This place refused to take anymore patients at 11:20 PM when the hours clearly stated they closed at 12 AM, even though we were already there. They should just change their hours and say they close at 11:30 PM if thats the case. What kind of doctor refuses to see patients 40 mins before closing time?!Update: As you can see from the time stamp, I called at 11:20 PM and the doctor is lying. We literally spoke to them on the phone for 3 minutes and we were parking our car. He responded to my Yelp at 12:10 AM instead of seeing me. You could tell he just wanted to get home early. Do NOT trust these doctors.Update #2: Since this shady doctor edited his response AGAIN, I need to add that the receptionist told us over the phone that the doctor was making his end-of-day medical notes. That means that he WAS NOT with a patient. He was going to take that last 40 minutes to just cruise and relax instead of seeing me. Im glad were finally seeing this mans true colors. I would not come to see these doctors if I were you. I feel its important for me to write this review so that people will know what type of people theyre dealing with.

Awesome doctors!! New on the island from NC, my 12month old baby was feverish and runny nose. Dr T was very knowledgeable and didnt hesitate to perform all necessary testing to make sure she was safe. In and out of there in 30 mins! Love this place. Great with kids!

They are just looking to take your money. I didnt care for dude at the front the front desk. He is rude. I saw him being rude to another patient the night before I had to deal with him. Its like he doesnt listen to you completely. I told him I had covid symptoms and I just wanted to make sure that I didnt have it so that I can make sure not to spread it to anyone on the plane or my baby when I get home. This dude hears that I need a test for travel and wants to charge me and my husband $300 each. Took a while for him to hear the part that we wanted the test for symptoms, not travel. Then he comes back and says the clinic charges 40 or 45 something dollars for a rapid test + a 5 dollar fee + copay. My husband and I were a little shocked since we dont pay a cent for rapid tests at home. We just left since the doctor I saw the night before told me he didnt think it was covid and let me go with some meds.

Came here for urgent but non emergency care. Staff was friendly, doctor was efficient and knowledgeable, pricing was fair and service was quick. Highly recommended of you need urgent care!

I needed to be tested for the novel coronavirus twice, and found Doctors of Waikiki to be pleasant and efficient. You book an appointment on their site, get a confirmation text, and the info you entered will be in the system by the time you arrive. The offices are clean and beautiful and the staff are bilingual(Japanese or English).Note that there are 3 or 4 free parking spots behind the building, they don’t validate the parking garage. When I found out how far other places were for Covid-19 testing (I am not going to Mililani, Wailuku, or Kaneohe) this was really the only option.

Being thousands of miles from home and needing medical care on a Saturday afternoon. I slipped getting out of the pool at my hotel in Waikiki and cracked open the back of my head. I knew I didn’t want to go to the local hospital emergency room. Horror stories of charging you $5,000 for a 10 minute ride flooded my mind. Instead the wonderful 911 paramedic Asian ladyWho patched me up suggested I go see Doctors of Waikiki was the best solution. Dr T and his staff saw me right away Dr T took xrays of my head and neck and gave me copies to give to my primary Dr back home.Dr T responded quickly to staple my wound and stop the bleeding and had me back on my feet in no time.Very thankful for the Dr’s and professional staff atDoctors of Waikiki for the exceptional serviceThey provide, they are truly the best!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The entire staff is friendly helpful and kind. My little was treated like family and left feeling a million times better.

Staffs at front are not knowledgeable at all. They couldnt answer me regarding my Cigna coverage. Especially regarding deductible. They couldnt find out if I met my deductible when they all need to do is to call Cigna to confirm. Their staffs asked questions to their office manager in the office. The office manager just gave a general answer to the front desk staffs. I wish the office manger is willing to learn more about our situation. This is frustrated as we go in to clinic not feeling well and still need to figure out what to do. Seriously, I left the clinic and while Im driving, I thought about they could have confirmed with Cigna by calling them instead of telling us thats how they (insurance company) get you). This is a really bad experience especially when the person sitting in the office is not willing to help.

They told me the wait time was approximately 30-45 minutes; kept waiting for 2.5 hours until enough was enough. To top things off, they kept telling other walk-ins after my 2.5 hours wait that their wait time was approximately 1 hour. Why be dishonest about the wait time?

I think the doctors here are good, though the young girl working the front desk was incompetent. She charged me $100, even after I explained to her that I had reached my max out of pocket for the year and in addition, my Aetna PPO will cover a covid test, which is what I was getting (not for travel, but due to symptoms). She replied with, Ive been doing this a long time. Apparently your d*mb as* has been doing it wrong for a long time, I felt like saying but I restrained. I paid the $100, spoke with Aetna after, they stated they would cover the charge but I had to go through the pain of filing and submitting a claim. I let the d*mmy working the front desk know that Aetna would cover the charge so I obtained an itemized bill showing diagnostic code. Bottom line: if you have reached your max out of pocket for year or trying to get a covid test which is covered by your insurance, try to avoid this place.Reply to owner response: appreciate the response but what you are saying is not true. After reaching max out of pocket for the year, copays do not apply anymore. Please call Aetna, they will tell you the same. In addition, that fact doesnt even matter because Aetna would have paid for this covid exam. Your staff made no effort to contact my insurance even after I suggested it. Instead of trying to contact Aetna, they offered to reduced the charge from $170 (trying to charge me for emergency service) to $100, which I had to accept, otherwise I am sure they would kick me out the door. If you are responsible for training your staff, I guess I cant blame them for being ignorant of the rules.

Clean and friendly facility. Upon entering the facility, warmly greeted and seen within 5 minutes. Felt like I was in and out within 15 minutes.I was told my results would be provided within 5 days. Amazingly I received a call the following day with my results.I was impressed by their efficiency and quick turnaround and also the fact that they are open from 8am and all the way until midnight! Talk about convenience!It was my first experience and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing medical services.

One reviewer put it perfectly: 99.9% sure that their strategy is to rope you in and then stick you with a $300 bill. Our issue wasnt COVID related, but similarly disappointing. My bf had a bad eye infection and was red and swollen and in tears from the pain. We called ahead because he left his insurance card at home and just decided to pay out of pocket because of the pain, but being on vacation, our budget was set. The lady upfront never gave us a cost but eased us by saying because of COVID the doctors are flexible with payments. Instead, we get there and they require $400 upfront, plus the out of pocket cost for meds, plus the additional out of pocket cost of labs, etc. plus a follow up visit. There was never any flexibility and everything was a bloated out of pocket full cost. For an urgent care-treatable issue with someone in tears in their office, this stone-cold demand (and fib really) was rude and unacceptable. Im also a professional, but I would never engage in this rope and catch type demeanor for someone right in front of you with an urgent medical need. Rather, it was pay now or get out. We went to an urgent care right around the corner (walk out of the Sheraton, turn left to the main street, turn left again, go down two blocks and its across the street on the corner) for half the price, with meds, and even a call back from the doctor 24 hours later just to check on him. NOW THAT is quality service.

We visit Waikiki yearly and the last two years weve had to see Dr Trpkovski (Dr.T) at Doctors or Waikiki. Dr.T has done exceptional with our children from sore throats to stitches. Highly recommend Doctors of Waikiki. Mahalo Dr. T.

Well worth the hike up

Paid $300 for my covid test to fly inter island and waited almost 3 days for my results because the lady at the front desk did put in my ID in correctly that I presented her during my appointment. I would of been over the 72hr deadline had I not called S&G labs and found out they had my results this whole time its just my ID was never entered. So I had to resubmit my info to them via email. For $300 this is far to big a slip up, I do not recommend going here for covid test.

I paid $314.14 USD for a rapid Covid Test. This is double than any of the other 5 tests I’ve taken on the islands. Plan accordingly and book anywhere else for half the price. 🤦🏻The doctor was really nice though. 🙂

They were so fast and friendly, very resourceful. So happy they were available and I didnt have to go to and ER.

Other urgent cares are charging half of the price of this one, I recommend going elsewhere for Covid testing. Additionally their Abbott (rapid PCR) is advertised on the website but when we arrived for our appointment we were informed it would not be accepted for inter island travel (only international, which makes no sense, why would a test good enough for international travel not be suitable for inter island).

Stay AWAY! This is a doc in a box operation. $170 for cash pay visit because my vitamins (folate and iron) were written out of state by an NP and I needed them written by an in-state doctor/NP. I have 2 high-option health ins. policies and they refused to take either. I had the paper scripts in hand and the woman on the phone consulted the doctor who refused to see me or write for my vitamins for less than $170... this wasnt even after hours or anything. I cant imagine what someone on a budget with a more serious need would have to pay/experience at this place. Just stay away.

Thank you so much for saving our vacation!!! I brought my daughter there during our New Years vacation and without your care our vacation would have been so miserable. As an administrator for a nationwide healthcare system I am a tough critic but EVERYONE from the clerk, to the nurse, and doctor were all so amazing. Dr Wu was what all patients and administrators could ever hope for and the same with our nurse Chrissy. Chrissy was nothing short of amazing, just wow! The appointment and follow up was top notch, Thank you!!! (wish I could give you 10 stars)

Doctors of Waikiki is the best urgent care in Hawaii. Followed them for a couple of years, the amount of community support they provided during the pandemic is tremendous and none of the Doctors will publicly state it.Very humble. I had send my family who did free state testing and did not come back for 5 days, we could not wait that long. They prevented an out break in my home by having the rapid NAAT test which unfortunately was positive. Dr. Wu have prescribe a varitey of medication that allowed my family member to recover fully without residual symptoms. Thank god for them. Be the way, the free testing that was self administer came back negative!!! Therefore, i think people should go to Doctors of Waikiki, if you truely want to know if they have covid or not. Easy access and always available.

Great staff and quick service although USD$545 ($805 Aussie) for a 10 minute visit and some antibiotics (I knew why I needed them) is ridiculously expensive.

I am absolutely astonished at how this clinic treats their patients and outside of this review I intend to tell every single person I know on Oahu to never go to this clinic.The dr I saw was the most unprofessional, disrespectful and dismissive doctor I have ever been seen by. Within literally seconds of walking into the exam room he accused me of making up symptoms so that i didnt have to pay $300 for my test.I was with my husband and sister-in-law, we had plans to travel but my sister-in-laws coworker just tested positive, so we all wanted to get tested as we share a household. If this doctor would have done literally the bare minimum and asked me my health history (or looked at my chart) he would know I have a history of chest pain and lung damage from multiple rounds of ABVD chemo...could be covid could be a chemo side effect thats why I wanted a test. But instead he talked down to me, interrupted me, and continuously repeated he was just trying to get the story straight as if the three of us had derived some elaborate plan to trick him into giving us a covid test. Is it common practice for Doctors of Waikiki to interrogate patients on why they want to get tested?You owe me a refund for the test I didnt get.Edit in response to below: If you had bothered to talk to me or read my appointment form you would see that I indicated I had chest pain hours before I even arrived at my appointment. Again you are accusing us of changing our story when we are just trying to navigate an already complicated medical process. Instead of educating us you are calling us liars. If you are truly proud of your customer service you should address how your physicians talk to patients instead of making petty and completely false excuses on a google review.

One of the best doctors experience Ive ever had! When i walked in a smiling face greeted me. The office is very clean and neat. The wait time was very short I almost forgot it was a walk in clinic. The doctors are very professional and pay close attention to detail. If you dont have a ride to the pharmacy they will give you one! I had a great experience here, highly recommend!

I was waiting for this vacation. Finally time to enjoy,but I got flu...... I found this place online. It was kind of late time but they were still open. That was really helpful. All staff were very kind. I called so many times about my prescription but they were always nice to answer my questions. Thank you so much.

Fast at getting me in, very poor execution. Had nasal issues that were urgent, and they clearly didnt understand what the issue was. Should have written me an urgent referral to an ENT; they did not.Edit, to their response: the healthcare provider did not correctly diagnose the issue, they gave me a myriad of potential issues. The healthcare provider did not introduce their title (RN, PA, MD), and overall seemed unaware of the issue. Also, there was a dirty glove on the floor of my room when I entered. I did not receive an ENT referral: though they did offer, the lack of concerned urgency with the above implied alengthy time to meet with an ENT. I could elaborate further, but no need, as the issue is being dealt with elsewhere.

Im very happy with the services provided at this urgent care clinic. It was seamless to use my insurance the doctor was professional and very knowledgeable he explained things in laymans terms. mark Causin MD was a very impressive doctor I wish you could be my primary care physician. I’m from California. I had developed SOB the prior couple of nights and woke up at dawn knowing I needed to visit an urgent care facility for at least a breathing treatment to get me by until I could find a specialist to see what else was going on. I’ve been to urgent care facilities multiple times over the decades back on the mainland when needed and generally it was always expected that it would be for a temporary fix or maybe to get something to treat a bad flu. I researched Urgent Care facilities near where I was staying, reviewed what other people had to say about them, and visited their websites, “DOCTORS OF WAIKIKI” caught my attention and I showed up at 8 am when they opened.I never would have expected to have the experience I had during my visit. It was definitely a 1st..... Dr. TRPKOVSKI (or Dr “Tony”) was my attending physician. He was like having my own internal medicine specialist/primary care doctor here on the islands. He took the time to review my medical records I had brought with me from Stanford but I found his clinic had access to EPIC so he could access my records from all my primary care hospitals from Stanford and Mayo as well as the records from a Heart specialist I was working with at Queens Medical center.By the time I left I was not only breathing better, but I had x-rays taken and blood drawn with immediate results - and discovered I had pneumonia. I received an IV during my visit, several prescriptions were sent into a local pharmacy for my treatment plan, an appointment was made to return tomorrow for a follow up, I received a personal after visit summary so I could give it to my cardiology specialist today, and Dr Tony said he would follow up with my care during my stay on Oahu as well as be available to discuss and coordinate my care if needed with my cardiologist here,All I can say is WOW...... and the STAFF that I came in contact during my visit all made it part of the WOW experience. Thank you.....

Ive never had a better experience as a patient! Dr. T was kind, knowledgeable and encouraging. I visited with some wrist pain after a bicycle crash the day prior. The staff were very accommodating and understanding. Dr. T explained to me his diagnosis and reassured me that things would be OK. Just to be certain, he collected an X-Ray which confirmed his previous diagnosis. Very thankful for the smooth and easy experience. If youre visiting Hawaii and need urgent care, I highly suggest Doctors of Waikiki!

Very prompt, professional & efficient service! After calling several urgent care clinics on the island, I finally decided the venture into Waikiki was worthwhile so I wouldnt be stuck in a waiting room to see a doctor for hours. While the parking lot was full (parking at Ross two blocks away is free for 4 hours with any store purchase), the service received was well worth the parking inconvenience. We were seen immediately and received prompt medical attention and were in and out in well under an hour. I had left a message for another urgent care clinic and didnt even receive a call back by the time we got home. Thank you for the excellent service and being what a true urgent care clinic should be!

I took my husband to see Dr T. whilst on holiday from Australia. The clinic was clean, spacious and very professional. My husband got seen straight away and we found Dr T. to be very warm, friendly and had a wonderful bed side manner. My husband was put on a drip and taken care of straight away but unfortunately we had to fly back to Australia anyway for further treatment. However, I will never forget the wonderful experience we had in such a horrible situation at Doctors of Waikiki. I work at a medical clinic in Australia and Dr. T has a job there if he ever decides to leave paradise.

My wife sprained her MCL and we went here for care. The doctor was very caring and gave her treatment for her injury. We are very satisfied with the care given and the staff was great. They even sent a car to pick us up because she had difficulty walking. This was in many ways better than we have experienced at home.

Dr Wu and Nurse Chrissy took excellent care of me. I was on vacation and twisted my ankle. Very very efficient clinic and was in and out in 1-1/2 hours with xrays and wrapped ankle. I highly recommend this clinic. Dr Wu is Army veteran. Nurse Chrissy is wife of veteran. I am a veteran and had immediate connection.

Best medical attention I have ever experienced in my life. They are super quick, efficient and friendly. I got an ear infection and was given a checkup and prescription within 30 minutes of being there. I wont be going anywhere else! Mahalo Doctors of Waikiki!

My brother came to visit me in Hawaii and came down with a nasty flu. He was having a hard time breathing and the over the counter medicines were not cutting it. Talk about a bad way to start a vacation! My brother not having having insurance, was worried on what to do. We got a referral to here from the hotel he was staying at. I called the number and within minutes we were picked up by the companys Tesla. We were able to see a doctor right way without having to wait at all compared to the super long line at a hospital emergency room. The doctors Dr. T and Dr. Wu were super knowledgable and friendly/empathetic about our situation. The urgent care clinic was equipped with all the latest medical gears and the costs were far cheaper than going to the ER at a hospital. I am grateful and 10/10 recommend anyone going through similar situations. I dont usually write reviews, but I felt that this is the least I can do, considering the help they were able to give my brother. Thank you again!

Thank goodness for Drs of Waikiki Clinic and their great staff today. There was no wait and was seen right away and greeted by friendly professional staff. Didnt know I was nursing Strep throat for 2 days. Thanks to Dr. Wu for his suggested treatment for visitors like me. Like he said, I should feel better in a few hours and so I did. Im finally out and about and enjoying dinner outdoors by the water. If you need non-emergency medical assistance, go to this clinic! I highly recommend them.

When we were leaving our hotel to go for dinner, The Doctors of Waikiki Tesla driving in front of us caught my eye. I even pointed it to my husband. That night my toddler for the very first time in her life fell ill and had a fever. I quickly looked up Doctors of Waikiki and was very impressed with the reviews. I knew where we could take her if we needed to. That night she woke us up at 3:00 am with a temp of 103.5. I gave her Tylenol and couldn’t wait for it to be 8:00 am so we could take her to Doctors of Waikiki this place was within walking distance to our hotel so we were there at 7:45 am, first in line and waiting for it to open which they did promptly at 8:00 am.The place is spotless clean and the ladies in the front desk were very kind and helpful. I was so grateful that they accepted our insurance. Nurse Hiromi came to get us and she was so very good with our fussy toddler. After doing the usual, height, weight, temp, BP, she did the flu test to see if my daughter had the flu.Doctor Wu, came in a few minutes later. Like everyone else at the clinic, he treated us with so much kindness and respect. He had excellent bedside manner and showed so much patience and care to my fussy baby. He put us at ease by saying she didn’t have the flu, thank God. He prescribed antibiotics for her and told us to continue exploring the island and enjoying our vacation.While we were leaving we somehow got to talking about food and he even gave us some excellent food reviews that made this foodie really happy.When we left, I couldn’t stop talking about Doctors of Waikiki and how well we were treated there by Dr. Wu and the staff. It was one of the most pleasant doctors visit I have ever experienced.I really hope no one has to see a doctor or go to an urgent care during their vacation but if you do, I hope you have the same experience that we did at Doctors of Waikiki. I will never forget how well my baby was treated here and how we were made to feel. I will recommend Doctors of Waikiki to everyone.

I am a “Local “ resident (born and raised on Oahu) & always saw my doctor the traditional way, which was to call, make an appointment to see the doctor(sometimes it took several days to get an appointment), drive to the office, wait in the waiting room(sometimes 1 hour or more wait if overbooked), and then sent somewhere else if getting an X ray was required. At Doctors Of Waikiki, it took me less than an hour to see Dr. Wu, get a diagnosis and treatment, plus a confirmation X ray. Great experience! Wasnt feeling well...called the doc and then to have THEM pick you up free of charge (not to mention in a Tessla) was amazing. Driver was very courteous and gentle on the bumps...even took me to the pharmacy to grab my meds.The office visit was quick, thorough, very professional. I highly recommend if youre in the Waikiki area.

In 2013, I retired and moved from New Jersey to Hawaii. Since that time I have been a patient of Dr. Tony Trpkovski, aka Dr. T. It is unimaginable to expect that after 5 years under his care, I would feel better than I did in 2013, but it happened—despite natural aging. I am confident that this miracle would not have been possible without Dr. T. He possesses real knowledge, expertise, direct experience, and attention to detail, and can solve any health problem or refer you to the right specialist.The last time I visited Dr. T at his new office in Waikiki, the office was immaculate: very clean and stocked with brand new equipment. The staff is very friendly, the waiting time is short. I will definitely be there for my next check-up.

The doctors have provided services to members of Local 5 free of charge.A Chamber of Commerce for Persons with Disabilities member went to see the doctors and was registered, diagnosed, prescribed medication and provided medication tablets all within 1/2 an hour of walking through the door. And as Dr T said, pain & discomfort was gone in 5 days.This extremely happy camper highly recommends the kind & caring services these wonderful professionals provide.

Dr. Alan Wu is the most professional and knowledgeable doctor to date. I had issues with sleeping, shallow breaths, side pain and high blood pressure. I was referred to him by a friend.I had been to many different doctors to treat my symptoms, including CT Scans and Ultrasounds. Their diagnoses were all not effective as well as misdiagnoses. I am a former Kaiser Permanente patient.Dr. Wu was very attentive about my concerns, and explained in detail the possible causes which concurred to my pain. He prescribed medicine which immediately improved my health and lifestyle. A follow-up call from his office was also very thoughtful. I highly suggest visiting Doctors of Waikiki at Princess Kaiulani Sheraton. Thank you Doctor Wu!

Dr T and Dr W are the best doctors ever. They took care of me when i have a very bad chest infection. I have seen both on multiple occasions for routine stuff and this time when i was really sick they made sure I recover well and had no complications. Their staff called and followed up and ensured i had no complications. I even had chest xray and iv antibiotics there. I recommend them to all my family and friends!!!

Most expensive doctor I‘ve ever seen! $300+ for a simple prescription!!! I always have infected sinuses when surfing, so I know what to do when it comes to an infection. I do have a perscription from my home country but they don’t accept it here for whatever reason. They‘re just trying to rip people off and they don‘t really care about health! It’s a shame!

While in Oahu on business I started feeling some pain in my eye. I tried flushing my eye out and using some lubricating drops, but the pain continued to get worse. Eventually the pain got to the point where I had to hold my eyelid open to prevent the intense pain. I had my hotel call Doctors of Waikiki (their recommendation) and they sent their Tesla to come pick me up. The driver arrived in about 10mins and brought me in to their facility. The wait was about 20mins, but when the doctor saw me he was able numb my eye right away in order to figure out the problem. He was able to identify some debris under my eyelid and remove it very quickly with minimal pain. Next he checked my cornea for scratches and had the nurses check my vision. Soon after, I was on my way with some eye drop prescriptions for pain and to prevent infection. This is where things really went above and beyond.... Their driver offered to drive me to the drug store and wait for me (as long as an emergency call wasn’t received while waiting) which he did. I came out of the drug store 15 mins later and saw he was still there, but informed him that I needed to go to another drug store since that one was out of the drops I needed. He again took me to that store with the condition that he may have to leave if he gets a call. Again, he was waiting when I came out (only 5mins this time) and took me back to the hotel. Great service, friendly staff, thorough treatment and reasonably quick wait. I would go back here again for sure, but hopefully won’t have to.

Wife and I BOTH had ailments (flu and me with chest pains). This clinic kindly took us in at the end of their work shift even waiting for our arrival near their closing. True dedication to their clients! And yes Dr. T is Tony Stark.

This is a new doctors place Ive been to. I used to go see doctor Alan Wu at straub and basically follow him wherever he goes. Hes a great doctor with a lot of knowledge. His office is pretty nice too and everything is new! Alan wu is the best!

My 14-month old daughter was misdiagnosed causing her to take antibiotics unnecessarily.The staff was also very disorganized with regards to the administration.Last but not least, as the nurse was doing the pre-checks, without knowing the medical history went into guessing the diagnosis leading to scaring the parents before the doctor made the medical (but eventually wrong) examination and evaluation. That is very unprofessional.I would not go back there again.

Saw Dr. Wu, who was knowledgable and professional at Doctors of Waikiki. I had a really bad UTI and that progess to Kidney infection and I didnt even know. I had IV antibiotics within minutes. Felt better immediately. Now fully recovered. I rather come here then to a cowarded ER anyday!. Both RNs were amazing that took care of me. Front staff was great getting me in and out and they are preferred provider and urgent care by HMSA!!! Yeah!

Didnt expect this out of an urgent care.Firstly a nurse practitioner saw my daughter and the after visit summary stated you were seen by Dr Tony secondly the nurse gave my little one medicine for adult kids.We had to visit our doctor again after a week and he had to change the medicine.Thirdly they said they see toddlers but the nurse didnt know how to handle little ones.Lastly they charge you more than double.For one visit we were charged over $400.I will never recommend this place.2 stars just because they diagnosed her correctly but prescribed wrong medicine and dose.

In the middle of my vacation I just couldn’t breathe, I walked in and they took care of me right away!!!!! Now I can really enjoy myself!!!!

Had sore throat for weeks, saw Dr Wu and Doctors of Waikiki, got me well with his treatment. Awesome service and will be my new go to clinic!

I went there as a walk-in and received the best of care. Was seen by very friendly staff with hardly any wait time. The nurse practitioner,Mie Takizawa-Lilavois was so very kind and concerned. Dr.Tony Trpkovski was friendly and knowledgeable the prescriptions were exactly what I needed. I would certainly recommend them to anyone

March 2021And I requested a response from my doctor.However, there was no response from the doctor.There was no apology or sincere response from the person in charge.We patients and users have the right to know why such mistakes have occurred in hospitals and organizations.There is no growth for humans who cannot admit their mistakes.The doctor here cannot introspect or reflect.

I had a medical examination on Sunday afternoon, but there was little waiting time, and it was smooth and very kind.There is a staff who speaks Japanese and English, and I dont know if it happened on this day, but both the nurse and the doctor who was in charge were Japanese. It was very kind and kind.I think it is a clinic that I would like to use again in the future.

The best clinics include doctors in all Asian regions who understand multiple languages, including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. There are excellent doctors. Like 👍5 stars🌟
