My husband and I have been patients of this practice for 30 years. We have always had very positive experiences here. The staff and Medical Professionals are very competent, considerate, available for questions and follow up. They have been with us though various cancers, illnesses and crises. Highly recommended!

Poor Customer Service. Front office worker does not want to be there.Called the office to make an appoint with a specific doctor. Answer ~that doctor~ is not available you can call at the beginning of the year to find out if he has any openings. Next question - Are there any doctors available? Answer - Were not accepting any appointments till next year. My response - Online it says I can book an appointment with a different doctor (with doctors name and schedule) and she said oh well it looks like we do have earlier appointments this year. I told her it sounded like she did not want my business and I hung up the phone. The phone call happened 9/20/21 at 10:03am EST.

I wish I could make this a zero. My husband and I were sitting and talking. He was in this office and the doctor ordered an X-ray. He stated that the lady, who he said was Melinda, came and got him. He said she was very short with him from the beginning like she was having a bad day. He stated that once in taking the x-rays she had to position him around. He said he thought he smelt alcohol. He stated that as she would come over to him to do adjustments he knew it was alcohol. He has waited to tell me this and I find it unacceptable. That is why he did not want to tell me. Rest assured that we will no longer be going to this practice. This person should be working will intoxicated anywhere let alone in the medical field.

My family has been going to the Milestone family medicine for 20 years. Dr Melba is by far one of the best doctors there. He is very patient, explains things, answers your questions in layman‘s terms and explains alternatives that you have. I’ve been to a lot of doctors in my life and he is one of the best. I will recommend Dr Melba and a few of the other doctors to friend. And don’t say anything about Yoshonda she is the best nurse in that office, respectful and kind.I agree wholeheartedly though that the front desk needs help they are rude!

I Just called to make an appointment for a bad ear injection and was told I could not be seen because they want to keep me away from healthy people. I have been a patient here since I was a child. I am going to look for a new medical group after this.... You can not reject people that need medical care.

Use to be a great clinic. Nurses are great. I’ve been going here for as long as I can remember. But the last year or so they have gone through a lot of changes. Sometimes you will be on hold forever to get an appointment. They keep switching my primary and secondary insurances. Recently they use a hand bio scanner which a lot of people do not like, including myself. There are viruses and germs and people just don’t like using it. This last visit I was in to get pain relief. I have been seeing Dr. Leland for many years. It bothered me a bit he couldn’t remember what he prescribed weeks ago. But I know he sees a lot of patients. For the recent pain relief visit I was insulted. If you are not going to write a stronger pain prescription, then say so and don’t waste my time. I have never abused any of the meds. Never taken more than supposed to. I knew exactly what would work for my circumstance and was open to something else. But to have the nurse hand me an over the counter medicine when he should remember that I’ve been taking 800-1000 of ibuprofen and still at a #7 pain level, and worse at night, is ridiculous. Just tell me on the spot you don’t want to write it or can’t. If there is no trust in a Doctor -patient relationship then I won’t go back. So now I have to wait and suffer on my upcoming long drives until I find a new clinic where I can get personalized care and not treated like a number.That’s ok, It’s worth it to suffer to find a better more personalized clinic. I won’t be going back. I will take my health and business elsewhere. They have gone downhill since they are part of this new network.

Best practice in the Upstate. I have been a patient for over 15 years and have never had an unpleasant experience. If you’re looking for efficiency, compassion, and extreme competency, then this is your place. Dr. Bridgeman is outstanding.

I have been a patient here since 2000 when I got to Greenville. My last visit was a checkup in 2012. When I called today to schedule a checkup, I was informed I am no longer a patient since it had been over three years since my last visit. So because I have been healthy and not needed to go - I have been dropped. Was then told I cant even register as a new patient until after March?! I never got even as much as a letter. I got even less from the person who took my call today.

I LOVE the care I get at this facility, however to get an appt scheduled takes near forever. Im going on 20 min waiting for someone to answer the call. I realize they wait and pick up in the order received but this is insane.

I’ve been a patient at Milestone since I’ve lived here. Dr. Jessica Pollard is my physician and she is amazing! Her nurse Jelisa, is wonderful too. They are both polite and respectful. Dr. Pollard really does listen and she takes your concerns seriously. This is coming from someone who is a hypochondriac and freaks out over any little thing. But she doesn’t show her frustration or anything. She is polite, very sweet and actually listens unlike some doctors who just ignore your concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Pollard to anyone and everyone!

Dr. John Melba is my primary care. From the very start of our medical relationship 5 years ago, Dr. Melba has been outstanding. he is caring and very helpful in explaining things pertaining my medical.Because of Dr. Melba, my wife and daughter are patients of Dr. Pollard and my son in law is a patient of Dr. Melba.In 2014, when I had to move my 90 year old Father here from Massachusetts. Even though the practice was not taking additional Medicare patients at that time, Dr. Melba was kind enough to take my Dad as a patient. Until my Dads passing in July 2016, Dr. Melba took care of my dads medical needs. Dr. Melba was patient and understanding with him.For this I will be forever grateful.I would recommend Milestone and in particular Dr. Melba to anyone looking for an outstanding medical group.

I feel like just another number when I go there. And tests... They love their tests. I had a $250 bill even with insurance and the prescription I went for was never written (correctly.) Ive moved to a different provider and will hopefully feel more human.

My doctor is amazing and I love seeing her, but every time Ive gone to see her (5 or 6 times now) I have to wait an AVERAGE of 45 minutes just to be seen which is ridiculous. I make sure I am there by or before my scheduled appointment time and I have a job that I am taking time away from and expect to be seen when I am scheduled. Something needs to change so that appointments are actually met on time or if they know the doctor is an hour behind, it is communicated to the patient and their appointment is shifted back so they dont have to waste their time waiting an eternity.

I have been attending for years without issue. I have medication that needs to be renewed, but since they went away from Bon Secours I cannot use Mychart for anything. I have called the past 2 days in a row and no one has called me back. I have been out of my medication and no one will respond to me! Terrible.

Not pleased. Went as a new patient with Dr. Derosa. Never got a chance to fully explain my concern before being sent away for lab work. Even at check out the nice lady was confused as to why they just left me sitting there not knowing what to do or go next. Additionally, I have yet to receive a call for a follow up or got lab results back. Its going on 3 weeks now.

I went on a recommendation from my attorney. They recommended 18 visits with their chiropractor..I went to maybe 6. They done xrays once. They charged me over $3k. When I told them my Physical therapist didnt want me to see the chiropractor they argued with me and claimed they talked to my attorney when they didnt. This place is awful. Would give 0 stars if I could

So far, the staff over the phone has been very rude. Ive been trying to set a first/new patient appointment. After a terribly long wait on the phone to speak with the staff, all that was accomplished was me being dumped to a new patient recording. I was told they were under staffed and couldnt set an appointment due to trying to set their asstablished patients. I was told to wait for a return call. Hopefully, the patient care isnt as bad as the customer service.

Service was terrible...my appt was at 3:30, it took them 30 min to check me in and I had to wait another 30 min for my named to be called. Completely threw my entire schedule off I never was seen!!

But the experience with shaunda or shawnda the nurse however you spell her name makes this review worthy of 0 stars if possible and for sure I will not be recommending anyone of my family members , friends, coworkers, or anyone as long as this un professional employee is working at this office.

Worst receptionists in the industry. Longest wait times Ive ever seen. Doctors are good. But the frustration involved is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

This practice charges $20 every time to need to call in for an RX write up if you dont have an in office appointment. This is even for monthly and routine medicines. Prescription drugs and medical treatment is already expensive, this is a terrible policy. Not to mention the prescriptions that they have written up for me have been wrong and luckily I was able to see the difference before I took a wrong prescription. I do not recommend this practice for primary care at all.

I waited in the room a half hour to only see her 10 minutes 5 of which were new patient questions... she did not pull my medical records to know how bad my symptoms are.. sent me home with a sample of barely anything for something that takes days to help... will not be going back.... waste of time and money.... to top it off the information she added to my file was inaccurate bc she did not have records.

Since I was 17, now 28years old, I have been going to Milestone and words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Derosa and his nurse the way Im treated. He understands what is best for me, and never rushes me out the door. He saved my fathers life by detecting cancer at an early stage. Im not sure what I would do without the care of Dr. Derosa. It is extremely rare to find a doctor that doesnt judge you--he is sympathetic -- and goes above and beyond a doctors role. I recommend him to anyone. And as soon as my daughter is old enough, hopefully will become a patient there as well.

This place is straight garbage. If you want to be a number that no one cares about it should be your new home. The temptation to use vulgarity to convey what a disaster this place is is overwhelming. Go anywhere else. Go to a clinic or a veterinarian.

I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Jessica Pollard. My husband and I started going to Milestone in December of 2012. At first the staff was very helpful and seeing the doctor was not a huge time consuming wait. Now that Bon Secours has taken over the office I have not had good experiences. Dr. Pollard is still wonderful but the minute you are sent to the exam room a person comes in requesting your co-pay. You will not be able to see the doctor unless you comply. The doctors hands are tied regarding most of the procedures and the new staff (not the ones who were originally there when we first started going) are short and mostly unhelpful. While I am willing to keep seeing my doctor there has been a few time we have gone to urgent care to receive better care.

Get this. On Friday afternoons, they are CLOSED. BUT you can cancel an appointment via voicemail, but you cannot make one. You can get their call center, but all they do is tell you they are CLOSED. So why have the call center answer. It is 2017 people! Ridiculous.

I wasnt sure about this doctors office because im the past I called and couldnt get anyone to pick up. So I drove over there to make an appointment and the reception told me I couldnt get a female doctor unless my family had already been seeing her. Secondly, she acted as if she didnt know how to set me up an appointment as new patient but i told her i stopped by because they dont pick up the phone.I saw Dr. Derosa, he is ok. I came back for a follow up and the Rinna wasnt pleasant. She was in a rush to get me back in the room and was acting like she was ready to go home. She even took her cellphone out while i was back in the room, super unprofessional.Majority of the receptionist arent kind, except one lady.Ill be look for another doctors office.

I have went here my whole life and I love it here! Dr. Melba is so amazing as well as Dr. Wallice and the nurse practioner Lane Bennette. My son has also been seen here his whole life and they treat him amazingly too! Wouldnt go anywhere else for mine or my familys health care. :)

This practice has a policy about phoning in refills. If you phone in the charge is $20. So imagine my disgust when prescribed ointment for 14 days but the size prescribed was a 10 day supply.

Just another number, my insurance physical was not coded correctly so I was charged for my visit rather than insurance. Called to resolve and office was not all that helpful. Paying the bill and going to new Dr.
