I have been going to Dr. Bethi for about 15 years and he is the best doctor I have ever been associated with. I am elderly and I attribute my good health to his care. I have been referred to specialists when needed.The staff at this practice is outstanding. while I dont know all there names, I will mention Erica who is wonderful in her care and Melonie and Libby and Yvonne and everyone else in the practice.I would certainly recommend this practice If you are looking for excellent care.

I have been going to Greenville medical associates for 6 years now very professional staff Dr Beth is always willing to sit and listen does not rush through the appointments

I came in on a Sunday morning. I was seen by this nurse practitioner.. I forgot her name but I no her face. She was very rude, she didn’t listen to any thing I was saying. I would not waste my time going here. If you do BE SEEN BY A DOCTOR. I will probably be going up there to file a complaint. I seriously wasted money and I still don’t feel well.

I go to Dr Anna, a nurse practitioner. She’s in and out, doesn’t listen to your concerns and today she was cutting me off, while on her way out the door to the next patient. The visit isn’t personap at all, it’s like she comes in, do a check list and that’s it.

Dr Bethi has been my family doctor for close on 20 yrs. He and the staff are very friendly and professional. Hes got most all the equipment so I dont have to go offsite for bloodwork or other stuff. They are open all the time and I never have a problem getting in to see him. Did I say his staff is great too!

Went for my annual physical. My appointment was at 10:15. The lady at the front desk was extremely unenthusiastic about being at work. At 10:30 she lets me know they need to verify my insurance. Ok, I get that. At 10:40 she lets me know she’s waiting on a fax from my insurance company. Ok, I can understand that. At 10:50 she tells me I owe $20.68 from last years physical. That makes no sense to me as an annual physical is free under my insurance. Then she tells me it was for one of my labs. Ok, why wasn’t I sent a bill this past year? Well we don’t send bills she says. WTH? You don’t send bills??? Then I ask why wasn’t I told that I had a balance when I made this appointment??? She says we don’t see that when we make an appointment. So I’m thinking to myself, this doctors office is some sort of scam. I get that it’s only $20 bucks, but I should’ve been asked before a test was run that wasn’t included with my physical. I should’ve been made aware I had a balance before I sat in the waiting room for over 40 minutes. Also the completely lackadaisical way the lady at the front desk handled the situation. What an unprofessional environment. I’ll find another doctor where things are handled in a more professional manner. I’m also going to look further into this billing situation because I’m extremely suspicious of owing money for an annual physical. I wonder if they add 20 here or there to different people, don’t tell you (because they don’t send bills) and then require the payment before you can see the doctor. It’s odd business in my opinion.

I love Dr Bethi and Dr Patnum! My family loves them both!
