Could not make it to my appointment because google maps kept sending me in circles around the mall. Please tell Google to fix it. Why does it show the mall center with the address?

During our visit to Ala Moana Advance Eye Clinic, I usually see Dr. Sato and my wife would see Dr. Sakamoto. But this visit, Dr. Sato was not working (miss seeing her already, haha), so I had to settle for Dr. Sakamoto. As from my previous postings, the Doctors here are very friendly, patience, easy to talk too and very knowledgeable. Always using the most advance technology. They always make you feel at ease. And the staff, always friendly, courteous and greets you with a smile. There is always something new to learn during our visits. And the selection of frames of prescription glasses and sun glasses are awesome...always making the choice hard because you would want it all. Highly recommend Ala Moana Advance Eye Clinic (Dr. Sakamoto and Dr. Sato and Staff) for your next eye exam. What are you waiting for?

Very professional and knowledgeable with upgrade dental equipment

Great place and most advance eye testing in the state. There’s no other! I want to know ahead of time whether I have any diseases early, not by tradition means. I don’t to walk out being blind by dilation solutions. Their machine can look behind your eye without dilating.

Dr. Randall Sakamoto of the Ala Moana Advanced Eye Clinic is a gem in Waikiki!The modern diagnostic equipment made for a touch-less and comfortable visit. In addition to my eye exam, we discussed my eye health, and supplemental care measures such as diet and daily fish oil supplements.The office also carries a wide inventory of lenses for reducing exposure to blue light from LED monitors and phone screens.I had a great visit and felt special because of the way I was treated, and Im sure you will like Dr. Sakamoto and his efficient staff.

My review would be nothing but the highest praise for the professionalism, friendliness, explanations of what was being done, the payment and insurance process, new innovations and advances in ophthalmology, not to mention the enthusiastic and cordial reception I received in spite of the fact that I was more than an hour late for my appointment on a day the clinic was (understandably) booked solid. It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience and I wouldnt mind visiting every month, though I wont need to do so! :-) KM

I have very difficult eyes. A wonky post RK far sighted right eye and a near sighted left eye. I can only wear contacts to see normally. Dr. Sakamoto takes the time to try multiple options to fit me, and give me the best possible vision. He has all the equipment like cornea mapping, and retinal photos.

I called to make an appointment for an eye exam as part of my health screening. I was surprised how fast I could be seen (just a few days). The office was very clean and professional in appearance. The staff were warm and Dr. Sakamoto friendly and professional.Since then I have referred dozens of people to Dr. Sakamoto and everyone has come back with rave reviews.

Dr. Sakamoto is amazing. I have been going to his clinic for 5 years now. Even when I moved I still schedule my appointments with him. He helps me get the most out of my money when buying contacts and glasses. He always has great recommendarions for any eye issues I may have. He always remembers me and what I do, so it feels like Im visiting an old friend when I go to the eye doctor. The location is also super convenient for running other errands as well since it is right next to Ala Moana mall. Highly recommend!

Been there and did all the exams. Got fitted and they ordered my glasses! Wen I got them they were not the same! Blury and gave me headache!.I told.them about it and all I got was it takes get in use to it for a awhile! Well y wasnt it like that wen I did the exam and they had me look out.the window and that was perfect! But end result never got.my glasses fixed and havent wore for a year now Im goin somewhere else!
