toys. The manager, Mrs. Tara was a very nice person that always had answer to our worries. Our son’s teacher, Mrs. Morgan seemed to be nice at his first week. But thing went south from the second week very fast.- Our son frequently came home with a dirty diaper with his bottom never wiped clean. It developed his rash as well- He started to be afraid to go to school so we gave the teachers some snacks that we’re sure that would make him calm. Those snacks had never been used.- Mrs Morgan told us that his diaper smells like sick. We took my son to Dr immediately and Doctor told us that he was fine but he need to drink more fluids everyday. After that we also asked them to give him more milk. But he never got his milk. Instead, his milk bottle was mixed with water so the can drink the milky water. And his water bottle was given to other kid.- And the last thing that put us withdraw him immediately from TLE is when we saw a teacher scream at him. Ms. Destiny (thin one, and definitely saw us) stormed to him while he was playing in the toy house. She smashed her hand to the table then point the finger to him and screamed out something. And when seeing us, she brought in the poor crying kid and tried to be nice to him. She didn’t notice my wife was my son’s mother after my son cried and wanted to go to her.Now you can tell why we only give this 1 star. The facility and manager can be good, but clearly some of the teachers are very inexperience with kid and lack of love to children.

The facility has its alarm went off for hours on a Sunday evening at this West U location. Speaking to the local police, they’ve been waiting for the centers personnel to respond to this. Very inconsiderate of its neighbors in terms of its unresponsiveness to this matter affecting many of its neighbors.
