I went today to be seen for a possible kidney stone and abdominal pain. Everyone was great, very friendly, from Vivica, who answered the phone, to Casey, the NP who was my provider. I appreciate all of you for the care and concern you showed me.

Ive been to this clinic several times in the last few months for different reasons and Ive had a wonderful experience each time. The NA/MAs who checked me in are all very pleasant and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Casey Murray, the NP. She is willing to listen, quick, and kind.

I am a huge doctor avoider...I finally went in to see Dr. Brooks after 4 years of saying I would go in but never doing. So glad I did! This man could not be a kinder person and provider. He made me feel so comfortable sharing about my health and well taken care of. I love that he wasnt rushed with me too. No idea about the other providers, but Dr. Brooks is awesome!!

If you’re looking to receive antibiotics for being sick don’t waste your time going here. I’ve been to the clinic several times & they would not give me antibiotics. Ended up getting sicker and went to my primary doctor to get the proper care. This clinic is a waste of your time.

I went in for a Pre Employment screening and was seen by Patricia Tavaziva Mrs.Pat a Nurse Practitioner to conclude my physical. In the screening room she was informed I was unable to complete a task due to personal reasons. After knowing this, she made 3 tasteless comments in regards to my weight. She made gestures of how I could complete a task, after I told her Maam Im unable to do that. After feeling offended from her 3 comments, yes I was upset and not in a pleasant mood as before when she walked in. She proceeds to over talk me, raise her voice, and cancel my appointment. The ladies up front were very helpful but Ms. Pat was very unprofessional and her comments were rude.

Don’t use this facility as a primary care provider. They are not patient advocates and will send you to the Emergency Room for a real work up. If you’re not willing to wait 6-8 hours in the emergency room (for a non-emergency) , they offer no alternative an will just “wish you well then”

Ive used the clinic a couple of times, so I guess the mistake is mine. I appreciate that medical practitioners dont want to over-medicate and I guarantee if you go to this clinic they wont.The first time I used the clinic for a cold, they would not prescribe a cough suppressant and I ended up with a cough for 2-1/2 months.I just went to the clinic yesterday for a bad cold that kept me in bed for three days. I received a cough suppressant this time which is great. However, the fluid behind my ear that gave me a painful earache all night long doesnt seem to concern anyone. Im not a doctor and I have no idea whats wrong with me, but if I wanted to treat my ear with over the counter medication then I would skip the doctor and go straight to the pharmacy.I recommend you find a private clinic instead.

The individual answering the phone is extremely rude. The date of the interaction was 11/21/19 @ 8:25 am .The one star rating is for her.
