Tried calling for three days to make appointment, leaving voice mails each time (had severe foot pain). Main office was helpful, but Dr Kikuchi’s office never returned any calls, called at end of day third day and was told on voice mail not to leave more than 1 voice message-very unprofessional..... at least could call back and explain no openings or whatever the case might be.

Very professional, courteous and helpful. I would recommend family and friends to Dr. Chun without hesitation. What was once a feeling of despair due to my physical injuries, has turned into a feeling of hope and you cannot put a price on that!

Had Dr. Kikuchi for a workers comp/ ankle injury incident from August 2020- June 2021. It’s been a long time since I can feel some normalcy again. Thank you for your help and teaching me a lot about my injury and understanding my recovery process from X-rays, MRI scans, Nerve Specialists, and Physical Therapy appointments. If you want someone who is honest- straight up no sugar coat type of professional he is the guy! I’m so happy to finally be cleared! Friendly staff, convenient location, and clean office space. 9/2021-Update-Had my surgery and would do it again in a heartbeat! Would only do it again if Dr LIm was my surgeon, though. My knee is certainly unique and because of this, it needs ultra, uber, specialized, tender, non-sugarcoating care. This is what I receive. Dr Lim is the best. No doubt. His staff? Totally awesome. Hale Pawaa? Super clean, welcoming, professional, and convenient. I have and will recommend Dr Lim to anyone who needs help with their Ortho concerns--you will be happy you met him!Dr Lim is an excellent Doctor. He will always spend as much time that is needed to make sure you understand everything in words you can understand. Dr Lim has been with me through my whole injury. I cannot express in words how grateful i am to him and his staff for all the great things they have done to get me to this point. I am still on my journey and know that i am in the right place to reach my goal. the best is yet to come!

The staff was courteous and friendly. The assistant was professional and helpful. Dr. Kan came highly recommended by family and co-workers. Dr. Kan was very personable and explained my injury to me based on the mri. Dr Kan even did a sketch of my injury and showed me how he was going to perform the surgery.

Nice clean and huge bright office. Customer service is great! Friendly and helpful staff. I love they had an iPad to fill out the general information they needed. Simple, fast and easy! Dr. Singer explained what I had (a trigger finger) and proceeded to give a steroid shot. Great first visit and I would go back if I need to again.

As usual the front staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Kikuchi is the same and an excellent surgeon. I would rate him and his staff 6 stars if I could.

Dr. Kan and his assistant was very pleasant. That was the fastest appointment I have ever had in a dr office because they email you your registration papers to have you complete it online so you don’t have to spend much time in the waiting room. I only had to wait 5 mins in the exam room before I was seen and they asked me key questions to help diagnose my issue. They both have great bed side manners.

The front desk was professional and greeted everyone that walk through the door. The waiting area was clean and chairs spaced accordingly.Dr Lim is always friendly and easy to talk to. He addresses every question that I may have, clearly. Because of his explanation and comparison with the different options I had concerning me, it was easy for me to select the procedure I wanted. I’m glad to have Dr Lim as my physician.

Dr. Kikuchi fit me into his surgical schedule for a ruptured Achilles. The surgery went well, I had minimal pain post surgery. The surgical technique was innovative and efficient.. My recovery has been remarkably quick. I highly recommend him.

I was referred to Dr. Lau by my pain doctor. They told him I had pain in my left hip. His office called me and I again said I needed to see him about my left hip. I went there and filled out all the paperwork identifying the reason I was there because of my left hip. They sent me to x-ray and had x-rays (3 of them) of my left hip. I then was put in a room and Dr. Lau came in. He is an extremely nice person and he told me some of the problems with my hip. Then he told me he doesnt do hips anymore and gave me two business cards of doctors who do. He did give me a shot for pain. WHY DID HE TAKE THE APPOINTMENT IF HE DOESNT DO HIPS?WHY ! ! ! Insurance money ! ! ! . Although everything was very professional, the office was immaculate and the staff was very friendly and helpful, they had no right taking the appointment knowing that I was there for my hip and knowing the doctor doesnt do hips.

Dr. Chun was highly recommended by a friend of my wife. All of the office staff were very nice and treated me professionally at the beginning and end of my appointment. He was very helpful in explaining the nature of my meniscus tear using a cutaway diagram of the knee. He took the time to discuss the time duration for rehab and helped me with some evaluation criteria to use in determining whether to proceed with the surgery or not. I would highly recommend Dr. Chun for discussing knee repair options or to carry out the surgery.

Most dishonest people. First they gave you an IPad and asked unrelated questions. Then, they ask you to go take an X-ray first before you see a doctor.It is typical Hawaii medical scams.Don’t worry, they are in it with insurance companies...

Dr. Marumoto has taken the fear of surgery away from me. Not only is he a caring physician but an excellent surgeon. He always took the extra time to answer any questions I had about the procedure, rehab and recovery. I tried everything for my shoulder prior to the surgery and nothing really helped. I was relieved to meet with Dr Chun for a second opinion on severe pain in both of my hips. Had THR surgery done a year ago and selected Dr Harpstrite because he does the anterior approach and has excellent outcomes and reputation. He was highly recommended by my PCP and several other specialists and my PT. My experience was superb and am doing very well. He is very responsive and explains the surgery process and follow up very well. Runs a very efficient office with a very capable staff.

This was a post operation appointment using telemedicine. Dr Harpstrite is a talented surgeon. This was not my first joint replacement that he has done. I rated Dr. Kyle Chun and Orthopedic Assoc. of Hawaii 5 stars. With Covid19 all around us, I felt safe going there with everything they have in place. They make you wait outside before entering and check your temperature before checking in. The waiting room seats are situated where you arent sitting close to another patient. The reception and office area is clean and everyone treated me with as if I was the only one there. Dr. Chun did a great job on his diagnosis of my situation along with what I should do to help alleviate the pain that Im experiencing. I would highly recommend this place if you have any problems that need this type of service. Shout out to Chrissy & Rae and everyone else that works there.

Dr. Harpstrite was very patience, thoroughly explained proposed treatment. Finally resorted to surgery, after unable to completely resolve issue with antibiotic regime. Surgery seems to have resolved knee problem.

The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. DR Chun always answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns immediately.
