This visit to Target Optical has been one of the absolute BEST vision appointments I’ve been to. The ophthalmologist was very nice and knowledgeable. Devon who does everything else was spectacular! She juggles the whole front from checking people in/out, assisting customers with glasses, sanitizing, answering phones and everything else in between. She helped me decide on the 2 glasses I purchased and I am pleased beyond words. I would definitely go back to this location in a heart beat!

Devon is one of the most knowledgeable optical managers Ive dealt with at Target, shes great at saving me the embarrassment of picking the wrong frames and takes just enough time to make sure Im walking out the door happy. As long as you have Devon, I will be a loyal customer!

Thy are WONDERFUL! Due to insurance change, I couldnt use my regular eye dr so I gave them a shot. Dr Powell was awesome and Devin is hands down the best front of office person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. She helped me choose the right frames for me and was patient while I was indecisive.

Several bad aspects of visit 1-When I arrived I was immediately told that I did not bring anyone with me to drive so I could not have my eyes dilated. I was NOT told to bring anyone when making the appointment. Also in all my years I have had my eyes dilated and given sunglasses to wear WHILE DRIVING! I heard another woman being told the same thing. Why dont they want to dialate eyes???? Secondly, my distance vision is no better than before my visit. Finally, Target Optical is a franchise, not part of the Target entity, so getting satisfaction is not possible through Target.

I had a great experience with Target Optical at the Grove (exit 10). Loved Dr. Powell and the ladies helping me choose glasses. They took my VSP insurance and I got a great deal!

Totally unplanned visit to check out their selection of sunglasses that can have a prescription and found a pair of ray bans that fit perfect. Price was great. Service from shop staff was very kind and friendly at the time of sale and in a week when the glasses came in from Ray Ban. Much faster than anticipated on delivery time. Already had prescription from a recent eye doctor visit that I have used for years. Will certainly look to order frames and lenses from target optical again!

Devin was absolutely AMAZING! I did not have an appointment & I brought my 1y/o with me. She was extremely patient with us & super friendly. I went through about 15 frames(she never complained & explained safety COVID steps to take when trying on). I was slowly getting frustrated & my baby was getting restless. I explained what I wanted & she sat me down & popped up with 2 frames. I FELL IN LOVE INSTANTLY!!!!!! When I went to pick them up she was more than willingly to work with my glasses until they fit me perfectly. She made suggestions on alternate cleaning cloths...I just— I loved the experience. Keep it up Devin! We need bomb people like you 💖💖

My kids and I have been going to Dr. Powell at Target for years and are very happy with her and her staff! She cares about her patients and her staff has been very helpful! Even though I bring all four of my kids (and they sit out in the waiting area while I have my exam) they are very patient with us! I would recommend this business.

Service is fine only if you go in person. There is no way of contacting them by phone as THEY WILL NOT ANSWER. This is a problem if you have a job and cant wait around all day for them to return your call. This also makes it impossible for you to make an appointment. Very frustrating.

STAY AWAY!! Staff is RUDE and very unprofessional and Dr. Powell is WEIRD and doesnt care about the customer SERVICE! She pushes faulty products based her the reps benefit NOT the patient! I need to find the Doctor that filled in for her last summer because she was MUCH better!
