My very first experience with this company and it was excellent. My oral hygienist was very thorough. Extremely gentle during my cleaning process and took her time in getting my teeth clean. Was never rough during use of the ultrasonic scraper that usually sends shivers down my spine but due to her taking her time and not digging in with it, I did not experience that. The dentist did a thorough exam after the cleaning and was very professional in her assessment. As a healthcare provider myself, I would highly recommend this group for their gentle care and thoroughness. Best dental cleaning I have had in the 35 years of my adult life. I look forward to continuing my business with them.

I have had nothing short of a great experience here so far! They are SO nice, easy to talk to and gentle. I am usually in and out in 30-40 minutes for my cleanings and I leave feeling super refreshed! Highly highly recommend!

I’m so glad I chose this dental facility! The staff are always so kind, professional and full of bubbly personalities! They make me feel safe, comfortable, and secure in their treatment plans. I absolutely adore Dr. Townsend. He is an excellent dentist and it great at what he does. However, the last time I was in there I had a cavity filled by a different dentist and it was excruciatingly painful. I’ve never jumped so hard when she numbed me and after the procedure I was sweating because I was in so much pain. It felt like she was rushing and was trying to get me out of the chair as fast as possible. Now its over two months later and I’m still having issues with that tooth. Now I’ve moved and have to find another dentist to fix this tooth that should’ve been fixed the first time. I won’t let that one experience ruin what a great dentist I think Dr. Townsend is, but if you have a choice please make sure he is the one doing the procedure.

I dont like dentists and I dont like doctors. But dr. Townsend is absolutely amazing he made me feel comfortable and I will only go to Townsend Family Dental.

My experience with Townsend Family Dental was unbelievable.The dental assistant that waited on me was really nice and sweet. She talked to me the entire time and made sure that I was comfortable every minute. If you’re looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend going here. I don’t think that 5 stars is enough.

I gave them a one star, because I love the staff, they are all so amazing, but getting my teeth fixed just wasn’t what they did for me here. Pregnancy caused me to need a lot of work done. I had three cavities on each side of my mouth as well as needing a root canal on another. They did work on cavities on one side of my mouth and that resulted in me having to go back 4 other time because they didn’t fix them at all and in fact made them worse, they still currently hurt and I even now have a hole in one of them. They told me that the teeth they “fixed” may need a root canal now, but they ALL still hurt. So I went back to get the other side done and I had the exact same problem! All my teeth are worse then what I started out with, because before they did anything none of my teeth even hurt, but now I can barely eat a chip without my mouth being in excruciating pain. To top it off both sides are like this, so eating anything even slightly harder than something mushy is horrible. Due to insurance, I can’t even get my teeth fixed anywhere else for another year unless I pay for the whole entire thing out of pocket. I basically wasted money here to get my teeth put into way worse condition.. I will not be going back for ANY of my other teeth to be worked on or anything at that matter. I hate that I even went back after you messed up the first set of teeth, if I didn’t maybe then I could actually eat like a normal person. Horrible experience. Thank you for putting my in a horrible situation and ruining my teeth.

I thank God for allowing me to have this dental office as my assigned doctor. From the beginning I was welcomed with smiles, and greetings, from everyone at the front desk. My dental hygienist was very funny, and made me fill very comfortable, explaining everything and answering all my questions. I have been coming to this dental office for years and have always had a good experience. This time I had to have a cavity filled and it was extremely painful and I left there feeling overwhelmed. I need to get a crown but I am not sure if I want to return to this dentist because the pain that I felt having a cavity filled. I will say I saw a dentist that I had never seen before this time.

I only had a basic check up, but the appointment began when scheduled and was completed in a timely manner. While this should be the norm, it often isnt at other places. A few months ago my wife had a emergency dental situation. Townsend Family Dental got her in quickly and corrected her issue with the same caliber of work. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!

Dr. Townsend and his staff are amazing! If I could rate with them with more stars, I would. They are efficient and customer focused from the start of your appointment until the end. Dr. Townsend is literally the best dentist that I’ve ever had. I am extremely hard to numb, so my dental procedures are usually painful, which causes anxiety. I have never had this happen here and it is a HUGE relief!

Everyone i met at the Townsend Family Dental here were very nice, greet and treated me with respect. My Hygienist was the best, she was very gentle, did a great job cleaning my teeth. I’ve always been afraid of going to the dentist when I was younger, stayed away as much as I could. But I can say now with confidence that I’m not afraid. I’m terrified of the dentist. 10/10 would never willingly go; until now. Dr Townsend is incredibly kind and even though I met him briefly; he didn’t make me feel uneasy at all about being in the chair or letting him poke around in my mouth. Brianna (sorry for misspelling if I did) the hygienist; was *Magical* at cleaning my teeth. Even when scraping my teeth; she was so light handed and gentle, it was crazy. I personally will see if I can request to have her each time as my hygienist because she singlehandedly made me feel so comfortable and willing to go back into the dentist chair. I cannot recommend high enough.Also; they take tricare if you’re wondering.

This was my first visit and Im not a big fan of dental work. But my hygienist was amazing. I was completely comfortable the entire time. Dr. Townsend was very nice and explained everything to me directly. (Unlike some that Ive had that tells the hygienist and they have to explain it). He took his time and was very professional. My experience was great. I needed a treatment plan for my teeth. When I called they told me what I could expect, what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. The receptionist made sure to mention that was the flat rate but the doctor might require more than just looking at my teeth so I might have to pay more and then gave me a very close estimate of the cost. The Hygienist was amazing! Very detailed in explaining what was going on, how to do, what not to do. She made me very relaxed and comfortable. The dentist was so nice and gave me multiple treatment plans so that I could find what would work best for me, not just what I would want but what I could afford. Hands down best dentist Ive ever been to.

I was really nervous for my visit but everyone here was so nice and friendly, and made me feel really comfortable being there. The staff was really informative about everything they were doing and what needed to be done. The best part for me though, was the cleaning! They are usually uncomfortable and slightly painful for me, but the hygienist was so gentle and thorough that I didnt feel a thing 😊

Townsend Dental is wonderful! They provide superior dental service as well as customer service. During the pandemic I was concerned about receiving dental treatment. However, the staff of Townsend Family Dental are very cautious and meticulous with their COVID19 procedures and the facility is really clean! The hygentists are friendly and professional and Dr. Townsend is very thorough with his explanation of the exams and x-rays. He provides both positive feedback as well as areas of needed improvement. They are truly a wonderful asset to the community!

As someone who has worked in guest services for years, I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with Townsend Family Dental. More specifically, Canda delivered a level of care that I have NEVER experienced at a dentist office. She not only listened to my concerns, but offered solutions for my issues. She is not only extremely competent, but her down to earth demeanor made any fear of “mouth pain” dissipate. I cannot imagine going anywhere else after this visit or experiencing another hygienist.The dentist was also very competent and pleasant. I feel like we are basically bros now. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually looking forward to getting implants from this dude! I have severe Dental anxiety. So severe I have to be medicated, or I will scheduled and get all worked up to the point I cancel the appointment. Today was the first day I was actually relaxed ( for me) and unmedicated at the dentist. Dr Townsend and his staff are so amazing. This is the first dental practice I have ever seen that has been able to accommodate our large family! They were able to get me and four kids in no problem. It was a great experience got my annual cleaning done, and the employee has helped me gave me all kind of information towards maintaining/improving my dental hygiene.

We received a good treatment. The hygienist is gentle and knowledgeable. I received a treatment plan related to my orthodontics and they provided explanation why It is important to take action.As much as you are exercising safety measures, I am very disappointed with my wait time in my car. The check in system is NOT EFFICIENT , or Britney is not efficient. I arrived and checked in at 1:16pm and appointment is at 1:30pm. I was called in after 1:45pm by my husband who just finished his treatment. I never see any body waving or calling my attention from car since I called Brittney of my arrival. Nobody cared to call me on the phone had I not seen anybody far from my car at your door trying to get me into your office. You need to improve your system.

I visited this dental office for the first time on Friday. At the age of 42 I have to say this was my best experience ever. My dental hygienist, Brianna, was wonderful. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during the dental cleaning. I would give a million stars if I could.

I had a very good experience. Staff members make sure that the customer does not have to touch anything. They are well protected and in turn make the customer feel protected. Staff is always very friendly.

Hands down the best. Being a military family it is hard to find an off-post provider that cares and makes you feel like you have been there patient for many years and from my first visit they have gone above and beyond to make my kids and myself feel comfortable. Very clean and nice, great service. They make you feel like you are the number one priority and amazing with children.
