I highly recommend Dr. Burleson! Him and his staff are very professional and friendly. They were able to get us in very quickly (which is a HUGE thing when you’re in so much pain). I have worked in the dental field for many years and have been in many offices through out those years… This is by far one of the most pleasant offices!

I had the best experience with this practice! The doctor answered the phone personally when I called 2 minutes before closing on a Friday. I had been referred to another practice that couldn’t see me for 3 weeks and I was in PAIN. Endocarolina got me on their books within 2 days and was so friendly and professional. They care about their business and it shows. Great experience, HIGHLY recommend!

Staff was very caring and friendly. Dr Burleson did a great job and the whole procedure was quicker than I expected. As root canals go, they arent pleasant... but it was an overall positive experience and I would definitely recommend them!

I wouldnt recommend a root canal to anybody, but if you have to have one, I would recommend that you go here. Very professional and upbeat friendly staff. Dr. Burleson takes his time and explains everything along the way.

Dr. Aaron Burleson was great and personnel were very professional. On the medical cost though, I just wished the staff were more transparent with the fact they are out of insurance network (metlife). The charge rate was vastly different than the insurance negotiated rate (>1.5x), which got me with a non-pleasant surprise at the end. Always do your research and understand your coverage prior to the operation, even if you want to go outside the network. That way you know whats the final bill looks like and not surprised by it. Ask for pre-estimates and most importantly transparency.

WHAT an incredible experience. Dr. Burleson, his front and back office are all professional and comforting. I went it for my first root canal ever and they made it as comfortable as possible. I’ve worked in the dental field for many years and have experience traveling and working with many different doctors and staff and the team at Endo Carolina are top notch. Highly recommend.
