I would highly recommend Novus!! There was a miss up with my Jada first appointment to get her braces put on. Of course like any mom taking hours off work. I immediately got aggravated. But Melissa the office manager and the treatment coordinator( cant remember her name). Both apologized and stepped up and agree to take on extra work, while they were short staff and booked so that my daughter could get her braces. There entire team along with Dr. Cooper made OUR first experience Run SMOOTHLY!!! Very professional hard working team.

This is a mid-treatment review, not finished yet, but were very pleased with Novus service and kindness so far.Although initially the glue for my daughters braces was not holding up very strongly, they quickly got us scheduled to come in for repair whenever it happened. There was never a question about whether she was chewing hard candy, nor mention of any charges if the braces continued to have issues. My daughter was taking mindful care of her braces, but they gave us the benefit of the doubt, without question.They are friendly. The receptionist is quick to answer the phone and has answers for you within no time. The doctor had a conversation with me once while he did his work, getting to know the family background a little.They are straight-forward, clean and professional. Dont expect the highest-end beautiful waiting room, granite counters or plants and fountains - none of the bells and whistles that many places heap upon you to make you feel good about your choice - because in fact their cost is a quite heap as well.We have been to another orthodontist in years past. They did great, were very polite, and they had the most comfortable and updated everything you could imagine. However, it was very expensive. We switched to Novus this time out of necessity - and anyway it had excellent reviews. It was the best choice we could have made!This place proves there are professional orthodontics out there who are responsive to your needs, polite and flexible, and charge you about about half as much as others. You lack nothing, you save a lot.I will update as our service continues to a finish, but Im only grateful so far.

Great orthodontics staff! We loved Dr. Goodman and after our phase 2 consultation with Dr. Cooper, we know that we will love him as well. Dr. Copper was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question we threw his way and made my daughter feel comfortable about her next phase of orthodontic care. We will definitely recommend him and his staff to others!

I love Novus Orthodontics, they have the best service and amazing employees. Candace was very amazing and careful with my braces also put a lot of attention to what she was doing. I truly think other people should check out this place filled with amazing people and amazing service!

Very pleasant and helpful. The staff was extremely helpful and informative. I can appreciate a Doctor who isnt just out to make big bucks but will tell you the truth whether that means not making as much money.

As an adult patient, I highly recommend this practice. I actually drive down from NC to go to them because I knew it was the right fit after the consultation. They listen to your concerns about how you feel treatment is progressing and discuss options to ensure you will be happy with the end result. This is my second time with braces and will be my last!

I just love this orthodontist, I went to get me a color change the other day and they did me some good. My teeth poppin and everything. Dr.Goodman did an amazing job so far. They were always soo nice. Every time I broke a bracket they were so nice about it. And so I was worried about nothing🤣.The first time I was about to get braces, I would be so nervous and thought I was going to be judged and really embarrassed. But when Dr.Goodman came he cheered me up and told me that there is nothing to be afraid of cause after this you will have beautiful strong teeth. So if u ade looking for a funny, amazing, orthodontist I suggest to come to the one I am at🥰🥰 I promise it is amazing

We had the best results from the braces, always had a good time during the visits, phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say. So Ive been going to Dr. Goodman for my invisalign treatment for about 3 months. So in between getting impressions for my new trays he decided to fix two K-9 looking teeth. I had always been insecure about them, but I was so afraid that would look fake after they were done. He made them look perfect and cant even tell theyre fake. I wish Id met him a long time ago. I lived almost 38 years insecure about my teeth and smile. Oh, him and his staff are the friendliest you could ever meet.

Dr Goodman and all his staff are the bomb! The doc is upfront and personal, showing interest in my son and his accomplishments. He is smart and shares some of his holistic approaches with us since we showed interest. He even gave me a free treatment when I came in the office with an injury (and I’m just the mommy).My son David appreciates having the same people working with him at each appointment. Now that they have the open environment, we get to befriend others as well.We never have a problem getting in for an emergency visit when needed. Everyone in the office is friendly and they even had an employee pumpkin carving contest for customers to vote on! Thanks for the positive experience.

My husband and I took our daughter for a consultation. We saw a Dr. Goodman. Upon speaking with my daughter to get to know her my daughter told him she had allergies and was taking medicine. He told her that there are natural things for her to take instead... so you dont have to take the medicine. He began to brag about knowing holistic things and natural remedies and how hes always in school learning. I told Dr. Goodman that my husband and I are both Registered Nurses; and that we understand the use of holistic medicines. My husband told him how we use natural things and he said well, I will like you anyway. He then began to ask my husband what is going on with your face? My husband told him it was due to injuries related to a dog bite to his face. This man begins to tell my husband how my husband remembers everything about the event and how he needs to get over it. I told Goodman he needed to stop, that we were there for an orthodontic consultation for our daughter and the appointment should be about her. He said he appreciated my honesty and began to examine my daughter. He said he always looked for an opportunity to offer advice. I was insulted by the unprofessional behavior of this dentist. If he wants to do psychoanalysis, he should get a counseling degree and do so but not try to play psychologists to his patients. I cant imagine sending my daughter there and what other analysis he would do and other things he would suggest outside the scope of the orthodontic treatment. To be honest, he scared my daughter. As a masters prepared nurse, I know the importance of establishing rapport in a professional manner, while remaining respectful. I think this dentist needs to learn how to separate his dental practice from his personal views and preferences. He may have a lot of knowledge but I did not ask for a family analysis. I wanted to get information about an orthodontic treatment plan for my daughter. I did try to call the office and speak with the assistant that was in the room with us. I asked to speak to the office manager and was transferred to a voice mail. I left my name and number. The only reason I am giving a one star is because it would not let me post unless I rated my experience. There should be a negative star rating as well. This was a horrible experience!!!!

Dr Goodman And these ladies Go Above And Beyond to my experience Awesome Everytime..i wasnt Sure if Id Be able to get braces when I first came because I went through a divorce but with the payment plan they offered and just moral support in general.. I survived the divorce and now my teeth are gorgeous.. I love these people
