I would have given a better rating than one star but no one at miracle ear bothered to show up for my Saturday morning appointment. They even called me the night before to make sure I’d be there and that everything was ready to go. I left two messages on the phone and have never heard a thing back from them. Would you call that customer service?

Judy is am outstanding receptionist. Victor has been great with my few hearing aid issues. They do their job and have me out quickly.

Speedy service, nice case, however, very disappointed in the results. Our family member is still saying what with noticeable frequency daily. We are still repeating information and speaking at an unnatural volume. Our grandson asked about the hearing aides, however, we had already become frustrated with the lack of improvement we were seeing. We told him the hearing aides were to block the wind. Adjustments and a recheck seemed to reflect little improvement. Ugh, not the results we had hoped for as family members of your patient.

Dr. Victor is delightful and very professional. He quickly assessed and resolved my problem.

I heard all good things about this place!
