I went to the luncheon with a bit of skepticism, I was impressed with the program and how all questions were answered. I made an appointment and it was a great experience. Everything was explained to me their responsibility to me and my responsibility to myself. I was amazed when the hearing aids were placed in my ears. I did not realize the hearing loss that I had. It is great to sit in church and hear everything being said. My husband can’t mutter under his breath anymore. Ron and Miss Vicki were great to work with! I was apprehensive at first because I didn’t think the huge age gap was going to allow me to connect with Miss Vicki. I find it hard for people to be empathetic to losing my hearing at a young age, but she made me feel like I belong and was very helpful!

As always, staff is competent, concerned and efficient. We are pleased with their care.

They really believe in service after the sale and have been there for me every time I have had a question or needed supplies. COVID 19 did not decrease their level of service from my perspective.

I needed replacement batteries that were included with my hearing ais purchase. But the the Greenville office hours were so sparce and unpredictable that it took me 4 days to be able to find a time that was compatible with my schedule. The agent on duty gave me several excuses why the office wasnt open much but never seemed concerned about that old fashioned thing some people used to call customer service
