Jess was very professional and gave me the best haircut possible. She carefully listened as I described how I wanted my hair cut and worked diligently towards getting it EXACTLY the way I wanted. Highly recommend.

Just walked in to get a quick trim and Isa was able to accommodate. She did an excellent job, had a great personality, and was able to provide professional service. Well done!

However, if you value your time or do not like waiting more than expected, you may be disappointed. I set my appointment for 3:00 PM and arrived at that time then had to wait nearly 25 minutes to get seated. The whole point of a reservation is to show up at the scheduled time and get service at that time. If you are unable to commit to that as a business then stop offering reservations. It is much better from the client point of view to expect a wait than to be disappointed. The portion below is from the last review over six months ago.**The poor ratings is as a business** The stylist, Isa, did an excellent job with haircut quality and customer service.As a business, the main issue was poor time management. I called to schedule an appointment at 12:30 on a Wednesday and it took over 25 minutes to get called in. I called before at 12:25 (as suggested) to see if it was alright to come in, and got told “yes you can come inside”. When I opened the door I got told, “we’re not ready yet, please wait in your car and we will call you when we are ready.” What is the point of making an appointment if the stylists are not ready? Not honoring appointment schedules sends a message of not valuing other people’s time.I hope this is a one time time thing, because I have been a client for a little over a year and every stylist there takes pride in their work.

Supercuts has been a great place for me to get a haircut for the last decade plus. They offer full service, from regular haircuts to styling, coloring, and shampoos. The stylists are fast, while maintaining quality, so one does not have to wait long! I really only needed a haircut 99 percent of the time so I always requested the standard military type haircut- a 4 on the top and 3 on the sides. The place can service up to 9 customers at once, though its rarely that full, and has friendly, well trained staff. Theres lots of magazine choices to read while you wait, or you can just watch the LCD TV, which is always playing a fairly recent movie, or listen to the music being piped in. I really appreciated that the staff takes the time to learn their regular customers names. In turn I got to know several of the stylists names as they were always there when I made an appointment, and gave me the majority of my haircuts. I had many good conversations with them as I was getting my haircut! I also really liked that over the last ten years or more the price for a standard haircut has only risen by $4 or $5, not bad at all considering the inflation rate and the quality of service. Ive come to count on the business for a fast, quality job and theyve always delivered. They stay open through lots of holidays too, only closing when the major holidays such as Christmas and New Year arrive, and perhaps one or two more, so they are a hardworking lot!

This Supercuts is the best place to get a haircut. I have been getting my haircut from Olivia who is also this salon’s manager, and trust me, she is the best. I have been coming to this place from last four years and have always received a better haircut than the last time. I highly recommend her as your hair stylist.

Social distancing policy is a joke. No waiting in the store for any reason. So you have several customers sitting in the car, idling.It took several minutes to make an appointment, I dont want to be in the super club, etc. I just wanted a haircut.Haircut was adequate, nothing to write home about and can be fixed after hair grows out.Next time I will try Montrose location.

I reserved a place online for 11:00 AM, and arrived there at that time and they said all the stylists had appointments and couldn’t see me yet. I waited outside for 50 minutes, then they called me in, saying they were ready, then when I went in, I identified myself, and approached the stylist chair that was open, and she said, “no, no; wait over there for the next open chair in the seating area. She took someone who was seated in the seating area, so I just left. It does you no good to save a spot online. It would be better to just come to the salon, and go in and let them get the information. Very bad experience. I simply wouldn’t go to this Supercuts. They need to go under. I am sure the rent they pay is high.

Horrible Experience!!!! My daughter wanted to cut just a little more and go a little shorter with her side by side sway Bangs and then an even cut on the bottom. WELL. The bangs were cut across... no sway to them, there was more cut on one side than the other, and the bottom was cut uneven. VANESSA, the stylist ran to the brake room and “had her lunch” wouldn’t even come out to apologize. The manager just simply said.... well we can try to fix it. I’m sorry. Bangs should be a standard ability for a stylist. And no you can’t fix it!!! Do not go HERE.

This shop participates in predatory towing from the shopping center parking lot. The signs are all in the back of the lot, not easily visible to patrons. Some little man in a hamster car drove up giggling as I looked clearly lost as to where my car had gone. He told me that they tow 3 or 4 cars an hour. Didnt help me figure out who to call if where it went. A 20 minute drive and $240 later I got my car back. Wont be frequenting this shopping center ever again.

I went in looking to even out my hair since the length on each side was so drastically different. I ended up paying $44 (I added a $10 tip) for shampoo, deep condition, and cut. Demetric is great and an all around sweet person and I will be making an appointment to see him again in a few weeks!

A convenient location for my hair color and cut services. Feel that my hairdo services here are always quick with quality and in professional way. I usually see Demetric for he knows the cut style I wanted. Great services, especially from Olivia and Jose for the nice hair color done today. I was also given a play and save card to earn a free haircut, way to go! It’s the best valued and great haircut I like most.

Reasonable haircuts and you can walk in without waiting if you book a time online. Better places but this works.

Quick easy and efficient. I generally get a haircut here since Im always rushed. You dont need an appointment, and if youre early your wait time is greatly reduced. If you get a stylist whom you like, stick with it because their stylists can be either a hit or a miss.

I had a very short wait and excellent service from Keisha. While waiting, I encountered an extremely rude customer, who was not only disrespectful to the employees, but also fellow customers such as myself. The two employees, Keisha and Allison, were both treating all their customers well including me, so to be faced with such terrible customers is greatly unfair on them. I hope the store can blacklist this customer because she is rude to other customers and I will not tolerate being insulted in that manner. Thank you to Keisha and Allison for handling her so well.

Ive been going here once a month for almost a year now with no complaints. Make an appointment, and your wait will never be more than 10 minutes. The haircuts are not as good as ones you would get at any of the nicer hair dressers in the Village, but they also dont cost anywhere near as much.Would definitely recommend.

Worst place to get a haircut. They do a sloppy job. You get what you pay for. Last time I will ever go there for a cut. I rather spend $60 + for a professional style than get a mediocre cut here for $20.

I went to Supercut store @ 3413 Kirby Drive for a haircut. The stylist Mr. Demetric was really polite and did a great job on my haircut. The staff at this location is very respectful and professional.

This place has really gone down hill. It might be because theyre understaffed but it felt like a very unpersonalized service. I called ahead and made an appointment with a specific stylist; 9 hours ahead of time. I was 6 minutes late to see Dimetric at my scheduled time and they would not see me. I could have just gone during lunch. I will never go to this location - or any other super cuts - again.

When I entered they welcomed me but did not inform me that I had to sign in although they informed the other customers. I told yhem this and they apologised saying theyd serve me in order. Several customers served before me so I gave up. I have other things to do with my time.

Did not know her name but she had Dark hair, glasses, looked young,had some freckels, kind a big in size.... she ask me for my name asked me if next avaliable is good i said thats fine then she said ok go sit down rolling her eyes...person who cut my hair was nice experience. but wow some people do not know the meaning of customer service!!! do not be rude to your customers especially if you work at front desk....youre suppose to be happy and cheerful not treating customers like they are a burden to you...........does not matter if you have a bad day or not!!!

Been going here 15 years, and went this morning. I waited for two customers already in the chairs. The first lady cutter finished with her customer who paid and walked out. She and the little man at the check-in desk then began talking and laughing hysterically, possibly about the previous customer. The first lady cutter then got on the phone and continued her hysterical laughter on the phone. Meanwhile, the second hair cutter finished with her customer and disappeared into the back. My entire wait may have only been ten-fifteen minutes, but combined with the unprofessional conduct was too much for me and I left. They hardly looked up when I left, and didnt seem to care.
