The prices are to high for the services. They encouraged the young woman doing my services to offer me more and more services to boost my price point. I will not go back here. There is no privacy, it doesn’t feel elegant at all, there are boxes of products between/behind every pedicure station which is sloppy. Prices are high like an upscale salon. They were sweeping all around the customers while services were given. Very disrespectful. I did not observe the tech use and cuticle softener, callus remover, or sanitizing spray. Just plain water and after the cuticle work was started. Again, worst I’ve seen anywhere. If I could give minus stars I would.

Got my wedding nails done here! While these were not exactly what I asked for and what I showed to the tech, they are absolutely gorgeous. Love them! Took 45 minutes total.

Will not be going back to this place again. Told the women at the front exactly what my friend and I wanted. Communication was poor because the nail tech painted my friends nails when she wanted them dipped. When my friend said something about it the nail tech got an attitude. When it came to my nails they didnt do the cuticle and cut them shorter than I wanted. Also paint was just messy and I was being rushed away. Took a total of 20 min. This is a place that you are in and out and if your expecting them to take a good amount of time so your nails look good then dont go here. Lesson learned $140 wasted.

My very first time going to NY nails and it was the worst experience Ive ever had. Theres no reason to spend bout $100 for fill-in, pedi & brows and not be completely happy. My polish peeled off the very next day. Went back to get it re-polished to only have to go back the following day because 2 more nails were peeling. Look at my nails yesterday the same nail i had re-polished the 1st time guess what?! its peeling again. The girl that did my brows I had to tell her to fix it. At some point you get tired of going back for the same mess. Looking at my nails you wouldnt believe I went and got them done last Wednesday.

They did a good job on my nails but I guess they get anyone to do your pedicure. I paid $42 for my gel toenails to peel off a few days later. I got them done on the 24th and the gel polish came off not even a week later. The girl that did my pedicure also did it in a short amount of time so I had a feeling it wasnt right. I have came to them a few times before & I have noticed that they get amateurs to do pedicures.

Finally found a nail shop that I like in Greenville very happy with Nail techs. Even though they are very busy the wait time is not bad. There is plenty of staff.

I went to receive a fill-in with a design but instead was giving a entire new set which was nothing like what i asked for . After expressing how I didn’t receive what I desired, I was blamed for the failed service and was tried to be charged extra . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! Here’s what i got vs. what I requested .

So I hate leaving bad reviews if you look at my others I usually only leave good ones .however I feel people should know this ...I purchased a basic pedicure the first time I went . Well second time I purchase to 70 doller pedicures for a 70 min treatment ....left a bad review because I was in and out in 45 min . Well they gave me a credit for that and I respect them trying . So today I went and got the 70 dollar 70min treatment again .I was in and out in 45 min . The girl I had was great and did a good job but still was not 70 min 70 dollar worth . Also when I went to use my credit I was asked to take my last review down . I did however I think it was rude unprofessional and made me highly embarrassed. Unfortunately I will not be going back .

I absolutely lovedddd this salon. There was no wait time and I had a acrylic set and pedicure. The lady who did was nails is named Nancy I 10/10 recommend her!!! My total was $117 but you get a 3% discount when paying with cash so my total ended up as $114.

Didnt cut off cuticles. Painting was sloppy and uneven. Left with just as much acrylic on my skin as was on my nails. Nails are not smooth they are bumpy. Was there maybe 20 minutes start to finish then the guy rush me out the chair!

So i got the triple lashes and a fill in, my lashes look cute and im super happy and will be back to get them filled.my nails are cute but he burnt the mess out of me.. like with the electric file, he filed my nails down too much in some spots and when he put the acrylic on, it burned while drying AND the led dryer burnt the hell out of me... but my nails are cute and beauty is pain right?

Always a pleasure. Everyone is nice and very professional. Ive seen a few rude customers come in and act a fool, but the staff still keeps a professional attitude. I admire the staff for all they do and have to deal with.

First off, I loved the pedicure. Lily was great. But my nails? My god. My cuticles are cut up, and the accent nail is nothing like I wanted, the color on my other nails are great but the lengths are uneven as ever. They aren’t filed straight either. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place for your manicure. Absolutely not worth $102 that I spent. I won’t be going back.

Ive visited several times and has the same pedicure experience. Nails left unshaped, polish missed on spots or to thick on other nails. The work on finger nails is always excellent, just need to find the right person for a pedicure.

Service was good with pedicure OK for nails price is high And they up charge for everything giving shipping your nails which most places I believe consider that part of the manicure

I was denied services because I have a service dog. My dog is professionally trained and was wearing a service vest. I was stopped at the door and I was told that the employees are scared of dogs and we could not come into the business. I explained the ADA laws and they told me to leave. If you want to run a business in the United States you need to know the laws in the United States.

I asked for round shape nails ended up with some being round and square. The paint job was horrible and lumpy! The lady knew I didn’t like my nails and continued. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund they would fix them. Why would I trust someone to fix them when I didn’t have a good expensive the first time. First and last time!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I asked them to take my acrylic nails off and put gel polish on my natural nails. I’ve had acrylics taken off enough times to know that your supposed to soak them to take them off. The girl that did my nails ripped my acrylics right off my finger using a larger sized acrylic nail. This was so painful that it literally RIPPED my natural nails off that I was wanting to get painted. They then charged me for “taking off” my nails. If I wanted to painfully rip them off I could’ve done so myself. It was a completely unprofessional and terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to go somewhere that doesn’t care and won’t take their time with their customers.

I have been going to them for a year. Although they are more on the expensive side but the quality is everything. I love them ! I’ve referred so many people toThem . Yesterday I was having a bad day, to go in and relax I got my feet and eyebrows done. When it was time to get a fill in Nancy did my nails. She was so rude and nasty because I wanted gel polish. She kept shaking her head and rolling her eyes and telling a coworker what I was getting. She frowned upon the polish because “it doesn’t go on long nails and last” yet I’ve gotten polish over it before and it’s fine. After she was rude I complained to the front desk and started to walk out but he begged me to finish. After having a bad day and trying to relax NANCY made my day so much worse!!!! I still recommend them for the quality but do NOT sit in Negative Nancy’s chair!!!!!

Dont go here. Every other shape besides square is $5 more, and the square looks absolutely awful. I get my nails done all the time and this was the worst my nails have ever looked. It took the person who did my nails probably 20 mins to do them and he didnt even do my sns the right way. Never going here again. I payed $47 for them.

I got a basic pedicure with gel polish and the polish started chipping THE SAME WEEK! Also it seemed as if the guy I had was rushing. Definitely not one of my best pedicures…

It took a max of 15 mins and it shows! He immediately started without even asking what shape I wanted. Threw some color samples at me, and made me make a color decision in 2 seconds after they couldnt understand what color I was asking for in the first place. Even after I showed them a pic. Then he rushed it all on and in the pic you can see the results of this rushed service!!!

I went here to get a acrylic gel nail set its been barely three weeks and three of my nails have popped off. The customer service was great from the nail techs but the work done was not worth the amount they charged. I did not like the way the dip powder was laid and the shape of my nails. I paid $52 for this set just for the nails to start popping off Im very displeased.

I will not go here every again! Went for a gel pedicure. From the moment I sat down the guy Alex T asked me 3 times within a 5 min period what color and I told him to give me time to choose. He seemed very rushed and did not trim my cuticles nor did he trim and shape my toenails. I asked him and he said he did but I told him he didnt. And I pointed and showed him he didnt. The paint job was sloppy and he asked me was I satisfied and I told him NO while I was in the chair. He rushed me out of the chair and I was done in 15 mins! I complained to the staff when I got ready to pay and told them I wasnt leaving a tip bc he didnt do everything and the paint was sloppy. I had errands to run and came back to complain to ladies at register and they offered to have them redone b/c they cant give refunds. I called the next day and the lady mgr said it was ok to come back to get everything redone free of charge and when I got there, there was a man that says he was the manager and said they could do the cuticles and nail trim and shaping without having to remove my gel polish. And I told him thats not what the female mgr promised me. He was very hostile and irritated and I told him I didnt pay $42 to have a 15 min sloppy gel pedicure. I want the full service redone and I wasnt leaving until I got it. I told him to send a lady over and dont send Alex over again. We went back and forth and argued a a couple mins but finally he sent a female over and she did a better job but basically made excuses for Alex and said they have to get customers in and out as fast as possible. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Daisy! I’ve been going to New York nails for almost a year or so now, and have always had a good experience. Today I got a manicure and eyebrow wax. Daisy is the sweetest nail tech I have ever met. I’ve been getting my nails done since high school so I have had many experiences with many different nail techs. As a former cosmetologist, I can honestly say she was very clean and professional! Instruments were used that came out of a sterile bag, so I was assured cleanliness! We carried on a great conversation about our kids and family and it was just such a pleasant experience! I hope Daisy stays there for awhile because I definitely will be asking for her everytime I can! We discussed micro blading my eyebrows and I am definitely considering letting her do them! I can’t say enough how sweet Daisy was! I highly recommend her! ❤️

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years so that’s why im not putting a 1 for my recent experience. I decided to get a normal gel manicure for my trip. On the second day of my trip my gel was lifting and getting caught in my hair because the person painted the coats too thick. When i came back from my trip i came to the salon to tell them what happened, and that the person who did my nails in the first place looks like they dont typically do nails and just does pedicures. The front desk man said I waited too long to get them fixed, but am I supposed to leave my trip, get my nails fixed, then go back on my trip? From now on I’m only letting Kelvin do my nails. He never disappoints.

I was waiting for a pedicure and saw a girl who had gotten her eyebrows done. The technician cut a giant bald spot in her eyebrow. I could even see it from where i was sitting, but the lady at the counter kept arguing with her saying she had to pay anyway. Then the lady at the counter said she was a manager, and told another customer about the girl with the eyebrow issue. Super unprofessional. The girls eyebrow was clearly REALLY messed up, anyone could see it, but she kept arguing trying to make her pay for something that was messed up bad. Needless to say after that unprofessional scene, I got up and left before my pedicure and went somewhere else. They didnt even offer the girl an apology or anything. It was unbelievable.

I went yesterday with my husband because a friend recommended them to me. We went out with our feet, just as we entered, they only put our feet in boiling water, they applied cream and removed the cuticle. We paid 93 plus a 7 dollar tip that they made us leave, OMG !! I cant believe it and they were rushing us to leave because they had so many people! they are super stupid. and all the time talking and laughing in their language they made me feel super uncomfortable

I have been going there for a couple years and they always do a fabulous job. They even stand behind their work and do nail repairs for FREE! I always see Kevin and he does a fantastic job and he is fast!

Today was the first day I left completely satisfied. David did an amazing good and fast at that!

I love NY Nails and Spa. Ive been there twice now. Once alone, and once with my 10 yr old daughter.Both times the service was just the right balance of professional and friendly. My job makes it so that I can only go about an hour and a 1/2 before they close which puts me leaving pretty much right as they are trying to go home. Never have I gotten the feeling that I was being rushed out so they could go. And, my fingernails and toenails have always looked just as good as ones done any other time of the day. This past visit was a wonderfully, relaxing visit and exactly what I needed. Well worth the cost and time.Thank you!

This is the only nail salon I go too, my first visit was amazing me and my hubby went for a pedicure and I received nail services. We go at least twice a month I love the staff and the front desk attendants are friendly and professional. Unfortunately we went yesterday and our visit was off we received our usual pedicures and I got a full set. I had to call the young lady who did my pedicure to place oil on my feet and my nails are sore today because Anna who does amazing work was a little rough with filing my nails. I will say once I said something about my feet the lady manager quickly addressed the issue. It’s a great place however they need to be a little more considerate of the clients.

I came in for an acrylic toe nail repair. Not sure if they don’t do this service often but they did a rushed job. My toe nail was big, bulky, and uneven. Then I was asked did I want my eyebrows done.. ??. Would try to go to them for any other service but acrylic toe nails.

Horrible customer service! They overcharged me for polish that I did not ask for! Terrible terrible service my nail tech caught an attitude with me because he didn’t understand what I was asking for, he ignored me when I asked if he did understand and was clearly talking about me in another language. Overall it was awful experience and I will never be returning and will tell everyone that I know not to.

Relaxing at its best!!! From the pedicure and massage to the manicure and sipping wine!!! Every two weeks Im loving it!!!

I have gone here a many a time but today not only do want to railroad me on the price since I brought my own lashes...they tell I didnt bring individual lashes but a triple lash...no my darling this the brand I always use and have brought this type before. I was utterly disgusted because the manager wanted to act like I was incompetent and that made it worse.

Great place! Facility was spacious and clean (important)!! My entire family went at the same time which included the hubby, 3 children, son-n-love, sons girlfriend and 2 grandchildren. They were able to accommodate us all to have a pedicure at the same time. They even had a princess chair available for my granddaughter. We were all in and out pretty quick and we all had great service. I would definitely go back and would certainly recommend others to go.

Really love this place. Kevin does an amazing job; however, I work on a tight schedule and have always made an appointment. Called today to make an appointment and was told it had to be more than 3 hrs. in advance. Never been told that ever. They open at 10, I need an appt for 1230 (my lunch) but would not schedule me. I have never been turned down for an appt before and usually call the same way, same time every time. I have been a customer since they opened. Guess Ill be looking a new place to accommodate my schedule.

My husband got me a pedicure and facial for our anniversary. When we got there, we were immediately ushered to our pedicure chairs as I convinced my husband to get one as well. We had Alex and Katie and I can not say enough about them. The mall closed at 7pm so I was unable to get my facial because Alex wanted to take his time on my pedicure. Offered wine with smiling faces. Business was clean and neat. All Covid protocols were followed. Leg massages were amazing. Would recommend and will definitely be back.

I went in to get a pedicure Saturday and a manicure Sunday due to work schedule. However, Lele was my tech both days and both days she rushed through the process. Upon really looking close at the finish product, it was subpar. There were smudges on my fingernails. The quality just was not there. Will not be returning.

Extremely overpriced. I paid $86 for a pedi and a polish change. The polish change alone was $30. No fill in or fullset. Just a polish change on 6 nails. And the two young ladies they have working registers are rude and unprofessional. I regret coming here and will never come to this nail salon again.

It has been a while since I have went to the nail salon. I used to go faithfully but life happens and it wasn’t a priority anymore. Needless to say I was nervous about finding a new “regular” spot. I am so glad I took a chance and treated myself. Antony did my pedicure and manicure and I am so pleased. He really gave me that relaxation and treatment I needed. I have naturally long nails with a gel overlay sometimes I cut off and do tips w/gel polish & designs. I was a 10+ year client with my old nail tech who moved during the pandemic so I was referred by a coworker to see Nancy @ New York Nails, where I have been for over a year now. I stick with (1) nail tech because not all of them know how to use those Drills!!! I started out going to Nancy💗 & fell in love! She is easy going, quick & she talks to you in English you can understand. After a year I routinely give my natural nails a break & soak off, cut down for 3ths before going back to drilling, gel etc.Because the shop is located in mall, the hours are 7p or 8pm closing. So I have to try morning with my work schedule.In March I got a Young girl tech & (The Guy).per the owner. I took my gels nails off completely, cut natural nails off etc. I wanted Nancy but the owner said she could not do unless I was getting fullest back on!!!🤔So I got the (young girl tech)😡 did not know how to use the drill, it was hot and cutting my cuticle. The young girl tech was Rushing( please watch tape) grabbing pulling my hands, she ruined my natural nail, put gobbs of gel polish on to cover up bumps & dents in my natural nail. I was done with her at this point!!. She watched on as The (Guy😡) did the exact same burning of drill, cuts & not listening to me say it freaking hurts...so I saw walk by. I asked her to Please help me. Hannah dismissed them both!! ( Hannah❤Tech) who has been helpful each visit with a more professional attitude FIXED my nails & finished my toes.On 4/3, I went in @ 6ish @ the owner gave me a ( the Guy🤬again) The Guy did not speak or understand English well..the Guy started drilling off gel polish hard & fast, it was burning & hot, he cut me twice in a few mins. I asked owner to Tell (the Guy) to soak off instead!!! 97%soaked off, I still have some gel on nails when I left. I finally could not get the Guy to stop cutting me or understand with the help of Nail tech translating my request to the Guy. I decided not to get my gel back on my nails, I did not get my feet done at all! I asked for cotton candy polish so I could just be done. The Guy came back more than twice with gel polish I did not ask for. The nail tech beside him again translated my request which he still did not understand, she strugged her shoulders as if he was getting on her nerves not listening to my request. The Guy put one coat & clear & got up & left me sitting there & went to next pedi per the owners request. If you watch the tape the client( lady) next to me expressed to me as we washed our hands, she should not have came back after last experience which was very similar to my own last experience! I saw ( Hannah❤) and wanted to ask her to do nails/ feet but she was busy.Overall,New York Nails is a good shop but they need to send a FEW of their Techs back to training before they truly hurt someone!! I will be returning but Avoiding those Two techs or I will not be getting service!!

Went in with my sisters/nieces today and we all didn’t receive the services we expected. Especially for the pay. I usually see Kenny and he was not in today. I wished I had waited because my nails look like the person who did it had the shakes, holes in the paint and half azz acrylic. On top of that they forgot about me and I was waiting for over 25 mins to be seen. Everybody nails look a mess and we all disappointed. Not to mention the nasty attitudes and the worker’s fussing. Never again and if I do go I will make sure I see KENNY.

Took her for a birthday treat, manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. She was extremely pleased. Wait times can be somewhat lengthy as expected with this type of establishment. Located in the mall where food is accessible a few feet away. Only downside is you cant wait inside if youre not getting a procedure done. Even though I was the one paying had to wait outside. That was understandable but still a little annoying. About $100 bucks for all three. Again similar pricing to others if not in the high side a bit. Her smile was worth it even if my wallet want so happy.⚡⚡⚡

I went in for a pedicure and advised her not to cut my toe nail. I’m not sure if she just didn’t understand English or what but she did exactly what she wanted to do..cut my nails toe nail extremely short!! Then keep begging me to get gel polish or what damn toe nails you cut them all stupid

Waited over an hour just for a full set. Seen people come after me and get in a chair before me. Finally left after waiting an hour and 30 minutes. No one even came to check on me.

Service was great! I got a full set and a pedicure and was out in under 2 hours. Y nails are perfect and exactly what I asked for. The employees were super nice and really made me feel like they cared about the work they were doing! I have definitely found myself a new place to go!

I told the lady my foot bath was dirty and I sat there waiting for her to clean it. Instead she threw a bag over it and proceeded to fill it. Then my gel nail polish bubbled up and I asked for it to be fixed and she told me it was a 45 min wait to fix. Will not go back.

I usually have a great time and great service but this time was very different. When the young lady was applying the acrylic mix, my fingers were burning like I have never experienced. She ignored me telling her about this 3 times and I had to physically pull my hand from her to get her to acknowledge it. She continued on drilling, and my fingers continued to burn. As she was drilling, she cut my fingers TWICE and it bled quite a bit, after this I asked for someone else to finish my nails. This experience was not worth the price I paid!

We come every 3 weeks, 2 pedicures, I get a gill in and my eyebrows done. Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this establishment!!! Anna does my nails and all I do is sit down and she does amazing work!!!
