Phone lines are always busy and the staff doesn’t care about Veterans. Go figure I’m sorry my brothers and sisters that things are this way.

Normally the phone line is busy, which is crazy for an entire clinic to have a busy signal. After 15+ mins of holding to get an operator, you have to hope the section you’re trying to reach even answers their phone. Most of the folks I talk to have an attitude, which I’ve come to expect from the VA. The messaging system is hit and miss, takes a few days for responses. Typical runaround, if you have the means, find a different clinic.

I really like and appreciate the staff, nurses and doctors.

I have called every day for the last 3 weeks, no one has yet to answer the phone.

There are many reasons why I appreciate this facility. One, accommodating, two,people friendly, three, clean and four, youre seen on time more than not.

Absolute garbage. Ive been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment and I get told to they scheduled me for an appointment in Durham and to wait for a call from them. Never get a call and no one here answers the phone so I have to show up in person just to get told to basically kick rocks

I AM ASSIGNED TO PRIME D AT THE DURHAM VA...IVE NEVER USED ANOTHER VA. DUE TO THE COVID19 I CALLED GREENVILLE NC VA LAST WEEK SEPTEMBER 17 2020 time 1456 ASKED CAN I GET THE FLU SHOTIN GREENVILLE..THEY PULED MY RECORDS SAID NO PROBLEM WE STARTING FLU SHOTS MONDAY 21 2020. I DRIVE THE 80 MILES ROUND TRIP JUST TO WALK IN TO FIND THEY NOT GIVING FLU SHOTS TILL OCTOBER 1 2020. IVE NEVER BEEN MISINFORMED AT DURHAM..OVER 150 APPOINTMENTS OVER THE YEARS...PLUS IVE ALWAYS GOT A PARKING SPOT IN THE DURHAM PARKING DECK 1ST TIME EVERY TIME6 YEARS RUNNING...GOT TO BE A RECORD. (10 appointments per year)

This is the worst VA Clinic I’ve ever been at. I’ve been to 3 VA clinics including Greenville and this one is definitely the worst. The really don’t seem to care about their Veterans and only want to draw a pay check.
