I just went to this clinic yesterday to check my wisdom tooth and i had a great experience with the dentist and the staffs.

I just had my molar tooth removed (together with an old/damaged crown) today and I can say that this is by far the best dental office I have ever visited in my entire life! Wonderful staff and the dentist! He is amazing! very patient and willing to walk you through the entire process. 100% recommended!!!

Dr. J. Johnson and his staff were great when I had my extraction today. I was so nervous but he and mrs. Jo talked me through everything and calmed me! Ogelthorpe family dental did an excellent job on my teeth! Im so thankful because when I first went there I hated my smile but I left loving it and proud of my teeth. The people there enjoy the work they do and are pleasant to be around, very helpful. I love this place and that says a lot coming from someone who use to HATE the dentist. Also great with kids👍👍

I really like the entire staff at Oglethorpe Family Dental. I have never had any problems with an appointment before. Everyone has always been great and provides overall quality service. I have no complaints and can not think of anything I would like for them to improve on. Dr. Roberts makes it is a comfortable experience all around.

This office came highly recommended, however I gave them more than enough chances to prove their reputation. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with their abilities to perform exceptional customer service. With my childrens initial visit, their office called to reschedule a couple weeks out. Due to needing a follow-up appointment, I was contacted to reschedule for a second time. Sadly, the most recent time, my children and I were rescheduled again which I accepted. However, once we arrived 15 minutes early, we waited an additional 30 minutes for me to cancel. I am disappointed with this office, as I was not checked on while waiting nor cared about upon my exit. Its clear they dont need the business, especially since their customers mean nothing to them.

They dont accept new patient. They dont even try.

Called this office to see if they could do an emergency filling replacement since my upper jaw hurts alot and my dentist is closed for the day as they were listed as emergency situations on google and other search engines. Come to find out I needed to be an established patient even though its not on their website either. When its an emergency pretty sure you dont need to be established anywhere. Its called an emergency for a reason. Then they claimed their schedule is full. After that they try to recommend other dentist which Im pretty sure I already called. If your listing is under emergency dental services maybe you should state that they dont offer that to nonpatients. At least the places I called so far wished they could fit me because they do help nonpatients but the places that are open they were completely booked.

I am relatively new to Oglethorpe Family Dental but each one of my visits has been great. My check in and check out process always went smoothly and I was taken right in to see the dentist. I never had to wait long which was great. I highly recommend.

My first appointment was great. Quickly in and out. Second, not so much. I arrived early and then waited almost a half hour before giving up because I had places to be. Really frustrating.

Oglethorpe Family Dental is the best office I have ever been too. The entire staff makes you feel like family no matter long you have been a patient. In addition, they are the most caring and friendly staff which is very comforting.

Im a little late with this review. My second visit was to get a cavity filled, upon my arrival the Dentist said he could not do the filling because of a bleeding disorder I have. I told the Dentist that I just had my wisdom teeth extracted a few months ago and nothing regarding my bleeding disorder was needed during that procedure. Now due to him chickening out I have no insurance now and can not afford to get the filling done.

I guess there ok if you have an appointment but If you break a tooth or a filling comes out you best look for another dental office. I sat for three hours before giving up and driving to another dentist in downtown Hinesville where I was seen within an hour. Needless to say, I have a new Dentist.

Be very careful, do not trust this fraudulent people. They did an X-ray on my wife and mentioned she had a cracked tooth that has to be removed. We went to a second opinion because she didnt felt nothing. The second doctor show to us that she dont have any cracks etc (X-ray). We are in a process to initiate an formal Human Health & Service investigation.

I sat in the office for over an hour and a half to get my teeth cleaned, before walking out! Ill find a different dentist!

Decitefull or under educated staff. Never give a doctor or dentist your social security number.

They are slow to begin with and if you have an emergency plan on being there all day. Even regular services such as getting a filling take months here to get done.

Johnson Dental is a well ran office, appointments are always on time and everything is organized.

This Is the worst dental ive ever been to my appointment was at 945 its 12pm still havent been seen If u looking for a dentist for your family I would tell u to look else were they are rude and do not care if u been here for hours find another dentist not this one u will be disappointed.
