I would not recommend going to Sandra. She did my highlights and did a horrible job. The first time she did my roots too light, I had to go back and get them darker. She didn’t do that right either my roots look orange no matter how much purple shampoo I use, she ended up covering up a lot of the highlights when she went back on to try and “fix” them. When my hair is lifted in a pony tail, there are no highlights at the bottom??? I told her I did not like it, she said she was booked until April, I offered to pay for her to fix them, she responded with “Go somewhere else” I told her that I would leave a bad review and her response was that “all her customers have been satisfied except me”. If I am paying for services to be done, I expect the services to be done properly and the way I request them to be done. She doesn’t care about her clients. If she did, then she would have made room to fix my hair that she messed up to begin with.

Jenny performed a miracle on my hair!! She was very gentle and took her time to make sure I was pleased and my hair was healthy. I received the following services: wash, deep conditioning, color, trim, and blowout. She gets a 5 star rating because she has the 4 Ps-professionalism, precision, proficiency, and patience! My overall experience at the salon was a 5 star rating! The prices are affordable and the salon has a nice ambience! I hadnt been to a salon in almost 2 years...but I found my new salon and stylist! Ill definitely be back! All of the staff are friendly, inviting, and just overall great! Thanks again!

This establishment is a Womens dream. Minas eye brow threading is on point, quick and painless. Shes great to chat with of course time permitting. Jenny is extremely talented as such shes done things with my natural hair I thought were unachievable . She takes her time and most importantly over delivers. My hair, which shes cut, colored and deep conditioned lasts several weeks in Houston! I highly recommend her services. Everyone in the salon is a genuine pleasure.

Jenny is amazing!! Im in the process of switching from relaxers to more natural straightening methods. I have coarse difficult hair which ened up being no problem! I highly recommend them because no matter what texture or how damage your hair is they can help it get back to its healthy state.I love my eyebrows! Mina has a great personality and really like her threading technique.Love everything about the salon from the ambiance to the quality of work!

As long as I can remember I have been relaxing my hair. Six years ago that changed when I met Jenny and began the process of going natural without cutting off my hair. I did not think it was possible to go natural without cutting my hair. Jenny told me I had beautiful hair and did not need a relaxer. I am very particular and Jenny knows how to work with me.
