If you have a chronic condition, go somewhere else. I can’t make it into the doctors for at least 10 days and they won’t even call in an emergency quantity of my blood pressure meds to the pharmacy. It’s not even like I’m asking for some addictive controlled substance. I’m asking for medication that prevents me from heart attack and strokes. Currently in the process of finding a new doctor because despite the ridiculous reviews, they aren’t worth my time and my sanity.

Excellent customer service every time I go in for a visit. Front office staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Dr. Vejnar is always helpful. Always a pleasant experience!

Elizabeth King is an outstanding NP. She listens and gives feedback so you know she understands your reason for the office visit. She really came through for me on several occasions calling doctors and the hospital to ensure a rapid admittance. You wont find a better, more caring nurse practitioner (with all the designations behind the NP!) The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Premier Family Medicine.

Dr. Peters and the nurses here are great, but the office staff is awful! They are consistently rude and condescending both on phone and in person. If it wasn’t that I like my doctor, I wouldn’t come back here again.

Horrible patient care you are designated no more than a number and dismissed just as easily. They decided to drop me as a patient because of 1 missed appointment even after i gave the specific notice as lined out in their policy but the doctor hudson mis diagnosed my problem and then to avoid any ability to be called out on it they played a game to appear as if i was an unreliable patient. My new family doctor is so much better.

Dr. Lindsey Cecil is one of the best doctors ever. She is patient, listens to all my questions and concerns, and takes me seriously rather than assuming Im an idiot (as other doctors have done). Dr. James Hudson is also good. I like that he will recommend an over-the-counter treatment vs. a prescription if it is cheaper, and he backs up his recommendations with documented studies. With that said, Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth King is one of the worst physicians Ive ever seen. Shes rude, doesnt listen, and is just trying to push people out the door. DO NOT SEE HER IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. On top of her horrendous attitude, the front desk staff always looks like they are about to turn in their 2 weeks notice. They seem to hate their jobs and hate everyone who comes in the front door. I dont understand why they dont replace the cranky people who wont take the time to read your insurance policy BEFORE billing you. There are plenty of people looking for jobs, dont hang on to the jerks at the desk just because theyve been employees for a long time.

I have a copay Visa card which came through the mail and I forgot to bring it is what I explained to her but I will take care of this . I tucked my head and left her window totally embarrassed. As I left the more I thought and later called “JOY” and requested to cancelled all of my future appts . I have been with premier for over 10 years , never have I ever been treated this way.poor customer service is what she has !!!! I work at front desk for Spartanburg regional and I would never do this to our patients! Joy please remember without patients we have no salary .

I visited Dr. Clark today and her nurse Tammy was very rude. My husband had to accept an urgent business call and she rudely asked him to end his call or he wouldn’t be allowed in the patient area with me. Her tone was very rude and unprofessional, and I’llbe following up with the hospital that manages the practice to give a formal complaint. As patients, we have options and aren’t obligated to be serviced by rude clinicians. I hope they hire better staff members soon.

I cant speak for the entire facility, but this was my first visit and I had physician Kathy Benson. She was outstanding! She spent an entire hour with me getting to know my history and being very thorough with her questions to get to the bottom of my issues. I didnt have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and I never felt rushed when I was with her. Ive never had a family doctor like this one!

Mediocre at best. I was a patient of D.r Hudson for 3 years before he left. He was a great doctor and person but his nurse is terrible. Shes rude and acts like shes working at the DVM and not as a nurse. Always a struggle to get prescription refill approvals or get them to call you back. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

DOUBLE BILLING! Be warned, especially if you see Jessica Clark. If you schedule a wellness check, as covered by insurance, they will bill your insurance, and bill YOU a 2nd visit for any questions you ask. Ask BEFORE your appointment so you know what to expect. Or better yet, just go to a different office that has some integrity.

I dont often write reviews, but I felt like a public service announcement needed to be made about this office. I was assured by an office staff member that my insurance would be fully accepted. After completing our family visit, I received a bill in the mail. Guess what? The visit was not fully covered. If you dont know something, tell me that. Why are you employed at a doctors office, if you dont have some knowledge of insurance, though?

I adore Dr. Vejnar. I was initially referred to Dr. Benson here, but she retired shortly before my visit. Working with Dr. Vejnar has been eye opening. She respects my thoughts about my health. listens, and acts accordingly. Her nurse Debbie is THE best in the business. I would follow her to any practice she works at. Her experience shines through. I have sent multiple referrals to both of them and will keep doing so. Also, Ive had the opportunity to visit Dr. Cecil while my primary doctor was on medical leave. She is kind, mild, and extremely knowledgeable in the field on mental health. I feel good in the competent hands of this staff.

I was sent to this office to have a TB test done for my job. I do have a primary care physician who does not do the lab work at her location. The nurse, Debra was extremely nice to me while checking me in and getting me ready to see the doctor. The doctor however, was the rudest person I have ever met. Dr. Clark. I would not recommend anyone to her simply bc of her attitude and the way she handled the situation. If you already see a physician, dont ever make the mistake of trying to see her for anything. She will send you out the door. I pray no one ever gets sick and has to visit this place for an emergency bc they will not see you if you already are being seen by someone else at another office. Absolute worst visit.

I’ve been going here for years, I was told multiple times, my prescription was sent to the pharmacist. I ended up going to the pharmacist twice, both times telling me they still have not received a script. Even though I was reassured on the phone by the doctors office that it should be there. After the second time to the pharmacist, being told they still don’t have it, I go to the doctors right then and there. I go to the doctor, in need of the script and this beyond rude nurse Debbie completely ignored me and my situation, kept talking about what we discussed in our previous visit and REFUSED to send my prescription that I have been taking for months. It’s not like i’m asking for some controlled substance, it’s my Paxil that I rely on. it’s been days since I’ve taken my medication because of this whole ordeal and I’m suffering withdrawals! I cried to the nurse but she is a cold lady, who should not be in health care. I will never return after this.

I have nothing bad to say about premier or Dr. Jessica Clark and her nurse Debbie. She has addressed ALL of my issues and last time I was really frustrated and crying due to a specialist I was referred to. She immediately said lets just find u a new doctor and worry about one thing at a time. Her demeanor is polite and professional and to the point. I want my doctor to take my issues seriously and come.up with a realistic treatment plan and she has always done just that. In fact my daughter recommended her to be and since we have recommended my son and a friend and her husband to Dr. Clark. Nothing but good things to say. AND not to mention the fact that ive never waited more than 10 mins. and when I call or email any one of these great ladies..Jessica..Debbie or Joann I get a response right away! Thisnis how a FAMILY doctor should treat you!!

The absolute WORST experience I have ever endured. They treat their patients disrespectfully and have a very obvious lack of knowledge in regards to their field. I have never been treated with such a lack of consideration or respect in my life. The least professional staff, which has been noted several times both in and out of the office. Whether its notable gossip behind the desk or failure to return calls, requests, or show any remote sort of consideration/care towards their patients, this has truly been a nightmare since the beginning. I was misdiagnosed, ignored, and treated as if I was inanimate object--truly unbelievably horrible experience since day one. They consistently tell me I have not met my deductible and charge me for every visit, despite confirming with my insurance company that my deductible has indeed been met. I was misdiagnosed and given the same antibiotics AND steroids twice when I was ill, which resulted in me ending up in the hospital due to their lack of care for their patients. The nurses had the audacity to hang up on me after expressing my concern for their inability to treat me respectfully and answer common questions that patients have for their doctor.

I do not frequent doctors very often. I only go when it is necessary. I was treated very poorly by the Nurse Practitioner this morning. I believe she was upset with me because I do not wish to participate in many tests and vaccines that have become routine to most. I am looking for a doctor not a salesperson. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone.
