I was slightly nervous upon arrival, but I must within minutes I was at ease. Extremely clean establishment that follow all COVID-19 protocols while still being able to create a bond between their patients. The staff was more than polite and made sure they did whatever possible to make sure I was comfortable during my 1st visit. Their amazing staff never leaves you waiting. I was able to finish my x-rays, select an affordable payment plan, get my teeth cleaned, and put on my braces in nearly an hour. I highly recommend pt orthodontics!

Unauthorized charge to my account!!The person who set up my payments over the phone informed me that payments would come out on the 19th of each month starting October 19th and that I would receive a notification/reminder prior to that. In fact, payment came out in early September without any notification. When I called, the other lady told me that NONE of that was set up in the system.It’s very upsetting when someone takes money out of your account without authorization. I am pretty sure it’s illegal too.Also, not enough instructions when installing braces.No information/paper material provided about the rubber bands. I was not even told which teeth to put the bands on.

Just finished a year and a half of adult braces and I couldnt recommend Dr. Phillips and his amazing team of orthodontists and techs more. I have been with P.T. Orthodontist for probably 4 years now and from the time that you walk into the door they make you feel just like family. They not only help you with your orthodontist needs but during the time my sin and I had started going my husband had just passed away and my son and I were grieving at the time and they helped us with love and comfort more than any counseling could have done. They also did very very good work on my sons teeth they look fantastic. They come out to talk to the parent after every exam and explain what it was that they did on that day. Overall they are a family oriented establishment. I am very satisfied in every way and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sept 2016 I made a revisit to PT Orthodontics-Hoover due to a broken permanent retainer. I thought about not replacing the retainer, but I realized my orthodontic correction was no cheap investment. All three of my kids have gotten braces here. The staff and doctors are wonderful and they worked with us on a payment plan..But the 5 stars are for the EXCEPTIONAL treatment this evening! My son, on a Saturday of a 3 day weekend, melted a mouthguard INTO his braces. We called the after hours # to ask what to do and quickly got a response. Dr. Phillips went above and beyond! He left his lake house and met us in the office at 7pm on a Saturday. We have used PT for all 3 kids because of the convenience of their hours and location...But the treatment that patience receive is the real reason to go here
