Honestly speaking, I would find another orthodontist. If you choose to go with WBS, plan on: waiting a month to get an appointment; getting sub-par orthodontic treatment; over communication in the form of emails, phone calls, and texts about your upcoming appointment - but absolutely no communication on the progress of your treatment. God for bid you miss a payment one month... plan on getting collection-like calls from billing. Youll also get the look and condescending tone when you are told they can not even book the next appointment untill you are paid up. Plan on a cold, impersonal atmosphere - where not one person remembers your name (even after 2 and a half years) and a robotic, transactional structure to the entire process. Plan on, after going through 2 or more years of treatment, finding another orthodontist to fix the damage done by White Brown Smiles.

We have really liked White-Brown Smiles. The staff is kind and courteous, especially with a sore mouth. We definitely recommend!

My daughter has been coming to this office for about a year now. Everyone is always extremely helpful and kind. They are super nice to my daughter and make her feel comfortable at every visit.

I went to Dr Cauble prior to White Brown Smiles and she actually finished a job that he wouldnt. In the middle of my treatment he had 4 teeth removed. At the end of the 2 years, he told me my teeth wouldnt move any further and I would need veneers! However, when he left Mrs. Brown continued my treatment and she got all 4 spaces to close. Im definitely satisfied with that. The only reason it wasnt 5 stars bc the wait time is a little bit longer.

I’m surprised at all of the negative reviews. I’ve had nothing but positive experience since Dr. White Brown took over this practice. I was seen by Dr. Cauble for 3 years until he retired. He was ready to call it quits on me and remove my braces when my smile was nowhere near ready. Dr. White Brown could see that my teeth weren’t straight yet and has given me very good care since she took over. I have a couple specific requests with my treatment and they listen and address them every time, and I’ve never had a problem with my appliances or the staff. It’s been a seamless transition and I’m very satisfied.

This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been too. I really wish I cannot even give them a star. Their staff is really rude every time I go there it’s a problem. Literally a waste of money...I’d rather pay another orthodontist then these rude unprofessional people. It’s always a problem when scheduling my appointments and they always want me to pay early or else I won’t get seen I’m just sick of their bs and they need to be either shut down or new staff because it’s ridiculous and really uncomfortable the lady’s at the front desk have an attitude problem and I can’t deal I’ll take my money elsewhere where I know I can get better service and a better experience going to my appointments.

This practice has became very unprofessional since it has become White Brown smiles. Ive been coming to this office for over 3 years when it was originally under doctor Cauble who his self, and staff were amazing, but unfortunately he retired and White Brown smiles took over. This staff is horrible and very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Ive never had an issue with an appointment or anything I needed prior to White Brown smiles coming in and taking over the practice. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this paractice because youre not treated with care hopefully this review will help you make a informed decision to go to a more professional, and established orthodontist practice...

Im doing another review i just feel like its needed ...i have recently changed to a new orthodontist but i have my new appointment in a few weeks ...i still have the same wires on my braces from white brown smiles and they were not synched properly ..every time i eat the littlest thing the wire pops out of place and i spend 15 to 20 mins trying to get the wire back through the hole it goes through(which just happened and my gums started bleeding from trying to force the wire through the hole) this has been happening ever since i got my braces on almost 10 months ago here..just a warning to everyone make sure you are getting good service

Ever since Dr Cauble (retired ) left it’s been a disaster ..... Split in my teeth has came back . I’ve had these on my teeth for a year and some change now my split didn’t start coming back until now . Very unprofessional . I wish I would of known better and went somewhere else with my business rather than coming here to throw my money in the trash and with that being said wish I would of never referred the people (3) . NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT BY THE BBB ,Your team is horrible and needs to be reevaluated far as their attitude , on job training by REAL professionals and You need to get it together , because if you keep getting 1 Stars you wont be in business for long ...

Theyre extremely rude and are not very caring when it comes to issues and treat them like its their biggest inconvenience.
