Great customer service ! Opening day & close to closing time, but staff very friendly & personable! Ive got a very simple cut & the back turned out great but the top/bangs not so much. Had to redo those myself. But overall good job for great price.

Dissappointed to find out our normal guy, Zachariah doesnt work here anymore, but being as though we travel all over the country, we always trust SmartStlye with our haircare needs. Based on what were used to paying all over the country, (you can check the average price lists online) THIS particular SmartStyle over charges!😤. My reciept stated $10 for ”length/condition, $20 for a style, which was a BASIC blow dry with NO hair products, that wasnt even a blow-out, and $17 dollars for a deep condition which they entered in as specialty conditoner! Zacariah charged $8 dollars for a shampoo, and $5 for a deep condition for my husband and I and he even threw in some two-strand twists!When I came in, Melanie didnt even scrub my scalp, even after she was informed that my scalp is oily. She handed me over to Barbara once she started conditoning and detangling.I couldve gotten some braids or twistrom chicky-chick from craigslist for that for and wouldnt even have had to go anywhere.I was charged this price even after stating to Barbara that I wasnt satifsied with Melanies wash. My hair doesnt even feel clean and Ill have to wash sooner than I should for a service I overpaid for! 😢 Look at the price lists to compare what I paid and tell me if you consider this a style, again, no hair products!😢.Now the bottom of the receipt says Satisfaction guaranteed whithin 7 days of service so my husband and I called Barbara and she told us those are the prices and told us to call the manager. So we called the manager and he told us that our price dispute was wasnt valid and neither was my dissatisfication with my hair wash and style which I made known to the stylist.Lies and Crooks and do not honor satisfaction guarantees I feel robbed!

This. Establishment is the worse customer service I literally loss 80 percent of my hair from over processing. . I reached out to the owner he could care less about the situation. Ive purchased wigs deep conditions trying to save my hair. Im totally depress because a womans hair is her glory. DONT ALLOW THE BUSINESS TO DESTROY YOUR HAIR ALSO LIFE THE WAY IVE BEEN DONE

Zechariah is the only person I trust with my hair. I love that I can go to him and tell him to do what he thinks and it always comes out better than anything that I could have picked myself! I have a tendency to do crazy things with my hair color and not only does he fix my mistakes, but he doesn’t give me a hard time for doing them in the first place, unlike so many other hairstylists. He’s highly skilled and he’s so fun to be around. I no longer dread salon appointments.He’s the best!

Zechariah is absolutely amazing!! The first time I saw him, I showed him a picture of a haircut my son wanted. He glanced at the picture and perfectly replicated the haircut within 15-20 minutes. This specific haircut involved intricate fading and razor cut lines, which immediately showcased Zechariahs impeccable talent. After our experience with him, my son and I knew we wouldnt go to anyone else.

Worse walk in styling place. Assistance manager needs not only classes in managerial training but also customer relationships. Dont use time wisely. Complains about customers. Puts one off from going. Very nervous person. Manager needs to take more interest in place, instead of agreeing with assistant without being there to really see what is happening. Real owner of place needs to visit. This was in the past a happy and clean well run facility.

Will never go back. I had a bad color/cut at the Easley SC store so management gave me a 40.00 gift card, so I used it. 😡 I had asked the girl beforehand and even showed her a picture. Yes, she said, “I know how to do that.” I wanted blonde highlights and came out with red ( where she did not allow the product to finalize), my grey, and partial parts of blonde. My cut an inverted bob - all I can do is laugh. These girls do not have the skills to produce the claims made by the salon.
