I like dr. Jones however I was charged extra this and extra for that. Every bracket that broke off (sometimes the same day) I was charged like $25. In my personal experience with my own braces my brackets never came off so I’m not sure if it’s the glue or whoever put them back on. Also got charged an extra $350 for permanent retainers on upper and lower. So when I was given the total price in the beginning ($4500.00) ended up being around $2,000 more. Every time I turn around I’ve got another charge from them, which highly upsets me! Also I’m not sure exactly how much experience dr Jones has I’m now second guessing my choice of orthodontist. I personally would not use dr Jones AGAIN!

I love Dr. Jones and his staff. Great patient experience and you are in and out. If you are looking for an orthodontist you should definitely go see him for a consultation!

I have had lots and lots of dental work in my lifetime but my experience at Brocks Gap has been the best by far!!! I had a crown on the upper right and a filling on the bottom left in the same visit but never once felt any pain. The staff is so kind and accommodating! Dr. Cain rocks! He explains everything he is doing, is gentle and very good at what he does! Plus, I got my crown the same day and it was a PERFECT FIT AND PERFECT COLOR! I went out for dinner that night and at the end of the night realized I had chewed dinner without even thinking about having dental work that day! Usually I am so sore that it hurts to chew!! Thanks Brocks Gap...you have a lifetime customer as long as you will keep me! ❤️

Ive had my share of dentist and office visits; a lot of bad ones. I know that right next door to Brocks Gap Dentistry is my childrens dentist, Dr. Johnson of PAD(I trust and love); I want that for myself. And today, as a adult who needs dental care to save the teeth I have left, trusting someone with my teeth isnt easy. But today, I have experienced trust, honesty, consideration, acknowledgement and most of all, kindness!! Dr. Cain and his staff have truly restored my faith in dentistry!! Theyre very polite, caring and fun!! Plus they also have TVs in theyre rooms for adults to watch while youre having your services(Cant watch The Witcher, tho🤣). I had all my x-rays, cleanings, consultation & options with Q/A and recommendations discussed (I can change them if I need to) coloring and fittings, all under 2 hours, as a new patient (not rushed). And I have my projection of services printed with cost, if done within this year. And I got a BGD T-Shirt too with Dental bag!! Who does that??
