From my very first visit here, I felt at home! After meeting with Dr Felice, I left with all of the confidence I needed! That same day, I scheduled & paid my deposit to have my procedure done. At the time, I was unsure between two options but I eventually narrowed it down. I decided to go with a Mastopexy with implants! I am a 27 year old mom of two that breastfed so I no longer had firmness nor confidence with my breast. Now that I have had my procedure done, I cannot stay out of the mirror! My results are everything I imagined plus more! I am so thankful for Dr Felice & his staff for taking good care of me from start to finish.

First time there based on a referral, the receptionist not too friendly. “Checking in” not a Hello, how are you? or Welcome in! Or even is this your first time here. My appointment was at 11a.m wasn’t seen until 11:45 a.m.My initial thoughts were (what did I get myself into, am I really about to spend thousands with this clinic) But, then I hear my name and it’s Lacey the office manager who I spoke with. She must have sense irritation with my body language. She is awesome and from there my anxiety eased up and the rest of the visit was great! Dr. McFadden Was funny and informative. The treatment was simple and painless. As a Dental Consultant, I teach Dental Offices how to communicate with patients when they run behind. It has been said throughout my career in Dentistry: Its ok for a Medical Office to make patients sit in waiting rooms long after their appointment time, but considered unacceptable for Dental Practices to do the same. When this happens in a Dental Practice, I expect clinical staff to communicate with the patients either directly or through Admin Team members. It alleviates anxiety. Otherwise, patients get a message that their time in not valuable.

I am an extremely shy and introverted person. And even though I want and need Dr McFaddens help, I was so embarrassed about the apt and actually anyone seeing me. ACS has been amazing from beginning, throughout the entire process. Every staff member is friendly and professional from the front desk, to the nurse anesthetist, they are all clearly there to help so you have the best experience possible. Morgan was especially amazing and truly helped calm nerves prior to surgery with her bubbly personality.Dr. McFadden is not only clearly talented at what he does, but also has awesome bedside manners. Very personable and friendly but also straightforward to ensure expectations are realistic. I received a tummy tuck, trunk lipo, thighs lipo and chin lipo. I love how they go the extra step to ensure the best results, like measurement for two compression garments post surgery and providing bromelain in addition to other vitamins and medications.The facility parking can be a bit tight, but the facility itself is very modern and clean. My husband was very comfortable waiting throughout my surgery and the staff were awesome at keeping him up to date.Highly recommend ACS. They’re the best in the upstate and I will definitely be returning for future needs.

The short version- I had a BA done with Dr. McFadden and I love my results! The surgery went smoothly, all of my post-op appts with Morgan made me feel like I was completely taken care of. Morgan was great and always made me feel at ease and I knew exactly what my instructions were every time! I am 3 mos post-op today and am so happy with results!!!The long version- Dr. McFadden is a busy man but knows exactly what he is doing. There were moments during our initial consult that I had my doubts about him, and there were moments where I thought This guy understands exactly what I am asking for. Other than the initial consult, you wont see him again until day of surgery, where he comes in and you have a quick discussion to go over what he is doing and then they wheel you back. So dont go into this thinking that he will be able to sit and talk with you every single time you have a question or concern. However, his team (Morgan was my favorite!!!) they also know what they are doing and will make sure you are taken care of.My reason for 4 starts instead of 5- Five or six weeks (ish) before my surgery, after I had been to consults with other surgeons, I reached out to Dr.McFaddens assistant because I had some additional questions I was hoping to get answered. I called 3 times, left voicemails, and sent an email and she never called me back or returned my email. I understand that they do tons of surgeries all day, every day, and it may seem like nothing to them. But to the patient having the surgery, it is a lot of money and it is scary to think about putting your body through any kind of surgery. So having someone call me back and just help me feel reassured that I was making the right decision, would have been comforting for me personally (and saved me a lot of unnecessary stressing!).To reiterate my initial review- if you want a surgeon that knows what he is doing and how to give you beautiful results in the way you are looking for- Dr. McFadden was amazing and I would recommend him to any of my family or friends.

I went to advanced for years getting Botox and last year I decided to get Fillers in my cheeks. For a year I didn’t want to take pictures because my smile was so off from the fillers, I didn’t even realize that’s what it was until I visited a new surgeons office after moving. I reached out and they said they couldn’t refund my money because I signed a “waiver” which makes no sense to me. I think everyone who works there is nice but the fact they wouldn’t refund after having bad filler placement is enough for me to never go back again. I recently had the filler dissolved at another place (cost me $600+ but I’m so happy I did! My smile is back, and I feel like myself again. I won’t recommend somewhere that doesn’t back up their work if it’s done improperly.

I cant say enough about Dr. Felice and his team. Everyone in the office have been nothing but kind and sweet! I traveled out of state to be seen at this office and I will definitely be back.

Every time I have a facial done by Ashley I chide myself for not doing it more often. Ashley is extremely knowledgable and proficient and she makes the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Plus I love the fact that I look better and feel re-fueled.

I have had nothing but the best experience from all the the staff at ACS. Dr. McFadden preformed my Liposuction and had the nicest bed side manner from the first day I met him for my consult to the morning of my surgery. He was honest and straight to the point always reassuring me as to what I could expect. The nurses took excellent care of me during all of my post-op appointments and the front desk staff were always very welcoming. I look forward to any future procedures to keep me looking young and healthy.

I did a ton of research and traveled from NY for my surgery with Dr. McFadden. I also worked closely with Karysa, Laura, and Kristen in preparation. Everyone was so wonderful and I can’t recommend them enough. They were so accommodating every single step of the way, that I wasn’t even nervous. They’ve offered virtual alternatives for my second post-op follow up and suggested a colleague near me for later follow ups. My procedure was just two days ago. I’m still healing but I’m very happy with my current results and know I’ll be happy with the final. There’s a reason their office is extremely busy.

I’ve gone here a few times for filler. The last time was in 2020, and I still have lumps and bumps from that visit. I have photos from the initial appointment and today, over a year later. At this point, I’ve made an appointment to dissolve the filler and have it done correctly by another office since it has not gone away.

I decided 3 years ago at age 48 to get two tattoos my first ever! I made a huge mistake! Today the lovely young ladies at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery started the surprisingly painless process of tattoo removal.

I was dismissed from this office without seeing the doctor because I would not agree to their legal terms which state that I agree to waive all forms of legal recourse in the event of an issue except for arbitration.Arbitration is fine for a lot of things but this is a medical/surgical provider! OF COURSE I am not willing to waive my full rights under the law, including particular form(s) of recourse! I can not imagine why anyone would sign such an agreement with a surgeon (unless they don’t bother to read it!).To have a medical provider even request that I agree to such terms is ludicrous and unprofessional, not to mention scary. And - this wasn’t a request. It was a demand. If you don’t agree they won’t see you. Period.The girl at the front desk tried to explain to me that I was wrong in my interpretation - but it is super clear what the document says. “Arbitration”, “Wave right to jury trial of peers”. Very clear. She tried to explain it to me the way it had been explained to her - “his lawyers put this together”, “other practices use this same waiver”, “everyone has to sign it”.... none of these things made me feel better about it AT ALL.As a business consultant with medical service providers as clients, I can assure you that these are not acceptable or reputable business practices for a doctor and I highly recommend anyone looking at this caregiver... KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE. Choose someone who doesn’t require you to compromise your legal rights or any forms of recourse to work with them.

I did a nose job 2 years ago and I am not happy with the result at all! I had 3 jobs and worked 3 shifts just to save many and do a rhinoplasty that always wanted to do since I was kid. I feel that I wasted lot of money with a result that I am not happy about at all. I wanted my nose to be smaller but I don’t see that much of difference. People don’t even notice that I did a nose job. I am so disappointed and regretting doing it in this place so bad. I have to say that the staff was so kind and nice to me, but not the result.

I can’t say enough good things. Dr. Felize is fantastic. I’ve never been so happy with Botox injections.... ever. It’s been 10 days- and the results are beautiful. I had a consultation for breast augmentation, the same day I had injections, and SO excited. 13 more days! I wasn’t sure about surgery, going in, but after meeting everyone on the team, I’m in. Kudos, ACS.

Edit: lip filler was not a good job. Very uneven and lost pleasant natural shape that I wanted to accentuate, and, more bothersome, have the notorious lip filler mustache happening on the fuller side. LOL Is there anywhere in Greenville that does an exceptional job with this or do I need to head out of town for it? Atlanta maybe?Botox was a good job, minimal pain and pleasant nurse.

I am very pleased with the results from the Zo Medical Peel! I am still peeling, it’s going on 2 weeks. The Zo Peel has been the strongest most effective peel that I have ever had. The staff has followed up with me after the procedure, to ensure that I didn’t have any concerns.I have been getting all my chemical peels at Dr. McFadden’s office. I always have Ashley apply the chemical peels. I have complete confidence in Ashley’s expertise when applying this advanced chemical peel. First, I have to agree with the other reviews that Dr. Felices bedside manner is second to none. He is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met, and I hate to write this review but I feel I must. In February of last year, I had a mini facelift to tighten the loose skin around the jaw and neck. I was especially concerned about my jowls. I also had full face and throat laser. Dr. Felice assured me that the mini facelift would take care of my jowls (my main concern); however, it did not, and I still have loose skin around my jawline. It doesnt look like I have had anything done. Also, the laser left me with Hypopigmentation on my neck, and it looks horrible. In addition, the whole surgical experience was horrible. I expressed my concern to Dr. Felice after I had recovered from the surgery, but he said he had done all that he could do. Bottom line, I feel like I wasted $$$. Again, he is a very nice doctor, but I just wont return to Advanced Cosmetic. I wish I could post a picture to show you just how terrible my results look.

Dr. Peter Felice did an incredible job with our four year old daughter. Our daughter had an incident with a dog that bit her on the face . Being brand new to the area we had no prior experience or knowledge of any doctors or hospitals nearby. We are forever grateful that we ended up with Dr. Felice who has been amazing with her. We know a four year old child is not his typical patient, but you would have never known. He made the process as easy and painless as possible, making her feel comfortable from the beginning. After moving to Greenville, SC, I was in search of an excellent provider of cosmetic procedures. Quality, respect, and a feeling like a person rather than just a number

I was very disappointed with my visit on October 13th. When I went in the practice I was shocked to see no one wearing masks. The Pandemic Is on the rise, not the other way around. I wish I had left or at least had the courage to say something. I did have on my mask so I may have been a little protected. Two of the medical staff asked me if I wanted them to put on a mask which I felt put me in an awkward position. No other medical facility that I have been in did not wear masks and required patients to wear them.

I decided it was time to try Botox for my face that was slowly getting more lines/wrinkles than what I’d like to see. After researching and reading reviews about Botox and providers, I found Dr. Felice. He was able to make my lines disappear without giving my face a “frozen” look. I feel as though my face has a much younger look which has increased my overall self confidence. Thank you for making me feel so wonderful!

I understood everything that would happen, who would be there for me and I was just totally blown away by the quality of care. Dr Felice was available after hours for emergency calls (which was incredible).The healing process has been effortless, you just have to listen and take their pre op and post op instructions seriously; do them all.My incisions are so small and I can’t see them anyways.I’m 5 weeks out and feel so beautiful. I’m getting tear-y eyed just writing this.This has changed my life, my confidence and ultimately my happiness. I love love love this office and the staff and you would truly be missing out if you chose anyone else.

Dr. Felice was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable when discussing the placement of Voluma in my cheeks. Ive had this procedure done many times in the past. I felt MINIMAL discomfort and did not use a topical numbing agent. He has an excellent touch. Im looking forward to seeing him again for filler in my lips.

Ive had several procedures done over the years. My last procedure in December 2019 was a breast lift and I can honestly say that Dr. McFadden has magic hands. Hes a perfectionist and does amazing work. His staff are very friendly and I highly recommend them!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always a wonderful experience at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery. A beautiful and clean atmosphere. The front desk staff are wonderful and friendly upon arrival. Kristen always makes me feel extremely comfortable and explains procedures related to my tattoo removal in great detail. I would definitely recommend!

Feeling frustrated after 8 treatments of laser hair removal. After arriving home after EACH treatment, I always found several black hairs they missed. Both young ladies that did the treatment even admitted the lighting in the room was poor quality. The amount of money that office makes they cant improve the quality of light, or have something to use to see the treated area better????

Dr. Felice is hands down the most incredible person on this earth!! I went through some pretty intense health issues in summer of 2019 and was hospitalized for 4 months, I have an awful anxiety when it comes to doctors and ORs but Dr. Felice made everything so enjoyable. He gave my confidence back!!He has the best bedside manner and is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition, super knowledgeable in every avenue of cosmetic surgery! I’ve been under his knife (and needle lol) and I can’t say enough how impressed I am with his talent!

I was sad to part ways with this business due to the lack of any COVID safety in the waiting room. I raised my concerns with three staff members. I spoke with the office manager. There were no physical distance requirements, hand sanitizer, signage or masks required at the time of my appointment. Not even a plexiglass barrier between unmasked staff at the front desk and clients. Regardless of this Doctors personal beliefs about the efficiency of masks, with the high rate of asymptomatic spread, attempting to create a feeling of safety for those of us who are at risk or are caregivers for at risk family would demonstrate care and professionalism. It is concerning that all other doctors (Pediatricians, Dermatologists, Primary Care, OBGYN) dentists and hospitals Ive been to in the past 6 months have been extremely careful with COVID safety with both staff and clients but none of those precautions were present at this office. Even pet stores, grocery stores and home improvement stores have stricter rules to keep folks safe than this doctors office. I had recommended them to friends and family in the past and had good results with the treatments I received. I wouldnt recommend them now. After reading the dismissive response to another reviewers similar concerns I felt it was important to share my experience.
