I am very satisfied with my Beltone experience. Dr. Kylie Young is quite knowledgeable and is able to convey that knowledge in a receiver friendly manner. I appreciate the friendliness and efficiency of the office personnel. This is my first hearing aide (not my first testing experience) . My hearing is improved and I appreciate that I am able to blue tooth the aide to my phone, so convenient. I appreciate that they are there to answer any questions that pop up and to guide me to best usage of the aide.

I have worn hearing aids for 26 years. I have been pleased to hear better with each new aid. I have had 6 different hearing aids, the last 4 sets have been digital. Although I have been pleased with all of my audiologists, never have I been as pleased as with Dr. Kylie Young, CCC-A, Her life experience of being a hearing aid wearer from childhood gives her the unique experience of knowing where her patients are coming from. The testing and explanations that she offers are of great value. My last hearing aids are one of the best things I have done to improve my quality of life. My family is delighted that I can understand them so much better. I can watch TV without needing to have the volume cranked all the way up. These new devices allow me to watch a show even if the volume is turned all the way down as long as I am connected to the TV adaptor that works with Beltone.I highly recommend Beltone Hearing and Audiology of Greenville, Ohio for all of your hearing needs.
