My experience has been absolutely phenomenal from start to finish; she answered all my questions before my appointment was made, was very professional and sweet and knowledgeable during the actual appointment; She’s so passionate about what she does and it shows through her work. I have the most stubborn, bloodiest,uncooperative lips anyone could have but she knows just how to manipulate them! The ladies and gentleman I’ve met in the office are also very kind and helpful!! Alma Rose has been an Absolute Game Changer.My experience kicked off with the sweetest and most caring staff imaginable, and followed with thoughtful and genuine care for helping to overcome whatever, in their field, is ailing you.I have had a rare skin condition that I have been trying to understand and get rid of for over 15 years. I was told by a dermatologist that I must take 10 shots of steroids a month in the back of my head forever as the only solution. I was told by a doctor that if any swelling didnt hurt to ignore it. I was told by another doctor that there was no way to rid my condition, but could give me one small bottle of medicine equivalent to apple cider vinegar to calm the irritation. I visited doctors in the U.S. and Europe, and all of the answers were rather similar.After trying multiple diet plans and nearly giving up, one consultation with Ms. Becky at Alma Rose changed the game. She told me without hesitation that we would figure this out and figuring it out we are.After only one treatment we began seeing, and I feeling, remarkable results. A 15 year issue is departing rapidly and painlessly with ease. The process, at first admittedly seemed slightly frightening, is rather relaxing and kind of fun. One of the treatments feels like Im catching a nice breeze on an Alaskan cruise ship.Not only am I healing, I feel better, and as an actor on a popular T.V. series it certainly doesnt hurt that I look better too.Ms. Becky has the most delicate touch while performing the treatments and always keeps me calm and comfortable. I have been seeing Becky since I was a Junior in high school (2015). She has helped my skin out tremendously and has been there for every hormonal and physical journey my skin has been through (hormonal changes, military life, moving abroad to another country). She provided me products and service that has been helping out with my acne scars that I have had since last September! I highly recommend Alma Rose to anyone struggling with acne and acne scarring! I have also had my eyebrows done by her once and they turned out amazing! I wish I could go to her as often as I did back when I lived in SC, but I always stop by every time Im in town.
