My daughter’s wedding is coming up, so she came here for a consultation about microblading. The first girl was super nice, even though she definitely pushed other (very expensive) treatments that she wasn’t there for. She may have considered some of the other treatments, but the next person, (Alisha) was extremely pushy and wouldn’t even give her a print out of the pricing information unless she paid the full amount of over $8000 first. Ridiculous!! How does this place stay in business??? Never again!

CoolSculpting was a lot more comfortable than I thought. My aesthetician was really nice, friendly, and gentle. I even fell asleep during the procedure. Dying to see my results in the coming weeks. Fingers crossed!

Microneedling is seriously not painful at all. My microneedling sessions with them have definitely helped my acne scars. My skin is looking more and more fresh and rejuvenated after my monthly session.

I do not understand how this place has so many reviews that are positive. I went here for a consultation for Botox and fillers. My consultation was with a man named Jonathan. He was too busy trying to cut me off and too busy trying to push a sale I couldn’t even really get my full questioning in, for it was my first time ever being in a medical spa seeking consultation for services. So when I asked him the price for everything (Botox and fillers) he told me that for everything it would be under $400. At one point Jonathan left the room and went and mixed up Botox planning to do it today after I already told him I was just there for a consultation. So when I made my appointment to get the services of Botox and filler‘s I expected to pay $400. So I show up for my appointment and I get my services and then when I go to go pay. The receptionist and I got into an argument and she put all the blame on me like I misunderstood what her technician said when I know very well that was not the case. She kept saying, “I’m sorry for YOUR misunderstanding.”When you ask, “how much for everything we discussed today?” And the answer the service provider said was 400$, you except to pay 400$. And then she wouldn’t budge with me to try to help the situation since I only expected to pay the amount that Jonathan told me when I asked him how much EVERYTHING would be, (he told me only the price of the Botox) and do a payment plan or pay half now and half next week, I got so frustrated and told her to work it out and to stop gaslighting me because I wasn’t going to take responsibility for something her technician told me, that was obviously wrong.So then we get everything figured out and I pay the majority of it and I set up another appointment for two weeks after the original for a check up for my filler, and that I would be paying the remainder at that appointment.Today they just tried to charge my card, twice, because the receptionist that I got into an argument with my original appointment put down in the notes that I said that I can pay on the 13th. Which was wrong, clearly. And I know I did not say the 13th because that wouldn’t make any sense when I get paid on the 15th. So why would I tell somebody to charge my card on the 13th or at all on the 13, when I said that I can pay the remainder of my balance on the 19th at my appointment.And now that my fillers are settled, (my technician Stephanie, whose personality is wonderful and perfect), but she didn’t listen to what I wanted. I said to Stephanie I wanted to enhance my cupids bow area and make it more Predominant because it was perfect naturally and I just wanted to make it more sharp, it’s now rounded. (I wanted fillers to just exchange my lips, not completely change me. So I wanted to enhance what I already naturally had) So now I’m going to have to live with these fillers for a year, or buy for them to be dissolved and then spend more money at a more professional place to achieve what I just spent 675$ on.)For a first time person going to a medical spa my experience here was complete and total trash. And after doing months of research around the area for medical spas I thought this place would be the best and I was so wrong.If you are a first time person going to medical spa please stay clear of this place.

Ive been to quite a few HORROR shows when it comes to medspas, but Back to 30 has been a blessing ever since I found them. They know what it means to be professionals.

I bought 5 hair removal laser sessions in Back to 30 for $1500. I had two full package sessions last year. It was very painful, even with my own numbing cream, but I get excellent results. Half of my hairs was gone. I was very pleased.Unfortunately this year sessions was very different. It was same very painful but I did not lost hairs on my third session. When I come on my fourth session, I told my Esthetition, that I did not lost hairs. She told me that she will do this session some kind different way. She explained me what she going to change, but honestly I already not remember what she told me. Anyway after she did it differentl way, my hair still was same I didn’t lost anything.Thus I had four session total. Because two laser hairs removal did not give me results and I never used my fifth session, I complained to receptionist and ask Back to 30 return me my money for 3 sessions as $900. Receptionist told me, that she will talk with maneger. I did not get email from Maneger and in one month I asked receptionist tell Maneger again. Also I sent more then 10 emails to Backto30 customers support and never got any response. This company just keep my $900 and ignore me.

I had a great time with Back to 30, and Im ready to go back again next week. Its my first time with a med spa so I wasnt very sure what to expect, but they held my hand the entire way through. Thank you Doc!

I had mixed results with my first treatments and discussed my concerns with their trainer. She was very professional and attentive. She made arrangements to remedy my problem that very day. Things dont always work out the first time but they really go out of their way to make the customer happy and keep them satisfied. It is the people (employees) that make a business successful and these guys are really awesome!

My initial contact with Back to 30 was great, but it took a turn when I called to ask about some damage to my skin that occurred during treatment. They were very welcoming in the beginning and got me the treatment that I needed, as well as offered me discounts on my treatment. After my facial laser treatment, I noticed some intense bruising on the lower right side of my face. I called and talked with a lady about my situation and she just said that it was my fault that the bruising had occurred. At the end of the call the gave me a link to a review website and I evaluated the store as 2 stars because of the bruising and no care after it. They then proceeded to remove my review, take me off of the program, I wasn’t allowed to use the “friends and family” discount anymore, and I was no longer able to go to that clinic - based off of my 2 star review.

Will never go here again. Awful experience. Got a terrible lip filler job. Was not happy after initial visit was told to wait. Waited for swelling to go down and was expected to pay another full syringe to fix the issue created in the first place. Ended up with bad lip proportion. Paying a real doctor with actual experience elsewhere. I do not recommend!!!

Had a great experience! My Botox was perfect, very natural and not frozen or heavy! Clear and Brilliant helped me with the lines on my forehead that wouldnt go away! Last but not least my filler for my cheeks and lips was wonderful! Beckie brought my younger youthful look back exactly how I asked her to and performed it perfectly! I could not be happier!

No matter what’s going on I can fit in my Botox or lasers because they have so many locations in the upstate.
