I am having a good experience at Nova Care in Greenville. Everyone is so friendly and nice. The therapists are frequently checking on me during my therapy to make sure Im OK, they encourage me to keep going and praise my progress. Im glad I chose them for my therapy.

I have went to Nova Care Rehabilitation several times in the last 2 to 3 years. My results have always been positive. Therapy has helped me tobecome stronger in needed areas of my body. Moved are staff make sure you are comfortable and feel at home. The staff is very friendly. They are also well versed in the knowledge of the numerous injuries. Therefore they make sure the exercises are what that persons needs are. If an exercise isnt working, then they are quick to try something different and will keep trying until they find something that does work. Their very concerned about you and your quick recovery.

So far my experience has been awesome! I would recommend for your physical therapy needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! The only reason I did not give 5 stars....has nothing to do with my experience. Im hoping some powers that be see these reviews and find a way to expand and give these ladies and gents some more room to work! :) In my opinion, it is sometimes too crowded, but they are busy and do very well working with the space they are given!

I would recommend Novacare to anyone needing therapy. I have gone to them for 2 knee procedures and subsequent knee replacements. My surgeon was very happy with my progress and the staff care about working with you to develop goals specific to you for your recovery.

I recently went through 4 weeks of pre-surgery physical therapy. Having never been through physical therapy, I didnt know what to expect and was a bit apprehensive thinking it would be a waste of time. Needless to say, my experience was pleasant. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and accommodating and my waiting room time, when there was some, was only a couple of minutes. I mainly worked with Kayla and Brittany but observed other therapists working with their patients. The staff is incredibly smart and caring about the patients specific injury and goals. They also seemed to care about me as a person and my personal life, not just about my injury as a client. While I am not looking forward to post-surgery physical therapy, I have no doubt that this staff will take care of me to get me back to where I want to be. Thanks to all of you for what you do!Jason

I was having lower back and hip pain to the point it was painful to move. The staff at Western Ohio Therapy were just wonderful. Paul evaluated my situation and set me up with stretches to loosen the tight spots and exercises to strengthen the areas. He and Taylor also really know how to massage out the kinks. Ive had pool therapy, regular physical therapy and pain management therapy by way of dry needling, electrode stem and moist heat therapy. Ive had issues with an immobile shoulder due to arthritis; post knee replacement therapy; various gait issues; and, vertigo all addressed by this team of physical therapists. Ive also been to other therapy groups when I moved out of town; and, there is no comparison to the model of hands-on, tactile solutions in the spirit of excellence that this team offers!My body keeps trying to fall apart; and, sometimes I think I cant be fixed. I have long-term care issues; and, this team always gets me rolling again. Beyond the physical component, this team has helped me gain confidence in that it can be done one little step toward progress at a time. Priceless! #forevergrateful

When I arrived at Western Ohio Therapy 3 1/2 months ago, I was in a back brace and could hardly walk across a 15 ft. long room. I was facing a terrible surgery and also dangerous. Even the therapists were wondering about me. Right away they put in water therapy. I have gone twice a week for a hour at each visit. I have to admit there were times I felt like giving up and trying something else. But what else was I going to try? I already had 67 shots in my spine which didnt help. I was at the end of my rope and I knew I had to make this work. As bad as I was, after approximately 4 - 5 visits, I could feel my muscles getting harder. After about 8-10 visits I could at least go to Walmart or Kroger and walk around. Now Im no longer in my back brace and I can even walk down the street! I still have pain and always will, but not the 10+ pain. I just dont want to go back to the condition I was in. I recommend Western Ohio Therapy to anyone. The theraphists are all wonderful too. Especially Paul and Taylor. Thanks Western Ohio Therapy for helping me.
