The staff were all friendly and encouraging. I had to have issues fixed leftover from my last orthodontics office. The hygienist was nice and talked me through the process step by step. The Orthodontist was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in a matter minutes, they fixed in less than an hour what my previous office messed up.

Hands down the best experience! Dr.Ben and his team are phenomenal... My son and I moved out of the state and even though I could have transferred his services I just couldn’t allow myself to. The way this team works is undeniably the best... I will refer Dr. Ben and team 10 times over. Thank you team Dr. Ben and team for blessing us with such a great experience even through this COVID pandemic. May God continue to bless you all!

Dr. Samuelson and his staff are incredible. They are always very welcoming and friendly and made my appointments fun. Dr. Samuelson is very personable and detail oriented. He takes the time to explain exactly what his treatment plan is and to answer any questions. As an adult patient, the office exceeded my expectations in every aspect. They treated me with respect, made scheduling appointments easy and most importantly made my family happy that I am smiling again! But I cant leave out that the best thing about getting the braces off is that you get to visit Dr. Samuelsons Candy Wall! I would highly recommend Samuelson Orthodontics.

This office used to be Whitehead Orthodontics. I loved that my two daughters completed their braces with Dr. Whitehead. Dr. Sameulson bought the practice from Dr. Whitehead in 2019 when Ian was getting ready to have his braces put on. Change is hard but we were reassured that the quality would still be the same. Our calls were always answered and they rescheduled appointment times when needed. The receptionist, Linda, is the best. She is so sweet and patient. We have had good service there. I am glad that our son was the last one to have braces.

Dr. Ben and his staff did a very quick and EXCELLENT job repairing my permanent retainer. The office was very clean and the staff was more than welcoming! We had a fantastic experience at Samuelson orthodontics. We never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Most times my daughter signed in and immediately went back. Dr. Samuelson alwAys took time to speak with me and my daughter each time we went in. She went from covering her mouth when she smiled and now her braces are off and her smile is beautiful.

Dr. Ben, and his staff, are absolutely amazing!! I took my Nana to see him after she had a fall and he was so patient and kind to her. He definitely did everything in his power to make her happy with her smile again! Every time we would walk in, we were greeted with smiles and kindness! I started out as a patient of the now retired Dr. Stephanie Whitehead (who I love!), and Dr. Samuelson has been the perfect transition. He is an amazing orthodontist with a dentistry background who genuinely cares about his patients overall health. I go to Dr. Samuelson for an acrylic night guard/splint for bruxism. Dr. Samuelson changed my splint so that I could obtain better use with less pain. Best of all, my new and improved splint doesnt require as many adjustments (which means Im saving money!). He even went above and beyond and fixed a chip in my splint! Everyone in this office is an absolute joy to work with. They really make each client feel special and taken care of. You will not be disappointed!

I love this place! Ive had my braces on since September and havent had any issues. They are always more than willing to accommodate my frequent appointment changes due to my crazy work schedule. There were several orthodontists closer to where I live, but I had two friends who previously used Dr. Whitehead and highly recommended her. Dr. Whitehead and her staff are well worth the 1+ hour drive! I truly cant imagine going anywhere else. They treat me as a friend, rather than just a client.
